Keith was my original sales person who got promoted (congrats). He handed me off to other sales employees and I was always taken care of. When I went into their store there were tons of people willing to help and after the sale I got to ring a bell which was pretty awesome. They delivered it to me and some of my accessories are on backorder so they are willing to go out of their way when that time comes. Over all 5/5 and super satisfied.

I purchased a bike from them a few months back i asked a few times what the price would be all said and done and it ended up being almost $1k over what he originally said and they wanted another $200 for down payment, also i went in to have the bike serviced was told they would leave it out for me to pickup and that didnt happen drove a hour one way for no reason, had to warranty a taillight was told i could come pick it up and drop the old one off went and drove a hour switched lights out hopped in my car and a worker came out and said i have to have them install the light and that i couldnt take it so i said whatever take it ill get a different one, proceeded to drive a hour home i get home and they call me back saying that i can come back and pickup the lightamd switch it out no problem i never went back wont go back and dont recommend this place all they care about is the sale over the customers interests

Went this past Saturday looking for helmets for my daughter and I. Very awesome service. Both ended up getting 1. Also I was introduced to Austin in sales told him I was interested in a Harley Davidson. He told me to fill out application on line and he would get back with me on Tuesday. He did and got me financed right away. Everyone was a big help and would recommend them.

Simply needed pre-purchased frame sliders installed on my motorcycle. The wrench would cost me $20, figured hiring someone to do the 10 minute job would be similar cost or less. This place never quoted me and charged me DOUBLE cost of tools to do the job. Trash dealership like all the others, just out to rip off customers to make a buck. I will never step foot in this disrespectful place again.

Riva racing sent them parts to upgrade my jet ski I’m pretty sure action power sports lost my 300$ part that was needed for the upgrade they it’s a 10 min install. They offered only to install it for free to compensate. Thing is it’s bad for my 15k jet ski to not have this part on it with the tune they had they should of known that was required. I did..... I should of taken a look over once I got it but I’m just learning about jet skis.Also I sent them the parts in October and they didn’t have my jet ski done till mid June ..: then when I got it it died in middle of the lake. After they said they lake tested it. They picked it up said it was fine dropped it back off. And it was still broken they did finally fix the problem.Also I sold them 2 of my jet ski trailers for 1175$ but they took 1.5 months and then they only sent me 1000 dollars.Lost a 300$ part ripped me off a 175$ Lied me me about lake testing it . Took 7 to 8 months to complete the job . All they offered was to have me re pay for the 300$ part . And to do a free 10 min install. Even tho I sent them the invoice and tracking info from riva saying it got sent to there shop ..... me buying the jet ski was easy tho took my money right away that was the only good experience I have had with them. Do not support this place.

Not a bad place. Mike who i bought my bike from was great and very helpful. He even fixed my bike in the parking lot. On the other hand. I had a issue with my bike the 1st day I bought it with 0 miles. I even got a extended service contract which includes picking up and dropping off my bike. Well they picked it up and next day called and said it was the battery and then asked if Id pay the pickup and delivery fee. When I said no that I bought it 2 days ago and I had a contract to cover it.She said thats fine and itll be a few days till I get it back. She then calls 3 days later and says its fixed and asked if Im coming to get it, which I said no and then was told itll be a few more days. Now I know its not a big deal but the fact is why would you even ask someone to pay anything when they literally just bought the bike. Id figure youd do everything you can to make the customer happy with good service.

I was never asked how I wanted the title to read ( I would have liked to have my wife on it too) small details but something to keep in mind. We had a great experience at Action Power Sports buying Stacyc bikes for our toddlers! My husband convinced me to stop in there a couple of weeks ago, “just to take a look at them,” but the deal was too good to pass up! We bought the bikes during an outing without kids, so we had to bring our boys in the next day to get their helmets. We decided we’d surprise them with their new bikes, and the guys who helped us were so awesome: they rolled the bikes out with big red bows on them (they said they had to dig through old Christmas decorations!). I’ll start with “my overall buying experience with Action Power Sports was indeed very very good”. I’m an Engineer by degree & trade. Most readers probably know what that means! … but just in case; I research the heck out of things, take forever to make a move, once the data says what move to make … I become impatient if it doesn’t go my way, or if there are distractions or delays to the plan, and you can’t tell me different  . Ya, sound like an Engineer you know. Action Power Sports was very accommodating to my needs as I shared my level or research up front. We talked over the phone coming up with a fair deal/agreement on a used Polaris General XP 4 Deluxe/Ride Command. There were a few vehicle prep details they had to complete in a very short time before the next day 9:00am appointment. When my wife and I arrived the unit was exactly like we expected, and as advertised. Mike, our sales person was incredibly organized, even checked on us about a half hour before our 9:00 appointment as we were coming from a significant distance that morning. When we arrived we viewed the machine, reviewed the now on paper agreement, confirming we had a deal. Again everything was “exactly” as we talked about the day before. Sales Manager noticed the trailer I was towing appeared to him it “may be” marginal length for such a long machine, very professionally approaching me on the subject. I was very impressed and appreciative of his concern and care. When he understood “I had a plan” he asked if I minded he look at the plan after I load the machine, to learn, and share with others (to which he indeed followed through). After we got the machine home, I needed a few minor previous/original sale details to which Mike, our sales person, was on it toot sweet. Summary: We arrived at 9:00am, test drove the machine, completed the sale agreement paper work, loaded the machine, “Rang the Bell” celebrating with a beer, and were on the road at 11:30am This Place Rocks! We are inputting this review a week later, and we still feel the same way!

People were nice enough here, but I just did not feel that they wanted to fix my SeaDoo. Instead of diagnosing the issue, I was advised to purchase a new engine block (which was not the issue at all). Needless to say, I got my machine out of there and took it to another shop.

Mike Peterson made the experience! I was having a difficult time finding the right upgrade. He never pressured me into purchasing something I didn’t want, instead he kept an eye out on inventory and reached out to me as soon as the shop had something. He took notes on specifics I was looking for and really made me feel like a priority even after I left the store. Not to mention they have the best waiting/lounge area.

Overall excellent experience. Everyone there was extremely nice and courteous and quick to answer and questions or remedy any concerns.
