I took my kids yamaha raptor and yamaha dirt bike in for oil changes, inspection, and chain adjustment. They did a very good professional job on these. They are very knowledgeable and gave me good information on them as well.

I stopped in to have some tires mounted and balanced on an older motorcycle. I didnt have all the parts with me, the guys at Redline got me all set up and found the part I needed in the back of the shop! I had two new tires installed in less than one hour! Thank you, guys! BEST bike shop in waukesha by far! I know many people, including myself who swear by this place and their work. You can trust these guys to be fair and diligent when servicing your bike. I opted to upgrade brake pads which would have at least doubled my bill, but Russ noticed that I didnt need them and recommended I save the money and keep the current pads for now which was immensely helpful. You guys rock and this will be my go-to spot from here on out.

I visited the shop a LOT. Many times I just came in to ask questions,to get advice, or just talk bikes. These guys always made time for me even if I wasnt buying stuff. Exceptional customer service. I took my Harley here for a new clutch cable and to have the brakes bled. From the get go, these guys were awesome. They were really friends and helpful. I called to get a quote and they gave me a quote that was right around what I ended up paying in the end. They were friendly when I dropped the bike off and they were done with the work a week ahead of the original schedule.When I came to pick the bike up, I chatted with one of the mechanics (the owner, I believe). He gave me a couple tips on my bike and a few things to look out for. I will definitely be bringing my bike back here for ANY work that I need done.

2/29- Dropped Ohlins shocks off for rebuild. Russ was very polite and friendly.6/12- paid $400 towards my estimate of $4-450 for parts/labor7/27- called to inquire about the status of my shocks since it had been 4mo at this point. Was informed by Russ my parts were sitting on the shelf, He figured since it was for a snowmobile there wasnt any rush, but he should be getting to it next week (good thing I wasnt building it for grass drags, huh?).8/11- Date of this review; Still no sign of shocks.I will say some of the wait was ordering parts on 2 different occasions which can account for up to 2mo of the wait, but what about the rest of the time?? Cant say Im eager to come back after this. Apparently first in/first out is a concept that only happens if your vehicle is in season??

Russ is great. I did not buy my bike here. (bit of a hassle when youre from out of state and financing a bike in WI. unless you have a credit union) Russ went above and beyond to help me secure financing although I live in IL. He is straightforward and very accommodating. His staff is just as nice. I will definitely look here the next time im looking for a good quality Metric bike. Thanks again Russ!

I have worked with Russ first hand for awhile and he is the only one I trust with my bike besides myself and he is very particular about how things are done and that they are done right. I usually do most of my work, but when I get lazy or stumped he always is there to help. He is very reasonable labor pricing and does amazing work. He has a great show room with almost anything you would need and if not can order it pretty quick. He is very knowledgeable. He treats everyone motorcycle like it is his own not just a number. Russ is very honest and prices are fair. Just had them do a dyno tune on a Nighthawk 750 and I couldnt be happier. Runs like brand new and picked up a bunch of power. I would highly recommend this shop.

In the winter of 2015 my daughter bought a 2001 Yamaha V Star Custom from Redline Power. The bike has been a good runner so far and has had no problems. Nice looking and lot of fun.

I bought my bike from them years ago and they were the only shop I took it too. When they over tightened my bolts I called them and they responded how do we know we did it. Really call me a lier on crappy work you did. I would rather pay more money to someone that knows what they are doing. Action treats me with more respect and stands by their work. I can see why their business is losing customers and had to merge with the other company on grand just to stay afloat. I would never go back to them or refer anyone to them. Crappy work and they dont stand behind it. Only company I know around here that is as big a crook is road track and trail. Wouldnt waste my time money or safety to have this joke of a shop touch my stuff.

Bought a bike here early in March, they were very helpful and informative. I had a problem with one of the brakes soon after and they were quick to order the replacement part and get it fixed up. Great service and friendly.

This place was terrible. I took my 97 marauder to get an appraisal about getting my forks fixed (they were licking). They said $400 dollars for a 2 hour job. I called other places after that & the prices were just under $200 dollars with the parts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.

I have been a loyal patron of Redline All Pro Powersports for several years. Russ and his team are extremely reliable, fair, and above all...honest. There have been several instances where I asked Russ if a procedure had to be done to the bike. He could have easily said yes each time and took my money; however, he looked into each one and at times told me that he would if I insisted but it isnt needed at this time. On several instance I have stopped in for opinions and suggestions and each time Russ or his team took their time and never made me feel that they were rushed or expecting a sale. I am a stickler with giving out accolades related to customer service because now-a-days it is so difficult to find an acceptable level. In this case, Russ and his team make it easy for me to give 5 stars!

I think they may be the cheapest place to get tires for your bike.

I am a Newbie when it comes to the bike world and I started off with a fixer-upper. being mechanically inclined, I wanted to do as much hands on work as I could. I depended heavely on Russ and the rest of the team on advice and parts. Russ always took the time to give me advice and to help trouble shoot every issue i came across. most people wouldnt give the amount expertise that Russ gave to me, for free. he, and the rest of the team, not only made me feel like a valued customer, but they also made me feel like a friend. Im am a loyal customer of Redline, and I do not see that changing anytime soon.

I was looking for a used Harley Night Rod that was in decent shape. They were the only place I could find that had one. The guys said everything I wanted to hear. They really didnt care about me, I was just a sale. I bought a 1yr warranty through them called XtraRide Powersports. 2 months after riding I noticed the bike was progressively riding worse. Took it into a Harley dealership and they did a leak test. I was burning oil and they said I needed to replace both sleeves/o-rings on the pistons. $2,000 to fix it because they obviously were going to have to tear the whole engine apart. Warranty said, We dont cover worn parts. I understand brakes, tires, etc. fall under that category. But really? I have to pay to fix it all? At least give me my money back. What a bunch of crooks.I know this is just my experience and others probably have had no problems, but....screw this place.

For starters this should have been done awhile ago but whatever. Had my gsxr 1000 in for a power commander and dyno tune and a intermittent high speed misfire. While the misfire was a royal headache to figure out, Russ and team never gave up. They spent a lot of time with real diagnosis and didn’t just throw parts at it. These guys are the real deal and truly care about your bike. All said and done bike has never ran better and I couldn’t recommend anyone going any else. Thanks a lot guys. And FYI for the rest of people out there, spend the money on the dyno tune and get your bike running the way it should, it’s well worth it

I had a terrific experience when purchasing a motorcycle from All Pro Motorsports - A+, a fast and easy experience . . . BUT . . . when it came to the administriva of the transaction . . . IT WAS A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! ! ! There seemed to be a disconnect between the sales process (handled by the owner) and the paperwork processing part of the process.I had to call 2 times to remind them to send out the title which came about 3 weeks after I purchased the bike. Administrative support exemplified the epitome of INCOMPETENCE and UNFRIENDLY CUSTOMER SUPPORT ! ! ! This experience was further confounded by the fact that the information on the title was incomplete - causing further inconvenience when attempting to get plates for the bike (which was close to the deadline without incurring penalties for late registration).ALL IN ALL - NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE ! ! !

Absolutely hands down the place to go for any and all of your bike needs. Had a bike sit all winter and when I went to start it in the spring had the floats stick and gas leaking. Called a local place out near Jefferson where I was staying at the time, just for a full carb clean and floats, they told me it would be about 1,500$.Ended taking it out to Waukesha to Russ, got a full carb clean, new floats, new rear and front tire ( which I knew I needed to get done) new chain and sprocket. And a new relay for a turn signal that fried... Less than 1,500$, for all of it. Been 4 years now and my Bike still starts Everytime. No issues.Local business owner! Does his own work! Russ is my go to guy, you wont ever find a place this great anywhere! I tell all my personal friends to come here. Always will.

Redline All Pro Motorsports is awesome. I lived a few counties away and purchase my Goldwing from All Pro, and then coincidentally they merged with Redline, a few blocks from where I moved to in Waukesha. I have a distrust of stealerships, and find that smaller shops are normally better for me. I was right. These guys have spent time answering my )usually) obscure and odd questions about 25+ year old motor, and always have something useful to tell me, be it about how physics applies to certain components or the best tire to use on my vehicle. My most recent experience, they spent many hours fixing my own mistakes, and Im pretty sure they gave me a break on labor, given how much work was done. That or the guys work über quickly. I got a call telling me what else was found (bearings front and rear--a major safety concern on 2-wheelers). They even kept the old parts to show me (Im one of those guys)...and even explained the How and Why (again, I have an engineers mind). My phone calls were about 10 minutes a piece.Honesty is so hard to find nowadays. Everyone else would gladly take your money. Ive never gotten that vibe from the guys here. Russell runs a tight shop, but hes always willing to stop running his business to give you a free piece of advice. I highly recommend Redline All Pro Powersports, their shop rate is far less than the alternative, and the quality is actually better, I think. Five stars for sure.

I have been riding on local racetracks and the street for 11 years and am an avid motorcyclists. I own a CBR600RR and a RSV1000R Factory among others. When I found out that Redline does custom dyno tuning I had them re-map the EFI on my track-only CBR600RR. After the re-map, I noticed that the throttle response was much improved and the engine made more power compared to the previous custom map. The improvement was obvious on paper, but the real test was at the track where it was definitely noticable. I was so pleased that I had them re-map the EFI on my Aprilia, which I primarily use on the street. When I got it back I noticed that the engine started easier, idled better, had better off-to-on throttle response, and made NOTICABLY more power EVERYWHERE. And it is much easier to get rolling from a stop with the tall gearing that is stock on that model. I dont have to slip the clutch as much. The fun-factor on these two motorcycles has gone up considerably thanks to the job they did. I consider the price of the service reasonable as well. My daughter purchased a bike from Allpro was treated very fairly. Mike was extremely helpfull and answered all of our questions. The sale went along without a hitch which is what was expected. What was not expected was the courteous way an issue was handled 4 months after the sale. I fully expected that I would receive little or no help in getting a problem resolved. i expected the attitude - We have your money, you live out of state - youre our of luck Instead every e-mail was responded to in a timely manner and the issue was resovled in a quick and professional manner. The bike runs and looks great and we will continue to recommend All Pro. Thanx for the fantastic customer service AFTER the sale!
