I have the utmost confidence from Nancy, who coordinates everything and is super personable, to the auto body gurus. The work was even finished 5 days earlier than quoted.I have used CC in the the past and would not consider taking our vehicles anywhere else!

Thanks!UPDATE: Well my car acquired more damage so I had to bring it back for more work. Again the process was super easy and the work done was perfect. I have decals on my car and they even removed my gas cap cover to save my decal. My car is a pearl white so it isnt exactly easy to match, but they matched the paint perfectly.Great place, staff and work done. I dont like having damage on my car, but its definitely pleasant to see everyone and be able to trust that they can fix it the right way.

Had my vehicle back much sooner than I thought that I would. Also, the body work that was done looked exactly like it did before my car was crashed into. So happy with the efforts they provided.

Caliber made the whole process a breeze! From start to finish, even helping with the rental car, I felt informed and confident that my car was in good hands. I was kept up to date on the progress of the repairs and was pleased to hear my car was done sooner than I expected! It looked great!Unfortunately, when I was taking their online survey, reviewing their performance, I must have accidentally hit the wrong thing and said that my car was not finished on time. Ugh!!!! That was not the case! I couldnt have been more pleased with the service and speed!!! They called me to see why I was not happy. So Sorry Caliber! I must have been half asleep when filling it out!

This was the most professional automotive business Ive ever been to, including dealerships! Molly at the desk was so informative, knowledgeable, and professional. She knew all the ins and outs of everything that had to be done, which was a huge relief to me. Mollys communication was flawless and I was informed every step of the way. I got into a fender bender. I picked my car up and could not believe how perfect it was after the fix. Flawless, honestly. Could not tell where damage was. The overall appearance was upgraded. They took incredible care of my car!!!

Truly the best shop experience Ive ever had. When someone backed into my car and my bumper had to be replaced, the Caliber team restored my car literally overnight. Their team kept me informed, were knowledgeable and personable, and made sure I had a rental ready to go. Im not often speechless, but these guys are the gold standard when it comes to collision repair. I hope I dont ever need them again but, if I do, I wouldnt go anywhere else.

Great experience from start to finish. Olivia oversaw my estimate and repair and the communication and repair were fantastic. The paint matching was absolutely perfect. You could never tell the Jeep had been in accident. Highly recommend.

Loved Caliber collision!! They kept me updated the entire time. It was also nice picking up a clean car and they even took it through the car wash!! The staff was also very pleasant and professional!

Scratches left on my vehicle that were not there when it was dropped off for repair. When brought to an employees attention, she rubbed something into the scratches, which only left more small scratches. Employees complained that they didn’t want to have to repaint or put extra work into the scratched area. When I continued to express that I wasn’t satisfied, I was told to bring it in yet another day.Employees never gave me a date of when my vehicle repair would be complete. They said they didn’t know and it depended. Minor repair took 5 days.

A deer hit the back end of my car and had my bumper flapping in the wind! The day I called them they let me come in help me get everything squared away. In less than 2 weeks they had my entire car fixed and ready to go. They also did everything they could to get it done for me before the weekend because it worked best for me! They even cleaned it all up on the inside for me and they most definitely didn’t have to! Katy was AMAZING! Highly recommend to everyone!

I had to have my rear bumper repaired. I searched for an auto body repair shops near me and Caliber Collision showed. I called late in the day, late in the week. Not only was their customer service top notch, scheduling an appointment was simple and convenient. I was able to drop my vehicle off the night before and was called the next morning advising me of what to expect throughout the repair process. Then, much to my surprise, I was called and updated as promised! Two days later my vehicle was ready and not only was the repair done and looked seamless, my vehicle was fully detailed - inside and out! Not that I ever hope to have a vehicle repaired again, but if I needed to, Id come here hands down*I just re-read this before posting and it totally sounds made up. I promise you, Im just a happy customer :)

She was extremely professional and in constant contact with me throughout the entire process from scheduling the estimate to entire completion of a $5,200 repair. The car looks great. Absolutely THE WORST! Buyer beware.I will never return to this location. Hopefully this location is not representative of the entire company. I’d rather pay out of pocket to go somewhere with some kind of customer service and knowledge of 2020 vehicles. I now have to bring my 4Runner to the dealership. Don’t say I didn’t warn you...Update: after bringing my 4Runner to the Toyota dealership because caliber finally realized they cannot calibrate the car- the Toyota tech said our front sensor panel is cracked- it was not cracked prior to bringing it into caliber- I know this because there were no lights on on our dash and now since the vehicle has left calibers hands, the lights won’t go off... now I’m left with a $900 plus bill because of calibers unknowledgeable staff.I am reaching out to them to discuss and will update with how they handle this customer service nightmare.Final update: I got in touch with the regional manager, Brian. He was very professional and had great customer service! He managed this issue right away! Thanks Brian. Because of him, I may change my mind and go back. He really knows how to manage issues and really listen to his customer .

Based on their estimate, which I felt was fair, my car was totaled. I chose to buy it back from my insurer as i have a cousin in the business that could do it for less (again I have no issue with Caliber on this as they have standards they have to follow). My issue was that they charged me a $121 fee to reassemble my car. When I got there to pick it up the interior door was in the trunk along with other parts (they were broken so that was ok). I asked them to put the door panel back together which they did but did not reconnect the door harness. I paid $121 for reassembly so this should have been done. Left a bad taste in my mouth. Wont recommend them.Follow up: manager did call and left a message. I called her back and was told she would call me after 3 but she never called. Also found out they cut my wiring harness in the process of tearing my car apart. They clearly never intended for it to.leave their shop.

The staff at Caliber Collision was incredibly friendly and kept me very well informed about the status of my car. The repair was done extremely well and car looks as good as new.

Had front end damage, had them repair it and the car out like brand new and the paint was right on par with factory specs. Great job highly satisfied!!!!

My leased 2018 Honda Civic EX sedan was hit on the drivers side by a deer attempting to run across the highway and we didnt know just how bad the extent of the damage was until Caliber Collision created an estimate with our insurance company that was approved and all the repairs made. Our insurance company gave us a list of local auto body shops to choose from to fix our vehicle and fate led us to Caliber! Brian and Tina are extremely helpful and friendly! Brian kept us updated every step of the way as the vehicle was being repaired and as more damage was discovered and approved by the insurance company for repair.I was impressed when I dropped off my vehicle for repairs that the rental car and rental co rep were there waiting for me. It took about 15 min from the time I arrived to drop off my vehicle for repairs and drove off the lot with a beautiful rental.The body work was done SO well you cant tell there was ever any damage! Their body repair and painting employees are TOP NOTCH! Actually ALL of Calibers employees are TOP NOTCH! We brought the vehicle in for repairs in Novemeber 2019 when they were changing their name from Abra to Caliber Collision and that transition was seamless from our customer perspective.I had planned to write this review months ago and say IF one of my vehicles ever needed body work again, Caliber Collision is the ONLY business Ill trust to fix it. Well last Thursday I was sitting in my car as a storm was coming and the wind became strong and a rogue shopping cart hit the drivers side of my same vehicle and left a huge dent! Its been less than five months since my baby was damaged and repaired and needs one of those areas repaired again! While Im upset about this damage, I know and trust Caliber Collision to repair my vehicle again!Ill be seeing you there again soon and look forward to working with you again!

Hands down the best auto repair shop in all of Wisconsin!! I had the absolute best experience there...I am so grateful I stopped in. Everyone in the office was extremely pleasant and friendly. However, the owner Katy was the absolute BEST!!! 💯 She treated me like I was royalty... excellent service all around. I explained that my car lights were not put on correctly from another local auto shop. Katy and her team took the time in their busy schedule to fix it right there on the spot. Thanks to her amazing technician Bruce, I was out of there in a flash. I still cant get over how well I was treated...its a business that actually cares. You dont find good people anymore these days, but between Mr. Bruce and Katy Pruitt...there still are😉🙂😃 I would recommend them to everyone. Adore you guys...thank you so much for everything ❤️

They are the best auto body repair place in Waukesha. Not only did they do an amazing job replacing my rear bumper, but they also have a great relationship with Enterprise rental cars if you need a car while your car is being repaired. I would greatly recommend them to anyone.

My car was hit while I was sitting in a parking lot, and it dented and scratched the back side and broke the tail light. Abra was recommended by American Family, and I felt well taken care of. The work was done in 2 days, they kept in contact with me every step of the way, and the repair looks as good as new. The icing on the cake is that they vacuumed the inside and cleaned the windows, dashboard and console, so its as beautiful inside as out. Im pleasantly surprised by my first auto body repair experience.

I scheduled an appointment to have the windshield of our Land Rover replaced one December 2019. I took the day off of work to wait on their 8 hour window, and that morning I was told they had the incorrect glass.They said they would call when the correct glass arrived. After not hearing from them for weeks, I called to check on the status. They said they dropped the ball and would reschedule for Saturday February 15th, 2020. They told me to be home from 8am to 4pm. I wanted at home all day, and no technician arrived, and I did not receive a call.Today, Monday morning, I learned that Brad May, the general manager, took me off of the schedule without contacting me. I just spoke to him directly, and he blamed the call center, then he blamed the technician, then he blamed me.Save yourself the headache and call a company that will be professional.

I am completely satisfied on everything they did with my car to get it back to me! They were able to get it taken apart, parts ordered and painted and back to me in less than a week. All the while kept me up to date every day letting me know if there were any complications or not. Even when I noticed that something was not repaired with the same part they immediately apologized and ordered the new part while I was there. I have to say that this was excellent customer service! Thank you so much to the Abra team for getting me my car back!

We had some work done there and we are very pleased with how it all worked out. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Katy the GM was very professional and I would work with her and Abra again if I ever need to.

Just got my truck back, could not be happier. Abra got my truck on a geico insurance claim. The work they did looks fantastic, cannot see there was original damage. The office there kept me updated and helped with the rental, they were a pleasure to work with. When I picked it up the truck had been cleaned inside and out, inside windshield, side mirrors, ect. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! They did not fix everything they were initially supposed to, lied about knowledge of the issue, didnt provide information they are responsible for providing, and the list goes on but those are the highlights. Something is VERY wrong here!!!!

I WOULD GIVE THEM ZERO STARS! THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE!!! They broke every law in the book on car repairs. They just want the insurance money. They should be shut down

Did a fantastic job repairing my car. I love their auto texting updates keeping me in the loop on the status of my car.

Was not happy with Abra and their on-site partnership with Enterprise rental. The repairs took a week longer to complete and I was told I would not be charged for the extra time that I needed to keep my rental car. When I got the Enterprise bill, I was charged an additional $170 from Enterprise. Neither Abra nor Enterprise would refund that charge, despite being told that I would not be charged. Would not recommend going here.
