I brought my Tesla in for for some trim replacement and I was very impressed with their knowledge, expertise, and fair pricing when working with my Model S Plaid.Have no fear—this company is Tesla certified and the real deal!As Ah-node says, Ill be bock! :)

It’s an all around, complete, and helpful body shop. They do excellent work. And they are also time efficient on repairing your vehicle. They are consistent in helping with details. The customer service is great. They engage with you in all details of the repair process and the overall quality of the repair work done on my car was complete and careful. To be honest I could not have been more satisfied.

I had my SUV towed to Marshal Auto Body after a collision with a deer. They were excellent with working with my insurance company and keeping me informed on repair progress. Also very helpful with getting us a loaner. When we picked up our SUV it looked like the day we bought it. The SUV was immaculate. The repair was so excellent you wouldn’t know the SUV had hit a deer. The tires and rims had been cleaned and shined up. The interior of the SUV was cleaned.The windows were cleaned inside and outside. The paint job on the body repair matched perfectly and was beautiful. The box of chocolate chip cookies in the car was just a perfect touch!I would highly recommend Marshal Auto Body for their excellent work and attention to details!

Arrogant and impatient… doesn’t have basic courtesy to talk to a client. Just because they’re booked out two months, one doesn’t talk rudely with client. I definitely urge to go somewhere else.

After my bumper fell off on 94 right before the holidays, the whole team at Marshall Auto Body was a breath of fresh air during a very stressful time. They were courteous and professional, offering multiple solutions to go about repairing or replacing my bumper. After mentioning that it was not exactly in the budget at the moment to do a complete replacement, one of their guys presented a way to reattach my bumper at no cost to me. I had never experienced such kindness and goodwill from a body shop before that day. Do not hesitate to trust this team with your business - they will not disappoint.

Marshall Auto Body was recommended to me so I called to get an estimate on replacing the hinge pins and bushings on my drivers side door (door was sagging). They said they couldnt even give me an estimate until I brought the truck in, which they could not do until the next day. So, I brought it in and they took pictures, promised me an estimate by the end of the day (now day 2). I didnt hear from them all day. Finally the next day they emailed me and told me they had the wrong VIN (even though they had taken a picture of it). I emailed them the correct VIN immediately and still did not get an estimate back. Finally I emailed again asking for an estimate they replied that they would get it to me by the end of THAT day. At that point I gave up and called Mander Collision and Glass across town. They gave me an estimate over the phone, I scheduled an appointment for a few days later, and they fixed my door. At this point my door is fixed and I am still waiting for the original estimate from Marshall Auto Body. Moral of the story-- if you want to send emails back and forth chasing an estimate, go to Marshall. If you want to get your car fixed, go somewhere else.

The work was excellent; they suggested some economical extra touches. I received compliments from a neighbor who saw the car before I dropped it off. Nice people, well organized, and they gave me a loaner for about half the time. I almost forgot - they replaced the dead battery in the fob, which they noticed and offered to take care of. I dont think they charged me or my insurance company. Kudos!

About a year ago my mom accidentally backed into the rear passenger door on my Jetta. I asked my mechanic at Nelsons automotive in Pewaukee for a recommendation. They recommended Marshall Auto body as many of their other customers needing body work had good experiences there. I brought my car in and in a few days they had the car looking like new. At first glance everything looked perfect. A couple weeks later I went through a drive-thru car wash and water was pouring in through the top of that door when the high pressure sprayers went by. I looked at the door when I got home and after comparing that door and the door on the opposite side, it was clear that something needed adjustment. Well we had our 3rd child and life was busy enough that I failed to bring it to their attention sooner. Last weekend when I was at a gas station I noticed that my rear passenger window wasnt rolling back up. The window was off the track and I had to manually slide it up and then attempt to roll the window up. I imagined that the reason this happened was due to the same reason the door seal was sticking out a little. I dreaded the potential confrontation of having to take something back a year after it had been done not knowing how willing someone might be to address the issue since I waited so long. When I called Marshall, I had a pleasant conversation with the woman who answered the phone, and she set up an appointment for the following week to bring it in and looked at. Today I dropped the car off and used their free loaner car to go to work. By 3:00 p.m. I got a call saying the car was ready. I took the loner car back to them and they handed me my keys. I asked what Ill need to be done, she explained the things that had to be fixed, and theres no mention of payment. When I got in the car they had even gathered my things into plastic bags and completely cleaned the interior! What an amazing service experience! You have an awesome team, true integrity, and a commitment to a quality standard that sets the example to be followed. I will forever give you my business I and will recommend you to everyone else. Thanks so much, you absolutely made 2020 better! Not something thats easy to do at all 😉

The consistent updates and transparency was very refreshing and appreciated. I hope to not have to bring our cars in to fix damage, but if I do, this will be where I go.

When I was dumb enough to use the wrong side of a sponge and some good muscle to clean off my winter rack-boot grime, I managed to deeply scour and scratch the fiberglass roof panel of my 2018 Model S. Marshall had me in first thing in the morning, with no appointment, buffed & polished the damaged part to BRAND NEW, had me out before I could finish me coffee... and saved me thousands of dollars on a very expensive roof panel replacement.A painless (and paintless) experience! Was looking for a new resource for autobody work after being disappointed with Mander Collision on 3 successive occasions. (had a positive experience the 1st time there many years ago so kept trying again) Marshall had good reviews so I instructed my daughter to take her Acura MDX there for some minor trim repair.Cant express how appreciative we are with Marshalls service and value.They treated my daughter very well. Ordered necessary parts (just some replacement bumper trim pieces) after her first drop-in visit and once parts came in, they completed the repair in less than a day on the scheduled appointment day. Marshalls cost came in less than Mander as well.In contrast, with Mander she took the car in for an estimate. Made an appointment for repair which was a month out, and then a month later on the day she dropped the car off for the appointment Mander said they would need it all week because they have to order parts. (same scenario as the prior 2 times we took her Acura to Mander for minor body work) (door ding at Sendiks from another car door in the wind, and shopping cart to the bumper at Total Wine) Each time we had to take it in for initial estimate, then make an appointment for 3 to 4 weeks out from there, then the day of the appointment leave the car for an entire week (requiring a rental car which was paid for by the other guys insurance both times)This recent repair Manders cost was higher than Marshalls not to mention the cost of not having her car all week waiting for Mander to order the parts they could have ordered during the month waiting for the scheduled appointment date.Marshall is top notch.NikNew Berlin

This is the primary place I go for auto repairs for a good reason. The staff are always incredibly helpful (one of them - Elaine was her name, I think - even was able to help with a minor passenger scrape with my 2013 CRV when they were technically closed) and the work they do is second to none.

Marshall’s Auto Body is ridiculously overpriced. If it’s under $5000 they will over price not to get the job, but if over, they name drop teslas and exotic cars so you go with them. To top it all off their communication is pathetic and unprofessional. Bring your business to a bodyshop that appreciates your business.

What a nightmare this body shop was. I was quoted $1000.00 to repair a 4 scuff on my drivers side rear quarter panel. They did not keep in touch with me of the progress like Marshalls originally promised. My car was delivered to me two different colors. As soon as the car rolled off the flat bed I called Marshalls, told them what was wrong and body shop says the OWNER looked over the car himself and did not see any issues with it before it left. I sent a email to the owner and days later he finally contacts me and states that he would like to come down to my work in person to look at the car again. He did, and he did not admit fault to any of it and said I really do not see any problems He tried blaming the color difference on the way the sunlight was hitting the car.In the pictures below you will notice the initial estimate of 16k. After all said and done the $1000.00 repair turned into TWENTY EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS worth of damage that was caused ALL by Marshalls. After I washed the car, the real imperfections showed. It looked as if they handed a buffer to some kid and said go to town. Clear on half of the car was burnt wherever there was an edge. Multiple runs in the clear. Even in places that should of never been cleared. Masking tape residue left on parts and instead of wiping it clean first, they cleared right over dirty surfaces locking in all the imperfections. Broken clips everywhere. It has taken over 6 months to repair Marshalls shady work. I feel terrible for the woman or man that doesnt know anything about cars and leaves Marshalls like they did a great job chances are behind panels there will be broken clips and things glued back together. Based on my experience it is one of the worst body shops I have personally ever worked with. Knowing what I know now, I would not let that body shop paint the underside of my lawnmower.

Yet again Ryan and the entire staff at Marshall Auto Body have outdone themselves. The passenger side of my vehicle was damaged in a parking lot. I knew right away where I would take my car to have it repaired. The staff did a great job of communicating the repair process and had the job done in just a few days. They also made the rental car process a breeze. Upon pick-up there was absolutely no evidence of the damage and my car was sparkling clean! They even took the time during detailing to get a stubborn stain out of seat. That’s going above and beyond! I highly recommend Marshall Auto Body for any and all auto body repair. Went in to get in to get an estimate on my 2020 f250. They would not even take an estimate with out me wearing a mask. I said no thanks and walked out.Honestly, I never give a 1 star review. So 2 is my lowest.As a business owner myself I would be very upset knowing you just took a 10000 dollar repair to another company over a mask and are not going to get recommended.

I was having issues with my trailer and I googled body shop in the Waukesha area. I needed an emergency repair done so I could get back on the road and the guys at Marshal Auto body squeezed me in. I backed up into a car in a parking lot. One body shop said cost would be $775 to re-adjust body panel with clips and touch up paint. I pointed out that there were only a few scratches. So I went to Marshall for a second opinion. The lady slapped the body panel with the heel of her hand and it popped back into place! I was stunned! Then she said that if I’d wait a few minutes she’d have someone buff out the scratches. After 10 minutes she called me out and it was perfect! As if nothing happened! I asked what I owed her. Nothing she said with a smile. I plan to go back Marshall for any body repair in the future. Thanks Marshall Auto Body!

Ive had two vehicles taken into Marshall Auto for accident repair over the last several years, and both times left fully satisfied. I am a very particular person about quality, fit and finish, and have been into cars since I was little. We have had the unfortunate need to have several family vehicles repaired at Marshalls. We have always found the staff to be very helpful and professional. They worked with my insurance carrier and gave me other option to help keep costs to a minimum. When we picked up our car it had been washed and looked cleaner than we left it. Took great care of our vehicle and communicated often regarding the repair. After pick-up a tire pressure sensor light went on. I took it back (on a Saturday). They brought in a specialist (yes, on a Saturday) and had it ready for me that same day. Upon pick-up I had my 5 year old and 11 month old. Ryan helped me with the kids while I strapped in carseats. It has been an easy and seamless process.

This place is amazing. My brothers car was in a minor front-end collision. We took it in after-hours, and it was done by five the next afternoon. The staff go out of their way to make you feel at ease and do ANYTHING to help they can. The side panel on my moms Acadia (the car we drove there to pick up) was popped out from when she backed into the garage a week before, and when we showed it to Vince, he used a screwdriver and FIXED HER CAR FOR FREE right there in the showroom! Thats probably the best customer service you can give. There were also cookies in my brothers car when we picked it up. So there. They win. Drive as far as you can to go to Marshalls. Its worth it.

Took my car (TESLA) for repair of scratches noticed during delivery. The repairs took two days, as I was advised a whole trunk needed to be repainted to fix 3 less then one inch long base-layer deep scratches. The car was repaired in two days as promised, although I had to call twice to get the time when the car could be picked up. The job looks well done.

We had a significant front end collision on our 2013 Hyundai Azera. Had it towed to Marshalls and was promptly taken care of by their professional and friendly staff. We always go to Marshall Auto Body. They recently helped me out with a small problem (but I was still shaking from it) and fixed it on the spot. Some lady backed into me at Best Buy, got out of her car and said both of our cars looked fine and said “sorry about that” and took off. Always ask for the other person’s information and call the police right away! After she left and I examined my car more closely, I realized there was damage. Even though I wrote down her license plate number as she was leaving and a description of her car, when I went to the Town of Brookfield Police Department, they told me they couldn’t tell me who she was.I went to Marshall Auto Body and they pulled the car in, did something to the bumper to fix the problem and touched up the little ding in the paint. They didn’t have to do that and I doubt any other place would have done that—all at no charge. Thank you, Eric and team, for helping me on the spot. Everyone is SO NICE there. I would give them ten stars if I could!

Have used their solar powered charging station for my NissanLeaf a couple of tunes when visiiting family. Love their commitment to sustainability. I like in Milwaukkee but would come out here to use them if I needed to.

Had a door replaced on my 2011 Tahoe. Tim spent more time that I would have expected going through the quote and discussing some different options. He communicated prior to dropping off my truck and it was done faster than I had planned for. Ive now used them two to three times and will be my first choice next time around.

Very nice job on Tesla repairs. Slight delay on receiving parts (tesla problem, not Marshall), but communication was fantastic. Nice, clean facility, friendly staff.

They returned my alum body F150 back to oem condition and even used oem parts. Most body shops wouldnt touch my truck or wanted to ship it another shop. Marshalls has my repeat business if the need arises.

I have a 95 integra with an aftermarket body kit with serious damage done to the front fiberglass bumper. Repairs were done with fantastic results. My family has had 3 other cars taken here and wont go any place else. A±++

Excellent customer service, the shop sent update text messages to notify you of their progress, estimate was half the price of Umansky on my VW Jetta. I live downtown but would gladly drive out here for future service.

Our 2013 Acura RDX was hit in the parking lot, and a very honest person made a police report. Acura recommended Marshall, and although the estimate was a bit higher than another auto body shop I decided that the Acura recommendation meant a lot. The car was repaired perfectly. The entire car was cleaned, including the interior. The work was done below estimate, and was completed in 3 days, 5 days after receiving the estimate. The paint was cured, so no need to wait 30 days before going through a car wash. In all, excellent experience - they even left cookies on the passenger seat.

Marshalls Auto BodyBrought my car in around July for hail damage, total damage came to over $11,000. Took about a month to get it back and my experience was horrible. My 2010 TL needed whole new roof and hood but everything else they had to send out to paint-less dent remover. Anyways, around August I get a call from Marshalls to go pickup my car. So, I rushed to Marshalls after work and the car is parked in the showroom for inspection. Under their light, the car looked flawless, until I approached the TL and noticed scratches, dull spots as if it was from them using some type of liquid or glue to pull out the dents, which screwed up the clear coat. I tell Vince why is there so many scratches on the car? He responds by saying it was already there. I noticed some more dull spots on the trunk and the only response he was giving me was it already there. He sees me frustrated, so he goes to the back of the room and takes out a piece of cloth and polishes it. Dull spot is still there. At this point, I just wanted to get the hell out of there, so I signed the papers and paid my fees. I get home later to find out my floor and seats were covered in black soot. I was able to wipe off the seats but the floor still remained. Door panels, trunk, front and rear wheel welds have scratches in sunlight from PDR. They broke many of my plastic latches from taking off my plastics around the door and radio. The shop switched many of my OEM Acura parts for cheap or old parts. My hood latch that holds up the hood was replaced with an old one, the shocks on the latch are completely shot.In conclusion, I do not recommend this place at all!!! I wanted to get my car done professionally so I called Acura dealership which whom they recommended Marshall Auto Body. Stay away!! Please be warned they will swap out your OEM parts and replace them with OLD PARTS!! My car looks worst than before. BEFORE YOU SIGNED OFF, PLEASE PULL YOUR CAR OUT INTO THE SUN.Update: 6/30/15 I remain anonymous for a reason. Why would I lie about this whole situation? If you want proof I have pictures showing the dull spots from the third party auto body to PDR out the dents. Roll of tape and pens was left under the seat with black foot prints all over my new OEM mats. Tape was from masking the windows and pens to mark locations of screws.
