Took my truck here to have some hit and run damage repaired. They helped with the entire process of going through insurance and making it as convenient as possible.The repair work they did was extremely professional and looked like a replacement.Would recommend them to anyone no matter the size!First picture is of the damaged bumpers (dent and scratches). This place went the extra mile to go above and beyond helping my brother out with his faulty mirror. They were patient and kind with us since he has a learning disability and always needs assistance and explanation in everything he does. I was able to get my vehicle in to get fixed very quickly and they were able to complete the work that needed to be done in a very timely manner. They do fantastic work at Nagel. I have had them fix rust spots on my car and replace a bumper and every time its done to absolute perfection. Their pricing is extremely fair and they are very transparent about how they arrived the the cost for their estimate. They are very friendly and the owner himself fixed something minor on my car for free until we were able to bring it in for the repair. I would never go anywhere else. They are the best.

Nagel Autobody shop is awesome. They found an alternative to what the dealership estimated that was much more budget friendly for great results ($3,000 vs $425). The car turned out exactly how I expected it to. All the while, they were nice and pleasant to work with. It was nice to have someone care more about you than just the money. If I need any auto work done, I know where Im going in the future!

I did not have service done here- but my daughter hit a new mustang with her bike. She had to pay for the damages which were right about $1000! Nagel was lower that and other places and when we went in to pay the mustang bill the customer service was outstanding!! They even helped out a bit with the bill for my teenager who had a drain her savings to pay for it. Allowing her to put a little back! Great kind hearted people- that do great work!!

They did a awesome job on my truck I will go back to them.

They matched my paint color (white) perfectly. It looks better than the factory paint job did. They also rushed my truck through because they knew I needed it for a vacation. The service was awesome and the work performed was above professional quality. They also cleaned my truck inside and out before I got it back and buffed out some scratches that werent even near the area that they repaired. The little things like this show that they go above and beyond what is required.

Some one hit my car and took off. I got my car to this autobody shop and they got it done. Good work here had some scratchs removed from my chrysler 300.

They rob you of your personal belongings including any change or cash you may have in your vehicle and anything of value. Completely unprofessional and thieves definitely dont bring your vehicle here.

Best expierence Ive had at a body shop. It is a busy time of year in Wisconsin and they had a month or so backlog. I found out a week in that I was moving to Phoenix and they help squeeze me in. The work they did to repair the back of my car after being rear ended was awesome, they worked directlky with my insurance, and kept me up to date on the progress. The quality was excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Took good care of my truck. This was my first recordable incident ever, a deer ran into my front left wheel area denting up a lot of small spots on the body. They made it look better thsn it was vefore, and they were insistent on photo documentation for providing insurance company with enough evidence of payment and extent of damage. Excellent guys and gals here.
