I brought my classic car here to have it completely repainted custom to my taste. Two-toned. There were also a lot of fiberglass issues that needed to be fixed as well. They absolutely overdelivered. From the initial inspection, to the estimate, to the service, and keeping me in the loop the entire time... it was a great experience. And the price was fantastic for what I had done. Sally and Jeff were a pleasure to work with and communication was great. The tech, Matt, who did the majority of the work on my car really showed knowledge and passion for what he does which is less and less common these days. This is the only place Ill be taking my car from now on.

Really pleased with the whole experience. We needed our kids car repainted due to extensive sun damage. Jeff provided a ballpark estimate by phone without even seeing the car, and the actual estimate turned out to be pretty darn close. Also, I loved that Jeff or Sally always answered the phone after 1-2 rings. Finally, they over-achieved with an early completion, which was really important due to our tough family schedule. And I havent even mentioned how great the car looks! Cant tell it from a factory finish!

Good service and good people!!!Was able to work directly with the owner to find the best service for my project. While i was looking for a quality paint job I didnt have a big budget to work with. Jeff worked out a deal with me doing my prep work so I could get the top tier paint job into my budget. Got my truck back on schedule and it looks great.!Definitely a great value for my budget!

I can’t say enough about the amazing people and services that this location provides. I brought in some loose parts to get painted, and not only were they able to paint these parts, they offered different ranges of quality so they work within your budget. I would not recommend this shop for any insurance claims. Cash only sales. The quotes and workmanship vary greatly when insurance is involved. Sally stated they cut corners and cost generally and don’t follow insurance specification with their quotes. Do not accept any verbal agreements. Sally and Jeff were dishonest and did not work on my vehicle as promised. My concerns were ignored and I wasn’t given an estimate to address additional work such as buffing and rust repair. I was told it could be worked out as an incentive to retain business. I was limited to a scratch located on my left quarter panel. Beware I was called and told my vehicle was ready and repaired. Jeff and Sally sat behind the desk didn’t even offer the courtesy to review the repairs or omissions. To my surprise never again rude dishonest and bypass if your using insurance funds for repairs their are better service shops in the area to address concerns dealing with insurance claims and service options.

Needed the door of my minivan painted to fix a spot where rust was beginning to form. They had it done in 36 hours and it looks great! Price was reasonable too.

First of all, I would highly recommend Maaco collision repair located in Waukesha,WI to anyone who is wanting a quick and reasonable quote, short timeline commitment, quality service and value for money.Jeff and Sally who jointly operate this business were very friendly and gave me great customer service during the holidays (2019) when they fixed my Honda CRV that had a big dent near the front bumper. It wasn’t my fault as this incident occurred in a parking lot. Based on GEICO’s estimate I approached several body workshops in Decatur Illinois where they charged me three times the estimate given by GEICO and wanted 2-3 months to fix the dent. In contrast, Jeff fixed my car in less than a week when I was on vacation during the holidays, although he need only 3 days to complete the repair work and coordinate with GEICO. Maaco’s charges were compatible to GEICOs estimate wherein I got away with paying just my deductible. When other body shops counseled me to completely replace the bumper and the metal body, Jeff made it look really easy for me and the finish was like a brand new car and the paint match was just perfect. Whereas, Sally negotiated with GEICO and also accommodated few paint touch up jobs as well along with the body work. Overall I had good feeling dealing with them right front the start in comparison to others in the auto body business.Their facility is brand new with plenty of parking and is centrally located and convenient.Wishing Maaco all the very best in their business.Best RegardsNatarajan Padmanabhan

I had work done at Maaco in after an accident with a post of multiple mailboxes. I had one estimate that said the entire trunk needed to be replaced. I wasnt thrilled with the idea since I was afraid it wouldnt match perfectly. At Maaco, I talked directly to Brett, who would be doing the work. He took time to explain to me that he could repair the dents and wrinkles, and that no, the trunk did not need to be replaced. I was delighted with the work. On a scale of 1 to 10, these folks are a 10+. Jeff, Sally, Brett, and the whole crew treated me professionally and made me feel as if they were repairing their own car. I highly recommend them!!!!!
