Called to get a quote. Was told to bring it in for a quote. Showed up and was told I never said Id give ya a quote and I dont need customers that bad to give a quote to you. Waste of my time.If you want anything aftermarket painted, dont even waste your time calling or showing up. Insurance money must be good by the level of customer service here.
I’ve worked with Tim and his crew in the past. I like their friendly and professional approach. My wife had extensive damage from a deer collision recently. When we picked up the car we were amazed at the quality of the work they do. The five year old car looks like brand new. Thank you Tim and your team.
Tim and his staff do brilliant work. Professional, tremendously skilled, and friendly. Tim always exceeds expectations—We highly recommend this business for its quality and value.
I went in to get a quote on my 05 Miata, they took one look and refused to work on it. Weird that their called a body shop yet won’t replace a bumper and door on my car. Don’t bother going if you good customer service
Best place to get your car fixed after a wreck, fender bender or if you need an alignment.
Super professional, friendly service! I was worried taking my car in after I got rear ended, because the paint is a white pearl color, which is EXTREMELY hard to match perfectly. Turns out, I didnt have to worry at all, because Peterson got my car back up to tip top shape! They even took care of a few small chips in my paint and vacuumed my car out for me!
Tim is professional and very friendly. The work they do is fantastic. My car was repaired and cleaned early and under the estimate given. Highly recommend!
Awesome, awesome, awesome place to do business with. Our vehicle was totally cared for,it was washed, inside vacuumed and polished like brand new. The work was done with expertise, and the bill was cheaper than the estimate. Vehicle was done on time as promised. We will highly recommend this auto body shop to everyone who asks for a dependable, reasonable, professional auto body shop.Peterson Auto Body Shop is Top Dog,excellent excellent, excellent. And everyone was so friendly.
Once again, Peterson Auto Body went above and beyond to provide quality service. My minivan looks great, they washed my floor covers, and even replaced a headlight that wasnt part of the repair for free. I had to call several times with insurance questions and Petersons was always helpful. I tell everyone if you need body work on your car, go to Peterson Auto Body!
The man who my boyfriend and I were trying to get a quote from was quite rude, he kept dancing around our question and when we asked about pricing (because another place had it cheaper) he told us to just go there. I have no issue with going elsewhere, but he was very rude/sassy when telling us to go. His tone actually made my blood boil. Go to Goffs Auto Body where they actually care about their customers, you wont regret it.
I took my truck in for repairs and they were extremely easy to work with! I even needed some graphics replaced as it was a work truck and they handled everything quickly and professionally. Highly recommend - Tim Peterson was great to work with!
They worked with my insurance company and negotiated a price lower than the initial quote. My car was done ahead of schedule, looked great, and was washed inside and out. The free loaner car was clean and well maintained. Great service
Peterson Auto Body was one of the best business Ive ever dealt with. They were extremely helpful in every step of the process, called me to keep me updated, and were very friendly. I highly recommend them to anyone!
TL;DR: Mr. Peterson neglected (or it seems more likely intentionally decided not) to tell me about a malfunction caused by his work, and then refused to even acknowledge the failure much less make it right when I showed him the report from the dealership tech who fixed it. He is the reason people are extremely reluctant to trust body shops, mechanics, and other repair people.Full Review: I took my Explorer to Peterson Auto Body after I was rear-ended. The insurance estimator had deemed it a total loss due to the amount of damage, deciding that beyond the obvious damage to the bumper, exhaust, and tailgate, one rear wheel and a rear suspension arm needed to be replaced. Mr. Peterson assessed the damage and told me that the wheel and suspension were fine, bringing his estimate in well below what my insurance would pay out for the claim.I was pleasantly surprised to get my vehicle back a couple days sooner than the estimated repair time, and everything looked great when I picked it up. However, the next day, I discovered that the glass hatch in the tailgate was not working. I assumed this was just something the shop hadn’t noticed, so I called up Mr. Peterson expecting to just set up a time to bring my car in for more repairs. When I told him the hatch wasn’t working, his response was a perfunctory “Yeah, we know.” with absolutely no follow-up. Surprised to hear that he had just decided without even informing or asking me to not fix this issue, it took me a second to ask him whether this was something I could bring the car back in and have fixed, to which he responded simply, “I don’t know how to fix that.” in a tone that made me feel like I was wasting his time to have even asked such a stupid question as whether or not a body shop could repair my vehicle fully. The conversation continued in a similar tone with me assuring Mr. Peterson that the hatch had indeed worked both before and after the crash (I had used it to retrieve some items from the trunk *after* the crash occurred), and him telling me that I would have to take it to a dealership to get repaired because there was absolutely no way this could have been caused by his work. I researched the issues I was having that night, and responded to him with several sources indicating that the problem was indeed something inside the tailgate he had fixed and not with the car’s computer as he absolutely insisted it certainly was, but Mr. Peterson did not deign to so much as respond to that message. So, a week later (the first appointment I could get at a Ford dealer’s service center) I had my Explorer checked out only to find that the problem was a wire that had been pinched apart by a screw during the reassembly of the tailgate performed at the body shop. I immediately sent Mr. Peterson a copy of the report from the dealer’s mechanic and asked him whether he would cover the repair since the problem was definitely caused by his work. As of the writing of this review about a week and a half later, Mr. Peterson has once again decided to make no effort whatsoever to so much as contract me much less take any responsibility for his shop’s failure or reimburse me for the repairs that failure necessitated. In summary, make sure you check over every last inch of your car and that absolutely every system functions perfectly BEFORE you hand this man a check because he certainly wont tell you about any problems, and the moment he has your money, any mistakes he made become your problem as far as he’s concerned. I now get to spend the rest of this vehicles lifetime wondering what other failures might crop up and whether or not Mr. Petersons assessment that my suspension didnt need repairs was correct. Not exactly a good way to feel about a vehicle I just spent almost $5000 in total repairing.
Always polite and respectful. Excellent work every time!
The work was excellent, fast, and the loaner very nice. Its my wifes car and when shes happy, Im happy. Thanks Peterson!!
I was there for repairs after my accident. My car was ready early. The service was great. Ill be going back for some scratch repairs.
They were fast and very nice! They even vaccumed out my car and cleaned my windows when they were done! The loaner car was great to use and would def use again if I ever have any other repair needs! Thanks!!!
Take an older vehicle over to them and you may leave with a new understanding of why their floor is so clean and the shop is only filled by his personal Jeeps. And expected to be humiliated!
Great work done on time.that is important.
