Affordable, yet high-quality products, fast service & these guys are always so friendly too! I couldnt be happier!

Fair prices the owner is very considerate

Put money down on a hitch, with a promise of at least a week. Three weeks later I get a call stating it was coming from Florida with at least another week delay. I call back and tell them I found a solution faster elsewhere. Guy decides to berate me about how I could have called him sooner despite me just finding out I could get this done somewhere else. Tells me this is bad business. Not sure where this guy got his training in customer service, Im guessing nowhere. I would never go back to this business if they were the last hitch company on the planet.

I had a Bed Slide installed on my truck a few days ago. Not only did they install it incorrectly. I found multiple scratches across my truck that hadn’t been there before. When I called to talk about it with them. I got an unapologetic attitude from the dude over the phone. He didn’t offer to help with my situation let alone look at it to try to fix. So, I asked about the return policy on the Bed Slide. The dude, I assume is the acting manager, literally hung up on me over the phone. Seriously.Right after this conversation with Cap Connections. I called Bed Slide and confirmed they do returns from dealers and distributors. However,Cap Connections does not warranty or do returns... Something to think about when you’re putting a Cap on your truck or installing anything really. Will they cover the work if it leaks or stops working? Highly doubtful.If you’re looking for quality work. This is NOT the place for you.Stay far and clear from cap connections.

I will continue to visit Cap Connection for all my Trucking needs!I had a Roll & Lock installed at Cap Connection in late 2018 that began to have some issues this spring -- rolling really hard, not feeling very sturdy, leaking water, etc. I called up to make a diagnostic appointment and they fit me in to a time slot that was convenient for me.Upon inspection, it was likely my lack of TLC that was causing my issues, but they made all of the necessary adjustments and tune-up right on scene with no cost to me. They even provided me with some tips and tricks to help me maintain my cover. Dave (I believe that was his name) was friendly and efficient. Cap Connection will have me as a customer for the next time I require some type of accessory for my truck!

Kind of disappointed. Internet said open 8-2 on Saturday. Sign in the door said open 8-2 on Saturday. Drive 55 minutes and arrive at 12:45 to a closed business. At least there were a few Truck Caps to look at out front.

Margins must be pretty tight in the truck cap market! i spent $2K for a premium cap and then was told by the counter guy i have to supply the four AAA batteries for the inside light. i also need to adjust the latch so it closes evenly. this was the third cap i have purchased from them over the years. customer service is a sideline for them. did not even take the time to go out and show me the operations of the cap. i know its not rocket science but at least show a little appreciation for the order.

I’ve bought a few caps from these guys in the last few years and won’t go anywhere else. They’re competitively priced and highly knowledgeable. I would recommend these guys to anyone!2/27/19: I just had another truck set up with these guys. They went way above and beyond to get the toolboxes I wanted that for over a Decked drawer system. Everything turned out perfect, the truck looks sweet and is 100% what I wanted!

WOW!! What a great place to do business. Greg and his staff are outstanding to work with. Love my new Century truck cap. Great price and a quality installation. Robbie the installer took the time to explain the features of the cap and how to best take care of it. While I waited (only 45 minutes) witnessed at least a dozen other satisfied customers. Will do business hear again and will recommend.

If I could give no stars, I would. I am writing this review for a friend. Never do business with this company! They take your money and dont stand behind their work! My friend had a cap put on his brand new Silverado. He waited almost a month after he ordered it. Now water is leaking inside from the back whenever it rains or snows. He brought it back, and they told him SOL. The caps dont fit well on the newer trucks. You couldnt have told him before you ordered it and installed it? They told him to wait till the spring, and maybe they can figure something out. He has two gapping holes on either side where the back closes. So, is he supposed to buy something to plug it up? They offered no suggestions. Where is the guarantee? Where is your customer service? Stay away from this place! They RIP you off!

ALWAYS take my new trucks there, even if out of the way. Great selection of in stock items for todays pickups and real SUVs (especially for rugged ones). They can order a million other items too. Installations are professional and timely (and sometimes immediately on purchase). Prices are reasonable, and cost for installation is downright inexpensive! Outfitted my (already loaded) Ford Raptor with even more cool stuff. Would not take any of my babies (and wifes Jeeps) anywhere else!

Our experience was one of the worst. After an installation of a hitch and wire kit, our vehicle motor began to die. When I called, they told me it was another electrical issue and there was nothing they did that would cause that to happen. After being stranded on the freeway on a dangerous curve in 100 degrees, $167 tow charge, alternator exchanged and battery shorted out, the problem ended up being their unfininished work. They forgot to tighten the nut on the power post. They told us it was our fault for not checking it. Whose work was it?

These guys always help me out with my problems. I bought a used truck that had a cap on it. It needed some help. I brought it in, they reseal the windows and put new seals the glass around the back. These guys work miracles. I would recommend them to anybody

I really like everything they have done on my new truck. I am thankful for there service. I had a small problem with the seal around my tailgate. I stopped in and they installed a new seal for me while I waited. Just want to thank them for there standing up to there products.

Good job installing cover but it sure seems like they dont want my business. Very rude sales guy, had to ask if he wanted my business. He said he had plenty of business.

They must be God. My vehicle was returned with a fresh 10” crack in the windshield. Owner said it was an “Act of God”. Took no responsibility/liability. Not recommended.

I guess customer service is really a dying thing. Bought my topper less than a year ago and is now leaking like a sieve. When I purchased the topper I was advised there was a year warranty, but was sold a lie. I was now told this is common issue with Tundra’s and nothing can be done. I would recommend NOT buying a topper here. Customer service on the backend does not exist and you will be left holding the bill.

I have purchased a couple of tonneau covers and liners for trucks over the years. Just purchased set-up for new truck. I called to order, they called when it arrived and set an appointment to install. Arrived, truck went right in and job was completed within about an hour. Very satisfied. I will be back when I need anything for my trucks.

Very expensive and to get assistance was slow. I felt they really didnt care for my business.

Arrived 10 minutes before closing and was ready to buy an ATC cap for my new truck I just purchased today. I had it narrowed down between 3 models before I came. I encountered the owner closing everything up and telling me I could order the cap but only if it took 5 minutes because he had to leave for the day. Told me Im sorry but my grandson is more important than you or anyone else. I understand family is important but have some tact dude. Its really bad business when the owner of a company cant take 20 minutes extra time for a customer to give him $1600 for a new truck cap. In the end it doesnt affect me, Ill just go elsewhere. Its your loss and your negative business review. Will never come here again!

I ordered a cap from them and was quoted a delivery of two weeks. The cap took about 6-8 weeks to arrive and the owner had plenty of excuses on why the cap was delayed. They ended up not making the cap with the correct accessories, so the owner offered to remove those from the bill. IE, the cap was not carpeted which would cost XXX so since it was not carpeted he offered to not charge me for it but gave nothing for the bad experience.I was very close to having them cancel the entire order, but since I had already gone through the process, I had them install it. They did a very sloppy job and put scratches in my new trucks tailgate during installation.I would not do business with this place.
