Nelly was amazing here!! I got a flat tire and needed a new rim ASAP. He was so helpful and patient in getting me what I needed. When I went to pick up the rim, he gave me helpful advice on tires and wheels and was just a down to earth person! The maintenance guys were also so so kind. Thanks again guys!

This dealer has helped me for decades. As a teenager I. The 1960s it was a junk yard. You could go in the yard with a wrench and pull the part you wanted.Today it is a high-tech operation with every part that’s available in their computer system.Besides being a customer, I also rented an office from them for 16 years.Mike, Bob, the family and staff will do you right.

B&M auto was very accommodating on the phone and very responsive. They had the part I needed for my car in their salvage yard and sold it at a very reasonable price. One of the employees was on a break, and took the time to help explain how to install it (a tail light). He even helped install it and was very friendly. The shop was pretty clean for being a salvage yard.

Jim and his guys are the best. Call them for all of my used parts needs. Couldnt be more happier with them.

As a dealer I have Purchased a lot of parts. I found the parts I needed online and made a call to B and M auto salvage. Got a hold of Jim in sales and he told me I would have it on Saturday. The payment transaction went smoothly and the parts were on my front porch the next day. This experience was the best purchase of used parts I’ve ever encountered. Very impressed. We deal with a few Salvage yards around the state. Just got a door from B&M (in 3 hours). Door was clean and rust free (and for a 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix). Very impressed with the service I got from Jim. Make this place on the top of your list for a place to call.

I have used B&M for parts on my all of my vehicles, they have always been able to take care of me and get what i need when the dealership couldnt. I couldnt recommend them enough, from the good service to prompt delivery dates.

I’ve called this shop in the past and they overprice the simplest parts, so much so that in some cases buying new OEM parts was cheaper then having them pick the parts off old cars in the yard. Bad customer service and if you question their prices they tell you to get lost, extremely unprofessional in my experiences but it’s most likely different for other customers that pay for outlandish prices.

These people are awesome. Its the day after Christmas and they are really busy. Despite all of that they were extremely nice and professional at all times. I even got the part i needed 40 bucks cheaper even tho there office was flooded with customers...if you need parts this the place to go in waukesha.

The service is amazing. Employees were very knowledgeable and had the part I needed for my Volkswagen I couldnt find anywhere else. Being a person not very mechanically inclined, when I went to pick up my part they came out and showed me how to install the new electrical door unit for me in under a minute. I will be a lifelong costumer.

I LOVE this place. I will call this The Jim and Jim Show being that the two gentleman were using those aliases at that time (stage names I assume). My buddy and I went there looking for a driver seat from a sports car. Any seat would do since my friend will make all necessary modifications for it to fit my 2017 Dodge cripple van. Being that I AM A CRIPPLE the two Jims were extremely accommodating. I went with Jim 2 in the parts truck and looked at more than 10 cars with Jim 2 doing the writing and me the stumbling . When we returned to the office, Jim 2 took my friend out to see what I had found. Jim 1 than looked up the prices and on my way we went. Called in for a rear window while at work. I explained to the guy on the phone I would be in at noon on my lunch break. I go in at noon pay for my window (by the way)I handed the cashier the money and he gives back my change by placing it on the counter. Not only was he short and rude he basically threw my change back at me and to top the cake it was the wrong window. I had a 30min lunch break and I had to wait an additional 20 minutes in fact Im writing this review while sitting in there waiting area. Needless to say I could be wrote up at work and Im going to be starving until Im off at 4:30. Thanks B&M

Do not TRUST this place. Was quoted a price for a transmission and paid for ahead. Once I got there they were trying to charge me a different price. I showed them the text message to verify the purchase amount to Jim the manager. He was very rude and got upset that I was quoted a different price. Traveled all the way from my Business of Drive Time Auto in Rockford to not be treated as a valued customer! I will be calling the BBB as well.

Before buying your car parts off of ebay or craigslist give these guys a call. They have high quality parts at a great price and phenomenal customer service! I have been using B&M for years and never been disappointed.

Was in and out with the part I needed in 30 min. The part was easy to remove, but the service was prompt. Some places keep you waiting around.

Great for used parts

TERRIBLE. I asked for a luggage rack for my truck. They reply saying yes we have it $50, just have to be prepaid first. I told them Id like to pay and recieve at the same time. Then they said they could remove it and put to the side for 2 days for me. They tell me where to pick it up and said its not off the vehicle yet. 3 days go by and I ask again to schedule pick up. Its been another 3 days and no response. The guy is Alberto bad communication, not good business I wouldnt recommend if you want quality service.

I made the mistake of not listening to the other reviews, I drove 45 minutes to pick up at a light that they argued with me about 20 minutes on the phone. We go there to finally pick it up four hours later go there only to receive a broken tail light for retail pricing on a new one. If I wanted a used broken taillight I would have kept the one I had but now I know that my broken taillight is worth as much as a brand new one. Worst auto parts store in history

Cheap parts, not for the faint of heart, these are all shop-guys, they will cut you a deal but they need to make money too. I recommend them if you are looking for some car parts, tires/rims for any cars 10+ years old.

The dealership was going to charge me $800 for a Honda Element catalytic converter that needed replacement. After returning in final part to B&M for the core deposit, I got a replacement part for over $400 less. Worth a call if you need used auto parts!
