I was recommended by a friend to come here. I needed exhaust work done. Eddy fixed my car by using parts I already owned. I had my car back same day! From now on I will always be going here. It was a great experience.

Car had never power steering. This place was recommended to me by Auto Zone. Needed a fuse replaced. They ordered it and had me on my way in less than 30 minutes. They were AWESOME....

I dont understand the bad reviews. 1st Quality Auto services ALL of my vehicles and has for years. They have even picked me up from the side of the road a couple times. I have never had any issues with the servicing of my vehicles or their customer service. My daughter purchased a vehicle from them that she is still driving. I own an aircraft maintenance facility and know the service industry well...sometimes things happen. We are human. It is always frustrating when customers assume the worse. Most businesses strive to do good work....There ARE some customers that are just never satisfied no matter how far backwards you bend for them. We end up firing those customers. I recommend 1st Quality Auto to my own customers and many of them have tried them and continue to use them. AND....my fiance is taking our truck over there today or tomorrow. I recommend them! Eddie is a great technician!

I ran out of gas not too far from the shop, I walked over there and the staff was very nice and they filled my tank up with the reserve gas canister just so I can get to my appointment on time. Thank you so much very friendly and great service

Unbelievable unprofessional (exspecially the gal who answers the phone). Tried to sell me a truck with no working brakes, owner said he didn’t have to tell me because it wasn’t a safety concern and it was considered an accessory! Very mechanically uneducated and lies right to your face acting like they know what they are talking about. STILL waiting on the title to my paid in full vehicle that was suppose to be overnighted to me. Steer clear from this hole in the wall.

Read this! I bought a 2011 E-350 van in late 2016 and the info sheet clearly said it had a clean Carfax... I am in the process of trading in at another dealership now, and lo and behold, the Carfax shows an accident from 2012 in Illinois. I should have checked myself, but I am a trusting person and gave them the benefit of the doubt. It was in writing. Now I am out a couple grand in trade value. Do not buy anything from these people, they are scammers. Proof is in the attached image.
