Johnny was the tech for installing & balancing my tires, very friendly guy. Really all the staff there are great to be honest, first time I came in for a new install & balance I wanted all 4 done, and they recommended just the front 2 since the rear 2 were fine. Very fair prices & honest work.

They where able to squeeze both of my family cars he give me a a super discount for both, Dalton was super professional and help me find the best tires and deals suit both of my cars . My rear tire of our Corvette took a screw. These tires are called run flats and most shops wont repair them. Took the tire to Discount tire and the Assistant Manager, Rosario said they can fix it. They called an hour later stating the tire was ready. I go pick it up and to my surprise, they tell me they dont charge to fix tires. WHAT!!! I left them money to buy donuts, what a great experience for my first time visit. You can be I will contact Rosario when I do need new tires. Thanks to all, you all rock !!

Moved up here from Georgia and was so glad there was a discount tire about 30 minutes from my new place. When I blew a tire I knew this was where I had to go in order to get top notch service and I was right. Clean store, professional and polite staff. Peyton was fantastic. Emily Warren came here to get some tires put on after shes had to fix her lug nut studs and a whole bunch other things that tires plus messed up on her car and they had no problems getting her toyos on and changing out her rims. The cars driving and handling amazing aside from the fact we have to replace sway bar links and possibly the sway bar because tires plus broke her passenger sway bar link barring and henceforth is making the drivers side fail. We will recommend this guys any day of the week for tires and rims.

Just had my tires rotated. This is the second set of tires that i have purchased from Discount Tire. It is one of the best customer service experiences I have had anywhere. I arrived for my appointment a little early and 20 minutes later I was on the road. Friendly, informative and professional staff. I cannot recommend them more highly..

I placed an order online scheduled and paid.Very easy process and they have most tires other places don’t.I had a 8 am appointment and got there a little early. So I noticed a few things that really impressed me. The manager had a morning motivational talk like a high school football coach would have before a big game. Then a Fellow coworker brought donuts. It really seemed they truly enjoyed working with each other. 8:00 🕗 the team went to work I was met by a energetic young man grabbed my keys and they went to work. In about 30 minutes they were done. Super happy with the installation and service. Well done discount tire 👍

Wow, talk about attentive customer service! Our online tire order & installation appointment was confirmed by text AND phone call. At the appointment, a staff member was waiting outside to greet & direct me. The waiting area was spaciousness and able to safely accommodate those of us who stayed on premises to wait. Additionally, I was notified by text as the service was performed then completed. Handy, if I had walked across the lot to shop or grab a coffee as some customers did.Loved the tires, great attitudes and politeness of everyone working. Efficiency & timelines seem to be their norm. Highly recommend you consider giving these folks a chance to provide services. They have locations Nationwide for warentee needs( free rotation etc).

The people that work here are excellent. Super tight ship. Polite - hold doors open for you. Clean and tidy. Many shops around to walk to as your tires are being done. They text you when ready. Discount tires - full service people. Totally on their A game here.

They found a metal piece in my tire and fixed it FREE even though the tires had been bought in another city at my car dealership. Amazing! I had to replace a tire on my way up here from a trip and wanted to get the other three replaced as soon as possible. I didn’t have an appointment, but the guys at the front desk were very kind, helpful, and didn’t try to rip me off in any way. They told me my car would be done in two hours, but they had it done in only one. Very quick and pleasant experience here! I will definitely pick this place over others.

This is WAY out of the way for me, but my mechanic recommended them and he wasnt wrong to do so.I love the coverage option they have on tires akin to the old RoadHazard from Sears auto. They (Sears) were the only place to trust for shoeing my cars back in the day, and I would say I found a suitable replacement to the quality I came to expect from them.Worth the drive (and road construction) for what I get.

I have been a loyal customer of a different tire shop for almost 18 years. But Discount Tires is on my way home and I had a tire that was leaking. I was able to leave it with them. They went way above and beyond! It was unrepairable and they were able to find me another tire. Joel (pronounced Joe-L) was AWESOME! I recently ran over something on the freeway causing 2 of my tires to be deflated. Luckily, I had the tire certificates which covered the replacement. They put 2 loaners on my car in the interim, scheduled an appointment for the following week to put on the new tires.When I arrived the following week, Dalton notified me that he couldnt find the tires they had ordered so he gave me (4) new, upgraded 80k tires free of charge. This, along with them gladly swapping a dented rim (I supplied) for no charge, really impressed me. Go here - these guys will take care of you.

Today I bought tires at discount tires Waukesha and the service was amazing. I was in and out in 54 minutes and they put 5 new tires on the truck. Both times I visited here the service writers helped me within 30 seconds of entering. I would certainly buy tires here again!

Everyone I talked to was very friendly and polite. They took the time to make sure I was comfortable with what they were doing and weren’t in a rush with my questions. They also were considerate of time making sure I knew when my turn was and when I would be done. They were quick!!

Best prices around on tires. Ive taken both my vehicles here in the last 6 months for new tires and was in and out in less than an hour both times. The guys didnt try to upsell me a bunch of extras and they include a warranty on the tires so if anything happens to them theyll fix it for free.

I wish I could give 6 stars! The guys at Discount Tire are so professional and cool. I had a nail in my tire and they took care of me, free of charge! What?!! Ive never had that happen to me before. They were honest with me, and told me that I didnt need new tires at this time. When they were done, my TPMS light finally went out. The day after Christmas, this was a true gift. Chris took care of me, but they are all good 👍 I drove in from Milwaukee, and it was definitely worth the 30 minute trip!

Great service! Waited in the car while my tires were rotated and balanced. A little joy ride there (since most theme parks are closed.. lol). Watching them service my car was a joy itself! They were all singing to the songs on the radio while they worked (more entertaining than Snow White.. Lol). They told me all 4 tires were out of balanced so they fixed them. As I road home it was a very noticeable difference! Couldnt feel every bump on the road like I did before. Thanks guys for your service and entertainment!

Price on tires and install was as competitive as anywhere. Staff is polite and clean, as were the showroom and bathroom. Looks professional. Torqued the wheels properly with an actual torque wrench instead of just blasting the lug nuts with an impact wrench. Even good rock music playing in the shop area. Pretty happy all around.

Came in to patch a flat. When i called they said they would get it done before leaving. Thank goodness since im a traveler. Super pllite, super prompt, patched right up. Love discount tire and been using them since 2011.

They really botched a simple job of replacing 2 rims on my truck, and it turned into a 3 month affair... However, in the end they followed up and made it right, which is rare anymore. That is worth a lot in my book and Ill definitely give them another shot in future.

Discount Tire is always amazing, but the guys at the Waukesha store were *incredible!!* I needed tires same day but was unable to make an appointment, so I was worried I may wait two to three hours, but I was willing to do so. They got me in the system as a new client, took my tire size and gave me a recommendation on tires (plus a discount!), and got me out of the store in less than an hour! Superb service, wonderful customer service and staff, and the new tires are amazing! I will always go back here and will recommend them to everyone!

I had a very poor experience at a previous tire installation company using the tires that Discount Tire Provided for me. Although I did not use Discount Tire to install the tires initially because it was inconvenient for me to travel that far, I had come to this location, and they had figured everything out about my specific situation. They made the experience seemless and I was very satisfied. Highly recommend!

Went there to get my rear tire replaced. They instead diagnosed and fix my current for free and did it in a speedy fashion while being pleasant the whole time. Def would recommend

I am a young female under thirty who never feels comfortable at mechanic shops/ car places. This place, however, was filled with polite and respectful young men, they attended to everyone quickly and professionally. I was 15 minutes early for my appointment and still got out in under an hour. I am very satisfied with the price I paid as well. I got 4 new tires for under $400 out the door. Amazing. Great service, done in a timely matter. They were a little backed up so I didnt get in for my appointment a little late. But they are awesome. And prices are good. After the dealership told me I needed new tires before winter, I went to this place to compare prices. When the associate looked at my tires, he told me that the still had quite a bit of tread remaining and that it was not necessary to replace, yet. I appreciated their honesty and help.

Went in figured I would get a quote and have to set up an appointment since is was like 30 minutes before closing time! I got tires and they didnt break my sensors even though I needed new tire stems too! My car is also 11 yrs old!

Brought in brand new forged wheels to have tire mounted and the kid hammered on the lead weights all over the wheels damaging them instead of using the tape on lead weights. So upset 😡 Dont recommend anymore

Our first trip there, we spent over an hour looking at different styles and the employees were so patient and helpful while we finally found the winning choice. There was an issue with our items not being shipped on time and they offered us a discount on the labor. The installation was super quick, and we ended up having a nail in one of our tires which they repaired for free. The new wheels look amazing and were a great price. All of the employees we had contact with were great to work with and always had a smile, despite being super busy! We will always be loyal to Discount Tire!

I recently needed to purchase some new tires for my Toyota Tundra truck and chose Discount Tire because of their reputation for having the best prices and excellent service. I must share, this store did not disappoint. I was recommended a set of Goodyear Wrangler DuraTracs and could not be happier with the tires or install service. I should also note, this store provided me with great peace of mind taking in to account the current pandemic. They had specific measures in place to minimize the risks associated with Covid-19 which was quite refreshing. This is an operation that gets it and looks out for their customers and staff. I can’t speak highly enough of this shop. Discount has taken care of me through three vehicles; a Tacoma, a Ranger and now my Subaru. Their selection of tire brands and models is top-notch, and I always feel like I’m met with knowledgeable employees - when mounting oversized tires on my trucks, for instance, they’ve checked to confirm that I got the size I intended without reprimanding me or talking down the way some shops would. I get the sense the employees really know cars and tires here. Contrast this with a recent experience at a nearby competing shop where I thought I might get a slightly lower price on some Blizzaks. The employee there insisted I had ordered the wrong size tires for my car, and instead of actually looking at the specs, proceeded to explain to me why I was wrong by telling me in a condescending way what each number in the sidewall meant. 🤦🏻‍♂️ Um... hard pass!After seeing the equally-nice Michelins at a great price on Discount’s site, I showed up to get snow tires mounted on my Subaru wagon last night. The store was really hoppin, but the check-in was organized really efficiently, and I was in and out in an hour. I’ve noticed familiar faces here - always a good sign - and Rosario was super helpful and kind. I was impressed at the hustle the employees showed, especially at the end of a long day. It was like watching a pit crew at work. The shop floor is always spotless - also something I really appreciate. You can tell the employees take a lot of pride. I also really appreciate the attention to detail, and to save COVID practices. Thank you! I’ll be back this spring!

Ok so I dropped off my car to get two front tires put since I ware them out quickly because it’s a work car for delivering news papers. They called me at 2 pm to let me know that my car was ready. I went and picked up my car they told me that they replaced all 4 and I was like I only want 2 replaced. The gentleman went in and the back for a min and came back and said that they saw the rear tires were bad too and they took the liberty of replacing the other 2 free of charge. At that point I did not know what to say, I don’t think a simple thank you was enough. But I would recommend them for future tires. Thank you again.

I went to this located because I needed a repair for a tire that had a puncture wound in the tread. The tech took one look at the tire, didn’t even let me get it out of my trunk and proceeded to tell me I really needed to buy 2 new tires because I couldn’t just buy one. He didn’t have the tires I need in stock and tried to sell me more expensive ones instead. Needless to say, I left without getting the tire repair I came for and went to a certified dealership that gladly made the repair hassle-free. If you’re going to advertise that you provide a “free” service, provide the service instead of trying to make a bigger sale out of something the customer neither wants or needs. I won’t be coming back to this location.
