Cant recommend Jim, Allen and Milwaukee Custom Cycles enough. Im new to biking, and not only did they do great work at a fair price, but they schedule their work so that you dont have to leave your bike there for weeks. Jim walked me through the fix (steering neck bearings and shock bushing replacement) and taught me about my bike, too. This is the kind of local business you WANT to give your money to. I will be back and will tell all of my bike-owner friends that this is the best place in town. What a pleasure.

Company was sold to a new owner in 2017. Jim (new owner) is a great guy to work with. New company name is Milwaukee Custom Cycles as of early 2018. Very good prices, outstanding work & excellent communication. Nothing like the previous owner. Well worth the 30 mile trip for me to go there.

Ripped me off on a bike when company was insane chopper, Had some many complains Reid Murphy changed company name. My advice is to stay away.
