Brian F. came out to our home and was wonderful! he helped us not only with the issue we called about, but another one that came up as well. Brian not only fixed both the problems in a very timely manner, he also educated us on how to better take care of our home and plumbing! He was very friendly and great to work with! It was also very easy to set up an appointment time and we were able to get someone out to our home within 48 hours for a non-urgent plumbing issue!

Called for service in the am regarding a leaky toilet. I was told they would be by in the afternoon and that they would call when they were on the way. They never showed up. No call, no nothing. Waste of my day…. And toilet still leaking. Ridiculous

The old unit was difficult to remove and drain, but Brian was still able to accomodate and did not make a mess in our basement. Nice professional work but unbelievable costs for materials.Job was to replace existing Water heater. Installation was quick, pros of fixed price - only half the time of expected time and materials. However, ridiculous charges for materials which are additional to the installation cost and determined by the job. $68 for parts to replace an electric water heater. He couldn’t clearly show me the parts he added for $68.Along with the installation, I asked them to replace two circular valves above water heater with ball valves. They obliged and I didn’t think of checking their cost of 1/2 inch ball valves. I was charged $35 each, $70 for two ball valves. As Adam there said, I didn’t have these jobs done often so the cost of parts are little surprising to me.

They were professional, on time (actually early), and efficient. Id highly recommend asking for Brian (if available) as he was wonderful. Rates are as expected, but quality is great.

Schoenwalder plumbing went above and beyond in helping us figure out how to hook up our portable dishwasher. It took 3 of the plumbers and their knowledge to assist us with our puzzle, but at the end of the day (and a lot of hassle on everyones end!) we now have a working portable dishwasher! Kory, went out of his way to talk through things with my husband and I until we were able to figure it all out. We are very pleased with the overall service we received and are SO THANKFUL to finally have a WORKING dishwasher!

Called late Monday, minutes before their closing time, ended up talking to Kory (President). He took the time even at the end of the day to listen to scenario of event that happened. Determined it wasn’t an emergency, and would have someone contact me the next day. Got a call just after 10am, that someone was on the way. Brian arrived shortly after and got to work. Confirmed our grey water pump was dead, replaced it, added a silent check valve as well. Encouraged me to watch and ask any questions that I may had. All in all really happy with the whole experience. Will use again if any both needs arise.

Weve had a long-standing issue with the kitchen faucet backing up when we run the garbage disposal, and its leaking into the basement where we have belongings. Last month we hired Schoenwalder Plumbing for a job we expected to be big and pricey. They got us an appt asap, the plumber was professional. They gave us a time frame between 11 and 1 on Friday. They were a No show No contact on Friday. We had to contact them. Not happy with their communication. BUT, their work is great. Brian was very efficient and very helpful. We will be having more work done by them.

Our 20 year old got water heater busted. Not only did the have the unique size we needed in stock, but they installed it same day and were super fast and professional.

We had a puddle in the basement that we couldnt figure out. We called Schoenwalder and they said a technician would be there soon. Brian came quickly determined, much to our relief, that there was a small leak in the line going to the ice maker. He replaced the line and a valve very professionally. We live in an old house built in 1930, and it was our first time needing plumbing work done, and we were referred to Schoenwalder Plumbing. We learned our pipes coming off the tub were old, galvanized and we had an outdated drum trap set-up. This job wasnt a quick fix because we had to deal with opening up our plaster ceiling, but both Schoenwalder plumbers we dealt with were extremely professional, responsive, and took care to help educate us throughout the whole process of replacing our pipes. If I ever need additional plumbing work, I wont hesitate in calling Schoenwalder Plumbing.

Schoenwalder service men are always courteous and very professional. They work quickly to get the job completed. The company replaced our water heater several years ago and recenty replaced the instant hot water dispenser in our kitchen. Very pleased with the service and recommend the company highly.

They don’t have technicians work past 4pm so if you work a real job enjoy having to take vacation for them. I would not recommend you waste your money with them. Had parts ordered through them that ended up being 30% cheaper in store if I would have bought them myself.

I have been a long time customer and have spent thousands of dollars at Schoenwalder. Happy with the service and personnel until the most recent service call. I was charged a shockingly high rate for the tech to come to my home and tell me plumbing was not the source of the problem. Tech was here for maybe fifteen minutes. Charged me $150.!! I responded to a service quality survey and received a call back from Schoenwalder. Compliments to them for calling me back. They offered me a seventy five dollar adjustment which I accepted. No one quoted rates to me prior to the service call and I didn’t ask. Shame on me. I expected them to be reasonable. Won’t make that assumption again.

Schoenwalder Plumbing is great to deal with. I called and Karen was very helpful. She got all the info and said someone would come out this afternoon. Then a little later Emily called and said the tech was on the way. Brian showed up and was professional and explained what needed to be fixed, and took care of it. I was having new flooring installed and they found the toilet base was rusted and needed to be replaced before the toilet could be replaced. I called Schoenwalder Plumbing and Brian was at my house to replace the base within about 10 minutes! The new replacement had stainless steel so it would not rust along with several other new features, and he suggested a self adjusting T-nut kit for reinstalling the toilet. He was done in less than a half hour, was very clean about a dirty job, and the flooring installation proceeded along without a hitch. GREAT JOB!

We purchased an old farmhouse a few months back and have been slowly fixing the many plumbing issues throughout the home. We have worked with Schoenwalder Plumbing for each project since we had such a wonderful experience the first time around.They are ALWAYS on-time, professional, friendly, and they get the job done correctly. Even though our projects have been bigger-ticket items, they still have been reasonable (and certainly much better than waiting until we have an emergency or being unable to use any facilities). I also really like that they try to send the same technicians out each time so that they are familiar with the quirks of the house...plus we have dogs and a cat so it is nice that they are aware of and used to our animals running around.We will continue to work with this amazing company for all future updates and maintenance.

We had a leaky toilet at our place of business and I called Schoenwalder Plumbing this morning to see if they could come out and fix it. They sent Vince out in the early afternoon and he was very knowledgeable and professional. He found the water shut off and got to work! Actually before he fixed the toilet I asked if he could look at the sink in the break room. Twenty minutes later that sink was finally usable! Great work! Couldnt grade them any higher! Will definitely use Schoenwalder when I need a plumber again!

We needed a toilet repaired or replaced. The bowl would fill and then would slowly drain almost completely out. Schoenwalder responded on the day that I called. That was sooner than I had anticipated. The price was much better than I thought it would have been. Ryan did an excellent job. He explained things as he was testing his theories. The issue was resolved quicker than I would’ve anticipated.

They came the day we called during quarantine. they were professional and screened us to protect their workers. they were fast and professional and fixed our problem in 20 minutes. it did seem just a touch pricey for what was done but they had everything they needed to fix the problem and the prompt service is worth a bit extra. we had a great experience.

Recently replaced our regular toilet with an ADA compliant toilet. The plumber that came to our home was very good. My bathroom was left as clean as it was before he came. I tried to replace the Moen shower water valve but the stem of the valve broke off. I couldnt turn house water back on because the valve was stuck open. I called and they came out within 2 hours - 3 other plumbing companies said it would be days before they came out. Brian F. was professional and completed the job promptly without making me feel like a complete fool. Total price came to $300, including the valve.

We are very impressed with their work. We have to also add that they stand by their workmanship as well. We have had ALL of our plumbing done by them. Including 2 bathroom remodels. They are going to be our first call when it is time to remodel our kitchen!

We needed some work in our bathroom done and we did not expect them to be able to come out the same day to look at it. Within 24 hours all of the work was done. Brian was very punctual, friendly and honest. We will be using Schoenwalder in the future.

We used them to replace a kitchen drain and fix an outside water spigot. Work done was fine. I had specifically requested a morning appointment WEEKS in advance. At noon I called and they seemed to have misplaced my request and someone came about 2 hours after that - no apology or anything. Also plumber was only here 30 minutes and we were charged $112 for labor. I know plumbers arent cheap ... but that much for labor seemed crazy ... will be trying someone else next time we need a plumber.
