Had a very good experience with Culligan of Waukesha. They had a tech out within 2 hours of my service request. He diagnosed the problem ( a tired softener that was due for replacement), scheduled the replacement unit a week later and we were good to go.

We have rented a Culligan Softener and filter unit for several years. While it softened fine, we found that it did not remove enough iron form our well water. Culligan replaced the filter with a Iron Removal unit and it has been much better. It was done promptly and at no charge to us.

The equipment works very well. And the service issue we had after install was handled quickly and they were very responsive. The only down side is that the equipment is a little pricey. But you get what you pay for.

Extremely poor customer service, constant mistakes and a completely inept office/billing staff. Was constantly over charged, delivered unrequested water, and hassled (several emails and 5+ calls per day at work!) over payments as low as $4 being due. (which it wasnt past due btw, but they could never seem to remember the contract or even notate the account accordingly) - Never mind the fact that their prices are ABSURDLY high compared to their competition AND the deliveries are frequently late or rescheduled when you DO actually need the product.Do yourselves a favor. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. The staff that works here are completely rude and tone deaf too. Ignore the reviews they purchase by offering gift cards and/or making their employees do it.

My Culligan Man is friendly, always on time, helps me out by leaving the bottles at the top of my porch so I can just roll them into the house. I’m in my 60s so that’s a HUGE help not having to lug them up four cement steps.The water cooler works great, we love it and go through five bottles a month and our Culligan Man keeps up with all of our water needs!!

Ive had Culligan salt delivery for years. The delivery crew is always pleasant. They fill the brine tank and dispose of the empty bags in my basement trash container. There are never any salt pellets left on the floor and they remember to turn off the basement light when they have finished. They treat my home like their own.

Making an appointment was easy. Arrived on time, serviced unit, and replaced part under warranty. Very nice and professional.

Everyone at Culligan was willing to answer all my questions and give me multiple solutions to my hard water issues. I had a specific issue after a few months and the issue was handled promptly with just 1 call. Everyone here was very nice and very helpful, from the phone people to the actual service man . They did a great job.

I dont know how we existed before Culligan water delivery. We live in an area where our tap water is questionable. Now my kids can safely and easily fill up their water bottles and I dont have to refill gallon jugs at the grocery store every week and lug them back and forth. Delivery is always correct and on time. Thank you.

RUN!! Was very disappointed by the professionalism demonstrated by this company. Everything was great except the install itself. I got a reverse osmosis and a new water softener installed. They left dirty rags, gloves, and the old piping for the old water softener in my basement when they left. The cord to the water softener was just a jumbled knot hanging in the air. They moved my drainage to my mop sink and they put it right by the handle and shooting off the edge so my basement flooded the first time the water softener drained and every-time you turn the water on. When I called and complained I never got a response. Then they wouldn’t cancel my salt delivery or filter changes and I had to reach out 4 times, and a fifth when they still wanted to charge me for a month of a service I wasn’t continuing. Honestly a joke, especially for the price they charge. You’d be better off going to ANY other water company in the area.

Always wonderful service done quickly and efficiently. They are always prompt and call about ten minutes prior to arriving. Service men are always knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend their service and product. Love reverse osmosis.

Joe Landowski From Culligan is awesome. I am currently very ill and bedridden. Additionally, my stepson has moved back home and his apartment is basically taken over our basement. Joe just quietly came in, did his thing, PLUS a bunch of extra stuff (our fridge filter needed replacement and he spent a lot of time making sure the problem wasn’t Culligan related and figured out and let me know what the problem was). He was in and out like Santa Claus, ‘cept I didn’t have any cookies for him. Maybe next year. Culligan is SO worth it. A great company and great people. Do not get water from here. This place doesnt care about the health of the employees or the customers. Employees of this place have been exposed to covid 19 and management didnt do anything about it, putting your life at risk and the lives of others. If you have contracted covid 19 and have culligan water this might be the place it came from. Dont get water from here they have disregard for your health and life.

Ive had Culligan for years. I have special needs with my water and they have been great to work with. The few, but insignificant, issues that have come up here or there were always well managed by the area managers. So a high level of customer service is a priority. The delivery guys are great too! They just dont dump the water and go.....they are careful and thoughtful with deliveries. I appreciate that!

I gave them a 5 because this last person who came out to service our equipment was awesome. In the past Im not sure if the other worker just had an error in communication or didnt do his job right. But I liked this experience.

Bought a new house and bought the rented water softener left behind. reached out many times to get salt delivered on regular schedule through email. He didnt respond or I had to follow up to get a response. I wanted the convenience of someone else taking care of salt deliverer for me but it was to much work for me to get it figured out.

We recently had service on our water softener. The salt tank was leaking, resulting in salt deposits on the floor. The service tech replaced the tank and took the time to clean up all the salt residue on the floor. I appreciate the extra effort the tech put forward to clean everything up. The technician was very professional and courteous, and he not only serviced the water purifier system, but also checked the water softener and reset the cycle, which was affected when we had a power outage. He arrived exactly on time and was very efficient. He also answered my questions with courtesy.

First of all, the flexibility the staff has shown is very much appreciated. Setting up a delivery schedule and then modifying it to meet our needs has been a breeze which is also not taken for granted. The water itself is awesome. I sell your product to high schoolers and for them to go out of their way to make positive comments about the taste of the water is something Culligan shouldnt take for granted either. Friendly and prompt service. Whenever I have a question, I can readily speak to a person who is actually present and I do not have to push a thousand buttons to be able to do this. I hope this is ALWAYS the case and more companies should practice it!

25 yr old softener finally failed, service technician verified that the unit would be costly to fix and the new (equivalent) units now had larger fittings (actually matched the house supply lines). He had a new unit with him so a second trip was not required. The service charge was applied to the new unit install. The install went quickly and the new unit is up and running.

You have great products at fair prices that, under normal conditions, last a really log time. Under severe conditions, your technicians and sales people recommend a leasing program, which in the long run, comes out better for the home owner!
