Our delivery person is always kind and respectful of the building and tenants. Timely deliveries and a regular billing cycle make it easy to subscribe to their service. And of course the water quality is superb.
The customer service is awful. We have had Hinckley for many years and even though they are a bit overpriced, we enjoyed their flourinated water. Over the summer they failed to accurately deliver our order and missed providing us one of our bottles, yet charged us for it. Ive tried calling (on hold for an hour), sending two Contact Us messages and one email and have not received ONE response and NO refund. This has been going on for months and is absolutely unacceptable. If you have issues and need to contact them, good luck.
For people needing delivered water, Hinckley Springs is just the ticket. They are always on time and priced fairly considering the cost of having anything delivered to your home. You have three choices: home water delivery or pick it up yourself, or home reverse-osmosis filter system (which has a long payback period). I choose to have it delivered and it is good value. Very happy!
We’ve been using Hinckley Springs Water for many years now and couldn’t imagine not having it in our home. The dispenser is sleek looking, and we love having the hot water for tea. Delivery, billing, etc. is a breeze. The reminder calls are very useful also! Highly recommend.
I have been getting service from Hinckley Springs for a many years now. When I moved states a couple of years back, this local facility was amazing at helping me understand the adjustments to my service and everything was super seamless. They are always on time and always very helpful if I have questions and call. While I can not remember my delivery persons name (I am bad at names) he is amazing. He knows our stop, our bottle count, and is super helpful when our cooler needed to be replaced and the couple of times that I have had questions for him. He even managed to deliver in the worst of the snow this month when our snow piles were half as tall as his truck!
Very good service and convenient no more tap water & price is reasonable if you take into consideration they’re bringing it to your house & no more hauling bottles to the store when hot or snowy. I am very happy & grateful for the service.

From the beginning nothing but bad. Never was told when I set this up the summer of 2020 they won’t set it up/come in due to covid. It was yet up to me to carry the water in and set the dispenser up. Unreal and how do you not tell new customers this? My walls in my house have a better personality then the delivery guy. Every time he would stop over there was issues - not the right amount of new bottles, etc. always had to call and complain and follow up. Requested a call from the manager and he didn’t call so I had to call again and he was rude and no help. Finally, 3 strikes there out, so I cancelled my services and yet again had to call and follow up. A week went by and never got my credit from returned bottles. Typical for this company can’t do anything right so had to call and find out where my credit is and the lady said oh the delivery guy never marked them as returned. Come on!? So here we are 2 weeks since they picked everything up and still waiting for my credit. Hence why I cancelled service that I only had for 4 months as I don’t have time to call and follow up since Hinkley can’t do their job or follow through.
I’m very satisfied with the service I receive. My deliveries are always on time and there is never an issue if I need to increase or decrease my order.
I’m surprised to see anything less than 5 star reviews in here. I’ve had their service for 13 years and they have always been on time and provide a great service. The water tastes great too!
Timely delivery every week and the water is far superior to the water from our tap. My machine broke last year (hot water not working) and they replaced it on my next delivery day. My delivery driver is exceptionally nice and checks in if something is not in stock that I ordered. I used to be annoyed with the billing but now that there is an app on my phone I have no issues. Overall a great service!
Water has e coli will make you sick. Terrible customer service. Gave me bottles I didnt order total nightmare. Are they paying my doctor bills?cancel get your money back!
Excellent service - they never miss a beat with my delivery. I have been a customer for about 2 years and have been more than satisfied. If the delivery guy wasnt able to deliver on my scheduled day (only happened once) he called to inform me and made a special delivery for me on another day. I call that good customer service!!!
Excellent service! Our delivery guy is friendly and makes sure that our order is right every time! We have very steep stairs and he never complains. Phone service is great and very responsive! I couldn’t be happier!
Signed up a month ago. Both deliveries never showed up when they were supposed to even though I got emailed saying they were out for delivery. Thats after my delivery was routed for NC not WI. Not sure how that happened. Had to call a few times to get it fixed. Then my $50 sign up credit that was on my invoice disappeared so they charged me the whole amount. When I called to get it fixed. She said she has to pass this to my sales guy. It never got fixed. Called 2 weeks later and the lady fixed it right away supposedly and took me off of auto pay. Well never received an invoice from my last delivery (which never showed up and had to call) and they just charged my card. Not even sure if my credit was applied. So I will have to call again tomorrow for an explanation.
We’ve had 37 years of service from Hinckley Springs, and love it! We originally started the service when we found out that the water in our city was above the limit for contaminates that could possibly affect children. We’ve kept it ever since. I love the taste and convenience, so I drink a lot more water. It also keeps our coffee brewers working longer because it leaves less build up inside than tap water.
The quality of product is great. Our delivery man has to be one of the happiest people I have met. He is always prompt and courteous.
We have been customers for a few years now and service and delivery has been perfect. Our driver is always on time, has great communication and we never have any issues. Highly recommend in the Brookfield area. Way better than the other guys.
Ive had more problems with these folks than I can count! The delivery driver comes when he wants, doesnt follow the schedule, and still brings water even when I cancel the order! Their billing system is awful...
Horrible service and its a shame that Costco who enjoys the fame of excellent customer service will partner with company as such. Missing deliveries, transfer calls to 3rd party when calling the service number listed on the account, have you jump through the hoops and loops when cancelling the service. Honestly I think this company is hurting the reputation of Costco and will not do business with it again.
Well I went there on july 8th 2020 and due to protocol and covid 19 fears it was not open and had a sign on the door giving instructions on how to reach them.
Sent my account to collections for $75 after I havent received a service after my last payment. I havent had water for 4 months yet they continue to charge me. Costco should never allow them to sell out their place again. They will get so many bad reviews from me on every level.
Second month in a row the crabby delivery guy can’t get right. Time to shop for a new provider.
This company is extremely disappointing. I am literally sitting on hold waiting to speak with someone regarding our missed delivery. I have had to call twice in the last 6 months and on both occasions have been placed on hold for over 15 minutes. I urge you to use their competition. Do not sign up for this horrible organization.
I have been with Hinkley for several years and have never had any problem whatsoever. Ron our delivery driver is amazing!! The product is top notch and customer service is as well.
I should be able to give zero stars. I booked this service and paid online two and half weeks ago. I chose to have delivery in the morning. After waiting around til noon, I called to get an update and was told the delivery guy would call me back and give me an ETA. No call. No show! I spent the whole day waiting. I cant even believe a business would run like this. After waiting two weeks for my delivery, today I have to go out in the -1 degree weather to buy water so I can make my 8 month olds bottles since Hinckley left me hanging. The annoying part is not being communicated with. Things happen; I get that. But to just not show up and not even bother to call? Unacceptable. When I called today to cancel and get my money back nobody even tried to make things right. All this time wasted and now I have to book with another company and wait some more. If the tables were turned, I bet Id be getting charged for wasting their time...So unprofessional.
They delivered a faulty machine and dumped water all over and ruined my hardwood floors. Ive called them 3 times and can only reach the billing department where no one can help. They transfer me and no one ever picks up after being on hold for 12 minutes.Water if fine, just hope you dont need to contact them unless you need to pay.
If I could give them no stars, I would. This company is AWFUL. I am currently sitting on hold, for the second time today, waiting to talk to someone. Why have a delivery schedule if youre not going to follow it? They refuse to send me any receipt saying that I had sent in a payment, told me I was out of luck when I needed to show something for my corporate credit card. I would rather drink muddy swamp water every day then deal with these people.

Why does the automated person say the time on the phone is 3 mins and it is now 17 mins I have been waiting on this customer service line. It takes all of this to just set up an online account. REALLY! This is the third time today I have called the Hinkley Spring water company to answer my questions and the automation voices says my wait time is 2 or 3 minutes. (SMH).. Im ready to leave just because of this situation. And just looking at the stars before now which does not look good.
If youre reading these reviews before you open an account with this company, TURN BACK NOW!! This is the WORST experience Ive ever had with a service company. Drivers lie and charge you for extra bottles, they STEAL money out of your bank account--DO NOT give them your bank account information.
They jumped their pricing almost 20%, charge a $3 Delivery fee and when you terminate them, they wont come and pick up the empties and refund the $6 deposit per bottle they charged! Horrible customer service.
