I am a professional carpenter and have installed cabinets from cream city cabinets on three different occasions. In my 25 years of experience they are by far the best quality for the price cabinets I have seen. I recommend checking them out before making any purchase decisions.

Had them do renovations to my home kitchen back in 2015. 5 years later the kitchen sink just fell through the granite and busted the pipes in my kitchen. this incident flooded the whole kitchen. I tried to call and have them rectify the issue and got told that this is not the same company. they just happen to have the same name, logo, email address and location as the old company that did the install.

Nadia was one of the nicest people to deal with. We were going to do a complete kitchen tear out project with all new countertops, but decided to scale back. We ended up ordering some new pantry doors rather than a whole new set of kitchen cabinets and Nadia still gave us the same attention to detail, service and satisfaction in the door order. We recently completed the construction of our Dream Home. We were able to subcontract a few of our own contractors aside from the Builder. We met with Cream City cabinets and fell in love with their product quality, ideas, friendliness and availability to answer questions. The quality and workmanship was better than any other contractor during our whole build. The prices were comparable to big box stores but with amazing quality. Hands down they were the best contractor through our whole build.

Cabinets are fine, im sure. but good luck getting a hold of anyone. we bought our cabinets and have been warehousing them until our home is ready, we told them that we wanted to get install scheduled (i emailed twice and called 3 times and left a message once) got a response saying i will call you later today and never heard back. that was 3 weeks ago.

Cream City Cabinets has some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time! I let them know that we needed to put a rush on our kitchen and they sent someone out the same day to do measurements. They also had a 3D drawing to my email within an hour or so. This was before I had paid for anything. They were very nice when dropping off the cabinets. The young man came to the door and shook my hand and introduced himself before asking where I would like everything. Cream City was able to get my cabinets to me in three days! They assured me that I could call with any questions. They gave me all my options and prices for a couple different sizes of cabinets. I have already recommended them to friends. Would definitely work with them again!

We made countless changes to our design and he was more than happy to accommodate us. The installation was great (Rainer was excellent). They came back a couple of times to make a couple of small changes for us to make sure we were 100% satisfied. Price was very fair given some custom changes we made to our cabinets. I am more than happy with the service provided by Cream City Cabinets. I hired them to install my kitchen cabinets. They were very quick. They were able to come and demo and install the cabinets within a week after they arrived. The two men that came to do the work were clean and polite. They did fantastic work and cleaned up after themselves. They got the job done in a timely manner and when they finished, Ivo (the owner) stopped out at my house to make sure I was satisfied, that was a very nice touch. I took one star off because it could be hard to get ahold of someone at times, but other than that, super great place and will definitely be going to them for any future work.

Ivo at Cream City Cabinets was a pleasure to work with throughout the process--from design to install. He provides 3D computer renderings of the cabinetry design for customers to view before anything goes into production. He works with KG Stevens for countertops which is a very reputable granite/quartz supplier that our builder also uses. Were very happy with the result of our basement bar cabinetry, and when minor issues arose he addressed them very quickly. His partner even put the hardware on the doors and drawers for us after the cabinets were installed which was a nice bonus. I would definitely give Cream City a look if youre in the market for new cabinetry.

I looked for months trying to find kitchen cabinets that were both to my liking and also within my budget for my kitchen reno. I thought it was a too good to be true scenario when I stumbled upon Cream City Cabinets. As I live quite a ways away, I had my contractor pick them up after providing staff with the measurements. It took less than a week to get them from the time I placed my order. The cabinets are top notch quality for a fraction of the price and the staff were unbelievably nice, professional and accommodating. My contractor was so impressed he is looking for a way to partner/utilize their products regularly within his jobs. 5 stars all around!

Disappointing and just bad business . went in to see him personally, asked about my budget and what we wanted. he came over looked at the project and told us he would be back with some ideas and a plan. that was the last time I have seen him, called several times no response and jo replies to e-mails or voice mails.we went with a different cabinet vendor who created a kitchen that was more than we had envisioned. I was disappointed because he seemed like he wanted to create a new kitchen for us and he seemed to understand what we wanted. bad business because he never came back or even contacted us to tell us why he could no do the job. It is sad for me because I love to be able to support local small businesses like this.The un fortunate part is he his out of a 50K job and gets a dismal review in the process.with this in mind I cant recommend doing business with this firm, no reply no service and no communication skills are all indicators of just plain bad business.

I was quoted a price for cabinet refacing by a big box home improvement retailer, and the quote was aggressively priced. After hearing about Cream City Cabinets from a referral, I was given a quote for 84% less than the big box store. The service provided was professional, and they were upfront with open and on-going communication. I was overly satisfied with the product and I plan on having them service my 2nd home.

I am so impressed with Cream City Cabinets. I would highly recommend them. I ordered my cabinets through Home Depot and have had nothing but disappointment and misinformation. My husband thought he would be able to install the new cabinets (to save some money) and after researching what needed to be done, decided it would be worth paying to have them installed professionally. When I called Home Depot they were rude and didnt want to help, all they did was give me a hard time. So, this is very interesting: I had originally started working with a general contractor, who was very sloppy, didnt return my calls for a week+ at a time, was patronizing, and came in over budget by nearly 50% more than we told her, which is disrespectful. Needless to say, we didnt contract with her. She was sourcing her cabinets through Cream City. When I went to buy them directly, Ivo said that this incompetent contractor gave him too much business so he was loyal to her and he wont sell me the cabinets. Whatever - its your loss of $40k worth of cabinets. I tried to avoid the big box stores but suit yourself - Lowes and Kraftmaid...here I come!

Very disappointed in this company. We tried to visit showroom to look at counter tops. The store opens at 9. We arrived at 915 to a locked store and no answer to phone calls. I guess this just shows what kind of service they provide. Wont be wasting my time dealing with this unprofessional company.

I spent a lot of time researching the cabinets for my kitchen and concluded that RTA cabinets where the most cost effective. I came across Cream City Cabinets and went to their show room, which i couldnt do with the online guys. I was able to look over the cabinet and pick the style I wanted.The proprietor Ivo was very helpful with ordering, and giving me the time to re-measure my layout.After submitting the order, Cream City had the cabinets in the time window I requested and delivered them completely assembled on a Saturday.I installed them and am very happy with the results. They look awesome, they where assembled well, and all the hardware is soft close.During ordering there was a panel that was missed, by me. I emailed Ivo and he had it in house in a couple of days. I couldnt ask for more.I am very happy with the service, the quality for the price, and the over all experience.
