The food was good, not great, but good. The waitress was good, and did her job well. No issues there. The big issue I had, was the horrible conversation That was had with the female owner at checkout. Very rude and unprofessional. On top of that, confrontational, which was surprising and unexpected. The one star was solely because of her. My family and I will not be back.

It has been a while since I was able to stop in and have breakfast. It was a great experience with excellent, genuine service and outstanding food! The owner remembered me from time past too which is a nice way of appreciating the customer! Highly recommended and glad I was able to stop in.

I have passed this place many times and never really noticed it; but glad I took the opportunity to try it out.I had the eggs Benedict with hashbrowns, which were quite delicious.The decor was quaint county charm yet with almost (I will stress almost) modern feel. Mainly because it felt fresh and clean.

I whole heartilie cannot recommend The Crossings restaurant..... unless you appreciate GOOD food, at reasonable prices, large portions, and the friendliest wait staff and management in all of Waukesha County. Be prepared to be greeted by the owner, Tracey, as you enter with a sincere welcome as she goes about constantly sanitizing tables, counter tops, menus, and condiments. She reminds folks of the hand sanitizer she supplies as you enter and leave. We are weekly customers with varied tastes, exploring all that their menu items offered, looking for something to complain about. No such luck ! Food is great !Oh, I would be remiss if I didnt mention a waitress ( Kayla ) who bares a constant smile.... be careful, her personality and smile is addicting.

I just love this place! I usually stop for breakfast once a week and two servers know what I order, so ordering goes pretty smoothly to say the least. It is a great place to sit and start the day for me and the food is always fresh and hot. Keep up the good work!
Great place for breakfast or lunch. Reasonable prices. The hash browns are perfect-- crisp on the outside, hot and soft on the inside. I have eaten there 8-10 times. Its always delicious. People are always friendly.

Good diner-style fare. The wait-staff was remarkably friendly and knowledgeable. You can tell they care for the customers. I got a special order skillet (I adjust everything, because I am picky about some foods that I enjoy) which was made nicely. The mushrooms were a nice treat, as they did not appear to be canned. That is something I appreciate, in the diners.
This restaurant is everything. My co-works and I frequent this restaurant often and the owner is so nice and pleasant. I would recommend steak and hash browns for every one. Prices are reasonable and food is filling.

So, it was an hour before this establishment had to close down for the day when we arrived. It was still a bit busy, but we were seated in a timely manner. The decor was good.The service was a bit slow though and we werent even half way through our meal when the waitress handed us our bill. We felt rushed while 3 people at another table just got their meal and were enjoying it.The menu lacked a bit. There wasnt much variety to choose from. And the food was okay.Nothing really special popped out to me. It was just a place to eat.
The staff and owner are friendly and get to know you. The food is fantastic. My picky kids will eat quite a few dishes here. We love this place because the food is good and it is easy to get a seat. The food comes out fast.
Our company is just down the road, and we collectively consume several tons of Crossings grub annually. The employees are friendly, and the food is consistently yummy. The specials are also typically better than average, and their Italian sausage patty and potato pancakes are both fab! Gyro omelette is a staple of my diet, and while Im probably headed for an early grave as a result, Ill cast off this mortal coil with a full belly and a smile. Woah. That got weird.

This used to be one of our favorite restaurants for breakfast/ lunch, then we moved. The food is always good, service is excellent. It has a nice neighborhood restaurant feel to it. You always see the same faces and some new ones. Good coffee!
I would have never found this amazing restaurant if not for doordash. I had the Crossings skillet and oh my!! Scrumptious! Fresh and delicious. I am so happy to have found the Crossings!! Wonderful food!!!
Went there for lunch. Only one other table there. Asked if they could merge the mushrooms and cheese sticks and charge me for the higher prices item. The cook said no?! 8 can understand this if they were slammed which they were not. Ill never be back. With so, so many choices to dine at a restaurant cannot afford to not meet special requests during their SLOW times or this happens. You not only lose me but potentially many, many more.

My wife and I stumbled upon this place (thanks again Google) during our first trip to to Milwaukee for a game. We stayed in Waukesha and ate here the morning of the game. We are so glad we did. Their breakfast game was on point and the food was fantastic, I had a gyro omelette, super yum. They also seemed to show excellent team work. It was pretty busy, a couple bigger groups, but we didnt wait more then 10 minutes for our food. The best part was sitting at the counter, right next to a local with his very own MIlwaukee coffee mug, super nice guy. If you are looking for a great place to start your day, I would give this place a shot for sure.

Im staying close by in town for a while due to work and was having a rough home sick kind of morning. I came here and wanted everyone to know that the food was outstanding. I had the two eggs with smoked sausage and also 2 pieces of French toast. The food was quick, hot, and absolutely delicious. The servers name was Kathy who was incredibly personable. She doesnt know that she put a little sunshine in my rainy day. Recommend!!
This place is a hidden gem. Good old fashioned home cooking like your mom used to make. Ive never had a bad meal there. Just tried the fish fry sandwich today and it was very good.

It was a good lunch. Had a wrap and ate half. I took the rest home. When I ate the other half, it had lettuce and tomato. No turkey or bacon. Very disappointed.

The food here is scrumptious! In addition to having a regular menu, they have changing daily specials to choose from. The breakfast is excellent and the French Dip Sandwich (a lunch special) is delectable. I also tried the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich and found it to be delightful. I noticed many people around me were ordering cheeseburgers which had a mouthwater smell and Im looking forward to trying one soon!
