They have some pretty cool unique firearms as well as conventional stuff like glocks and sig. The lady who helped me was happy to pull out a bunch of different guns to show me and was fun to work with. The whole staff made the buying process quick and painless. Walked out with this little beauty and got a good deal on a box of ammo to boot.

Select Fire Weaponry is the only place Ive been shopping throughout the pandemic. They will always have ammo in stock, they always have a selection of different firearms, brand new, used, rare, you name it, coming in. The staff is friendly and knows their stuff, including somehow magically knowing JUST what I want. They have helped me with firearm issues I have had, replaced a cracked magazine from a new gun with no hassle, helped me get my first suppressor, and has always made it an enjoyable and fun experience even when they are SWAMPED with customers. I spend a lot of my time here, and they have always made time for every person that has come in. Whether youre new to purchasing firearms or already have a collection, Select Fire would be at the top of my list.

Good selection, staff can be abrasive.I had a gun selling on consignment there. I called about it and they tell me it was sold a month ago...why were they waiting to tell me this? I think they wouldve just pocketed the money had I never followed up.Neat store to check out but certain staff members can be very abrasive as well.

I have stopped in this store on a few occasions. Every visit I’ve always seen a customer treated in a rude matter, but have never received that myself. Until today when I asked if they had any mounting screws for a mount. I new the pitch and thread of the screw needed. Well unless it’s something they think is important good luck. Was told we don’t carry any of that then when I asked if the had any scope mounts or rails so I could just buy one of them since they have screws. At this point little man comes flying from the back with his face stuffed with food and just has to tell me they don’t carry that. At this point they wanted nothing to do with me because I wasn’t buying a new firearm of the shelf and was very clear about it. They have a gunsmith sign out front but don’t let it fool you. They are no gunsmiths. They might be able to change out a muzzle brake for you, but that will probably reach the heights of their gunsmithing abilities.

I have been a customer here for well over a year and have bought many fire arms from them! The staff is great, excellent customer service from Kris, Mike knows everything NFA related you could want to know and more than you would want to know, Steve is an amazing gun smith who will happily serve any requests. There are a few part timers, my favorite is Colton he can help with any shotgun related questions, how to be tactical, knowledge on different calibers Ive never even heard of, or just a good friend to talk to, theres some italain guy there I dont really care for, I mean hes a looker but hes barely around anymore. If youre lucky youll even meet Paul!Evertime I go in I feel like a kid in a candy store and look around in amazement! My only complaint is the lack of red anodized AR parts. This is my favorite shop to get things I can’t get anywhere else. Generally I walk in looking for something I need and walk out with what I needed and something else I didn’t need but it looks cool in my safe. The shotgun guy is great, he sold me a shotgun and I don’t even like shotguns but he told me I needed it and now I feel like my collection is well rounded. 10/10 would recommend to new and old collectors/shooters.

Terrible! Took my Benelli M4 to the gunsmith to get the trigger housing swapped out and the recoil tube replaced. They gave it back to me with the trigger not working at all and the collapsible stock does not feel right. Took it to another gunsmith to fix these fools mistakes. $210 down the drain! They clearly did not know what they were doing while working on the Benelli M4. The staff is very rude as well. Stay away.

Great selection and very helpful staff. They surprisingly have a solid selection in stock while other stores are struggling to keep up with demand. The background check came back quick. I highly recommend them!

Do not do business here. I took a 1948 rifle in for some minor repairs, they told me they had a line but it wouldnt take more than a month for them to get to it. I called them after a month and was told they completed one part of the repair but they just had to finish up a tiny part and they would get to it next week.... queue the process of me calling them every other week for 3 MORE MONTHS. Always I got told oh well get to it next week. Finally I got fed up and decided to get my rifle back.When I called to let them know I was going to get it they just told me itd be done the next day... but I was done playing games. I went in to pick it up, it was completely disassembled and I said I wanted it anyway and I would put it back together. Well it turns out they didnt complete a fraction of the work they said they did, additionally I was missing about $80 of parts for the rifle. I called again asking for the parts and they said they Would look when they had time This is going on several months... I knew they were never going to look for the parts. I purchased the missing parts and replaced them myself. I would have been far, FAR better off never having taken it here.I regret doing any business with this store prior to this experience and I will not make that mistake again. I strongly suggest any readers also take their business elsewhere.

First and foremost I did make a purchase here. This review is coming from a sale and not just a walk through. Staff is was nice and they had a selection of things where others do not right now. Now maybe thats because of the price because thats where this review comes in. I get the convenience of buying local. I get that ammo right now is in tight supply but the 1000 rounds I just purchased came at a cost. Easily 40% over what I would have paid otherwise even with shipping, tax and demand. Yes I know you arent going to find it online right now, which is why I lubed up the rump and bought it. Do yourself a favor and shop Midway Ammo or other bulk retailers if you dont need it now. And for their gun prices it has the same cost issue. There Zastava Pistol was $250 more than the same unit at Go Dam Road Gun Shop in Delavan. Go to Dam Road its worth the 50 minute drive to save the money.

They’ll also give you very good prices on trade ins. The prices are very good it may be a small gun shop but they have a great selection.

Always a good time going in, whether its to purchase something big or just some odds and ends. Good times chatting it up with the guys when its not so busy. My only complaint is its a small place, so it gets crowded easily. Hopefully things keep going well for them and they can get into a bigger shop!

Good selection of firearms, but they voided the warranty on my tritium sights by tapping them on instead of using a sight pusher. They also damaged the finish on my gun by using steel tipped punches instead of nylon tipped. Install your handgun sights yourself

So about two weeks after dropping off my RAS47 pistol to brew city shooters to be fixed I decided to give them a call only to find out that the gunsmith Pedro didn’t want to touch it. I then bring it to select fire for a second opinion and before I was done browsing the store my gun was fixed they just won a new client

I have purchased one firearm and a suppressor through Select Fire. Guys on duty are nice enough. I have heard them talk down to some people who might not know a lot about firearms.Nice selection of used firearms some accessories and ammo. They do give the other gun stores some competition, and that is nice.

Small shop but decent selection. Prices are on the high side but not horrible. Staff is friendly. Transfer fees are a bit higher but only by a few dollars compared to other FFLs in the area.

This place sucks big time. We took a vintage gun in for repair. They had a flood the gun stock was destroyed. They said the gun came in that way and refused to repair it properly. Then we were told to never come back. Guess what we wont and neither will anyone else we know!!

Bought a scope there. Got a chance to sight it in just a couple days later and it fogged internally pretty bad. Obviously defective. I called about a refund and they told me to take it up with the manufacturer. Make sure you really check out the stuff you buy before you do, because youll be stuck with it. The product I bought was defective off the shelf.Sucks, as I bought a couple pistols from here and had good experiences which made me feel okay buying a scope off their shelf. Wont be back here again as long as theyre not willing to own their bad inventory.

Unfortunately, my experience was not as pleasant. They do not offer MIL/LE discount on a majority of weapons they carry. This is not the issue because I can understand the backend can be complicated with manufacturers and distributors. My issue was the lack of information they provided when I inquired about it and explaining up front how it works and why they don’t. The sales rep I worked with was new and completely unprofessional after the purchase with me explaining my issue. I could have saved $100 on the firearm I purchased if bought at fletcher arms, which does offer the discount. The rep left the phone Unmuted when I called the second time and told his coworker I was “bitching” and was left on hold for 10 min. This is not accurate. I called to converse on the better way to handle the situation when customers inquire about these discounts. I asked if the weapon company offers a discount (they do) only this location does not because of agreements and licensing; now I know. Would have went elsewhere to save money. When brought to the attention of management he heard me out but unfortunately did not seem to make an effort to make it right but to just explain how it works on their end.Buyers remorse I guess and wish I would have stuck with the place I have shopped before. Happy Memorial Day weekend.

Stopped in to take their CCW class that they have every Wednesday, and just $50 and 2 hours later, I had everything I needed to apply for my license. The class was pretty rudimentary, but answered all the questions I had going in. The instructor was knowledgeable, and well prepared. I should note there was no range time or anything like that, so you may want to factor that in when making your decision.They also had a fair amount of military surplus from guns to bayonets, to mags, to cleaning materials. They were very helpful, and I would definitely return should I ever be looking for some milsurp stuff.

The guys here have always been solid and knowledgeable. Decided to bring my sbr in to have 2 holes drilled and tapped in rear trunion. Quoted $40. They called and informed that they had trouble drilling so they skipped tapping the holes and put nuts instead. So now the holes are over sized so tapping is out of the question. On top of it charged $90 instead of $40.The store is 4 or 5 stars but very disappointed that I paid double for half the work quoted. Recent gunsmithing is why I ranked 2.

Took these guys 2 brand new Beretta slides to put on night sights. They scratched both slides and painted over the scratches. Noticed the overspray when cleaning after first trip to the range. Both slides scratched in the same location. Both slides now need refinishing. Worst part is they knew what they did and tried to just cover it up, LITERALLY! My advice, go someplace else for gunsmith needs....THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY.

I went down to Select Fire Weaponry last night to pick up a pink rugar LCP. I saw these guys up at the Oshkosh Gun show and wanted to purchase a pistol but my birthday wasnt until the following monday.I called Peter at Select Fire and asked if he would hold the LCP for me. He said he would. When i arrived i was given some of the best customer friendly service i have ever received in a gun shop. Being newly 21 store owners usually dont come back and spend time talking or selling guns to you. I was thoroughly impressed with their knowledge and time they gave me while i was browsing their store.When it came to purchasing the firearm. Took a semi-auto rifle to them for repair. After a year they still could not fix it. They said they do not know how to fix it. Taking it now to an actual gun smith
