I am a contractor thats been using mavroff for over twenty years. I like that he loads off pavement not dirt like most places do. Mulch always has great color and no garbage found in it like many others do. Randy and Kate are always friendly and thank me for the business. Highly recommend

I got a quote to figure out pricing. A couple weeks later they would not even give me the price that they quoted me saying there prices went up and they cant honor the quote. BAD business.Response to the owners Response: After I placed the order and realized the price difference I called back and the lady I talked to said that she can not honor the price that was quoted because you raised the price and it was an old quote even though it was only several weeks old.With bad customer service I wanted to look else were. I was able to find a place that sells the same produce for $200 cheaper than you current price. People look else were you will save a lot of money with a better customer driven local company.

We had to reorder exact color match within 10 days, we received wrong color 2nd delivery 6/6:21. Called. Rude Ms.Kate refused to address their error. We asked her to check 1st order for correct color, she said they don’t keep records! Asked for owner she stated he does not take calls and then hung up. Rude Kate; beware of this business.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. CHARGED ME $540 FOR A TRUCK OF TOPSOIL AND DELIVERED A LOAD OF CLAY. WHEN I CALLED THEM THEY SAID THATS ALL WE HAVE CALL MY SUPPLIER. WE DONT HAVE BLACK DIRT NOT MY PROBLEM. I Asked to talk to the manager and she said she is the manager and hung up.

I have been purchasing mulch from Marv for years. Today I was in need of 6 yards of topsoil. I made a call to order at 9:30 am. At 11:30 the driver called and told me he was on the way.I ordered some for my neighbor and myself. The driver was kind enough to drop some at both locations. The service here is always top notch. Today was another example of great customer service! Thank you!

I just called in and the receptionist was very sweet. We had a good laugh and she gave me a quote that is lower than the others Ive checked in with so far. Free delivery and same day/next day availability. Havent used them yet, but did want to comment on the nice customer service I had since I was anticipating the opposite based on other reviews.

This place has the best customer service imaginable. The office lady was so sweet to me and very helpful in my decision making. Ordering process went very smoothly and driver was polite and on time. I find it extremely hard to believe that anyone has a bad experience here!! I will definitely be a return customer. A+++++

The tall young fellow who delivered my mulch helped me a lot. He split the mulch drop in two loads for me which was super helpful. I ended up giving him a nice tip. Remember to always tip your drivers.

We always get our mulch here. We hired a landscaper to spread it this year and he commented on the high quality. The people there are always polite and really helped me out this year when the landscaper wanted to come earlier than planned. They delivered it right when I needed it. Thanks!

AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! Do yourself and your backyard a favor .-Horrible Customer Service. Extremely rude employee on the phone.-Ordered 10yds of mulch but received approximately 2/3 that amount-Insect infested mulch - Most definitely purchased mulch from here. If you want to call it that. More like ground up wood pallets. I stand by this review 100%. Not slander. 100% accurate.

Customer Service lady was so rude. I called to ask a question on cost- when I replied, ok- thank you....she hung up on me. No goodbye. No You’re Welcome.We’ve ordered mulch from them before and the service itself is good but they need help with office staff.

Booooo! Bad customer service. I was a past customer and the lady on the phone was rude and would not look up my past order. Not a customer anymore. Hope they find someone new to handle the phones.
