Very friendly service got a flat tire across the street someone saw me and came over and helped If I ever need landscape I will surly call!

The guy who answered the phone could tell me absolutely nothing about their products and did not even know the address of one of their other locations. He seemed to be in a hurry to get off of the phone. Then the other location told me that they do not service everything that they sell?!6/3/21 Update: So the owners response below asked that we give them another shot in the future… I wanted to purchase a $6,400 piece of equipment from these guys but never got a call back. How in the world does this business survive?
