I called up looking for a RV queen short, I said wed be in soon to look at what they had. I talked with RICH and he was SUPER NICE, no pressure sales. I called back to say wed be in later tonight and he said I have already made some calls and have what you are looking for. We tried out what they had and he left us alone to discuss and figure out what works best for us. Hed come back and answer question but ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE SALES! He was kind, funny and we felt confident in what he was telling us about the mattresses. He NEVER pushed us to spend more money. I am SO HAPPY we found this place!!!

The guys are Mattress World were knowledgeable about mattresses (it was almost scary), what lasts and why, etc... They were informative but not high pressure, flexible with delivery dates, and on time. Thanks to a fire in our home, we had to purchase a second mattress. They remembered us, helped us stay within budget as per the insurance limits, and again- flexible, on time, and easy to work with. We recommend Mattress World in Waukesha highly!

Hold on to your invoice like it’s gold! When you have to return these uncomfortable mattresses before being told if you can you have to have an invoice. He keeps records of all of them, he won’t be able to find it because of the disorganization and lack of a computer. I guess that’s what you get for going cheap.

Ray is awesome, he took the time to help us and work with our budget in mind. Unlike every other sales guy, he actually made us slow down and think through our options, and not just rush us for a sale. I was reffered to mattress world by my business partner and Im glad I listened, I went in there closed minded thinking I was going to get sold, but man was I wrong. Ray is knowledgeable, up front and far from your typical pushy sales guy. Thanks Ray!

Place no longer carries Restonic mattresses. Guy, presumably the owner, proceeded to tell us that after 30 years he only sells firm mattresses now and that we should go anywhere else out there to find what we wanted. He did all that without ever standing up from his desk. The other reviews arent wrong. Take his advice and go anywhere else.

Bought my bed Sept. 2017 he had only 1 bed that was soft. Regrettably bought that bed. The owner told me I could flip this bed so many times he had me believing I would never sleep on the same spot. Took 4 months to break in the bed. At around 9 months it started sloping in and so I went to flip the mattress and it a 1 SIDED FKN mattress really. So now I have aking size mattress flipped sideways so my wife doesnt have to sleep in my indentation and my bed is now short. Nov. 2018 now going to purchase a new mattress cause this one sucks. The owner was also very pushy and unpleasant to deal with. I would definitely shop somewhere else

Bought a king size mattress here about 7 months ago. The buying experience was ok, a friendly, yet pushy typical salesman. But we got our mattress, and they delivered it and all was well. Then after about 6 months it developed a spot where the springs must have collapsed or something. So we went back in to talk to the guy about exchanging it on the 10 year manufacturer warranty. Again seemed like smooth sailing, he was friendly, wrote down our information on a scrap of paper, and told us hed order our replacement right away. He told us it would be 2 weeks, and that they would then deliver our replacement (for a delivery fee). Fine. When I did not hear back, I called them at 3 weeks. He then told me that the manufacturer was being slow, and it would be another week. I called them again when I didnt hear anything 2 weeks after that, he told me then that I would have to talk to the owner, who would be in on a Saturday.(up until this point all of our interaction had been with the same man) My wife called on the following Saturday, and the owner was incredibly rude. Told us we did not in fact have a replacement on order, because we would need to now set up an appointment for him to come into our home and inspect the mattress?!?!? Seriously??? This was the first time we had been told anything like this, and weve been sleeping on a broken mattress for over a month now. He was very rude in saying this is how its done, and refused to apologize for nobody having told us this. Said it must have been overlooked But I dont see how thats possible, as they had 5 WEEKS to contact us ands say they needed to come inspect it. Never once apologized in any way for us being misled, or any of our inconvenience of sleeping on a broken bed for the last month. Not to mention, that means the salesperson had been lying to us when he kept telling me that our replacement was on its way. We were clearly not comfortable with these people coming into our home, after being talked down to and lied to and belittled. My wife told him she needed to talk to me before we would set up an appointment for them to come inspect our mattress. Then he got even nastier, and told her she needed to set up the appointment NOW, and that this was why we didnt have a new bed yet. That if we didnt do this NOW all of this mess was her fault. That we needed to do this NOW and that he wouldnt even get the ball rolling on our replacement until he inspected the mattress. He was insisting on 2pm next Tuesday for our appointment, without ever asking when could work for us, which is impossible for us anyhow as we both work during the week days. Even so, next week, that would put us at 6 weeks, and then 2 weeks delivery time (based on their earlier lie) would put us at 8 WEEKS! That is absolutely unacceptable. And absolutely unacceptable behavior from these business people towards a customer who spent close to $1000 and simply want a replacement for something under a manufacturer warranty. WE WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE AGAIN! Unfortunately we are now stuck with a broken mattress and I am trying to work out a replacement with the manufacturer directly. Sadly we looked up reviews of this business after the fact, and they are incredibly low across the board, they are also ranked a D- by the better business bureau of Wisconsin.

See all these 1 star reviews? Believe them. Dont go here. The owner is extremely rude and demeaning. You couldnt pay me to relive the 10 minutes in this store. If youre not convinced, Ill describe my experience. My fiance and I want to buy a mattress for when we move in together after the wedding, and asked to see queen-size foam and spring mattress options. The owner (I believe he was, he bragged about his 37 years selling mattresses and was the only one there) laughed at us even considering foam because they sag and need replacing after a year. I dont believe that, (especially for 2 people weighing less than 150lbs each) but fine, we still want to look at mattresses. We then ask if we could see his spring mattress options. He asked what price range we were looking at. I said that we wanted a good quality mattress, since were just getting married and want to keep it for years to come. He told us he doesnt deal with BS (swearing at us) and that he doesnt play games, and to just give him a price that were looking for. After researching online, we wanted to feel the difference between a $400 and $4000 mattress, to get the most value for our money. I explained our situation and that we knew the price ranges of mattresses vary a lot. He mockingly told us No, Really?! You think?? We started getting the hint he didnt want to even stand up from his desk, let alone sell us a mattress. In a last hope, I said that we wanted to get a queen mattress just under $1000 (just to make him happy and perhaps hed show us a mattress). He then said Ohhh my goshhh. I could get you 5 mattresses for $1000. (hey look, we might be getting somewhere! Nope.) I then ask, well, can we see that mattress and try it out? He refused, and then told us that we should go to other stores to look for a mattress. He also indirectly told us that we were wasting his time (even though there were no other customers in the store -- they must have already read these reviews). Hardly believing what Im hearing, I clarified -- Do you even want us to purchase a mattress here? He again said we should look at other stores. Really? We didnt ever get to sit, lay, or even touch a mattress in the store. And now were asked to leave, he didnt want our money (I have no idea what businessman owns a store they dont want to sell to new customers -- he told us he had enough repeat customers already). We couldnt believe it, but for sure couldnt do business with someone like this, so we left, frustrated and annoyed. I dont know if he has a problem with young people, engagements, married people, actually working, or whatever, but for some reason or another he made it clear we werent worth his business. I tried to be the bigger man (despite being ~30 years younger), calmly walked away, and said, ok, have a nice day as we left. In which he replied -- I already have. No remorse, no apology, no handshake, never stood up from his desk, and wouldnt even say goodbye as we left.
