Very easy to work with and appreciate they list exactly what is required by the schools band program. To make it even better, they ship it directly to the school so we know its there and dont have to deal with any hassle. To me that is really taking the ultimate approach to customer service by simplifying and streamlining the entire process.

Had to bring my rental to get fixed. Super simple with the warranty plan. Well worth the extra $5 a month. Service was super friendly and quick!

Its a neat place to pursue your interest in music. I have my girls enrolled in piano and they love their teacher. Staff is very knowledgeable. Its been a positive experience so far.

My daughter and I were in the market for a bass for jazz band. The staff was very knowledgeable about all the products and gave us a complete demonstration of all the options in house. They also recommended the necessary things that would get us off to a great start with our new instrument as well as reasons why one would be better than another. They were not pushy at all but let us solely decide what was the best for us. It was a great experience and didn’t take all night to achieve. I appreciate the honesty that can only come from true musicians. We also use them for many other instruments for school as well. We will be back ! Thanks for all the help!

This place is amazing. I’m a beginner guitar player and came in to get my new guitar set up. Connor not only set my guitar up, he walked me though what he was doing and explained things in a way that even a beginner would understand. I could feel the love for music in the store and that will make me a customer for life. In the past I have always had a great experience at White House. About a week ago, I ordered some music. I did order it over the phone and asked for the Henle edition. They said they would have to order it and that it was not in the store. When I came to pick it up, it was a hardcover edition, which is much more expensive than the paperback. I never asked for a hardcover edition. After I got home, i called to see if I could return it or exchange it because I hadnt asked for the hardcover. I hadnt opened it (it was in plastic wrap). They told me I couldnt exchange it because they didnt have it in the store (which is why I ordered it in the first place) and I couldnt return it because it was a special order. I wasnt even aware that there were hardcover editions.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Lessons are very reasonably priced. I highly suggest getting lessons here if your trying to learn a new instrument. Evan is very knowledgeable when it comes to string instruments and great at explaining things so its easy to understand. I know i wouldnt be at the level im at now with the banjo if i hadnt gotten lessons.

When I took the used violin in the fellow behind the counter was very knowledgeable and took the time to assess it, thoroughly tune it, and answer my questions at no charge. Very impressed and looking forward to taking lessons there. Great experience!

My 7 year old son is new to string instruments and wanted to see what fit him. They were very helpful in letting him try them out a couple to see what felt comfortable and even gave tips to how to use them so he good get a realistic feel. Walked out with a Cellist 😃

Love the lease to own program! Leased a string bass for my son four years ago. My son graduated from high school in 2021. He was interested in continuing to play. Everyone was so helpful in helping us select the instrument for my daughter. It will be her first year of playing in the band at the middle school, so it was wonderful having someone walk us through the whole process. This is a great local music store, my daughter took lessons here for 6 or 7 years, John K was a great teacher, your kid would be lucky to have him as a teacher. The service on her saxophone was always prompt too, only had damage once but it was repaired very quickly. Staff is always friendly and attentive as well.

Great price and sound good, Any beginner should have a experienced percussionist tighten the heads and tune them.(my pair needed it right out of the box.)I picked up a used stand which they fit great on after some minor adjustments.For the sale price they are definitely worth the money. Went in to pick up a hi hat stand. should of known I was not going to get any help with no even acknowledged me as I enter the store. also important to note I was the only customer on the floor. waited until the person on the phone was done before I got help. did not see any individual stand but there was some next to set. I asked if I could get one of those stands said they could not sell to me the individual piece only sell it as a set. I asked why I was told it was on back order then they could not sell the kit as a complete until another one came in. I asked if they were selling alot of kits they said no and I knew they just did not want to do any real work or even take the simple action of ordering another one. Im guessing if I was a white male things would of gone different but Im not sobo more white house for me.

Great staff. I miss the Hartland location for the convenience and how great the people were, but coming here made up for the longer drive. I was greeted immediately by friendly staff at the door who clearly have a passionate interest in music. I was helped and escorted to exactly where I needed, my questions were answered and I was out the door quickly. All around, great place with great staff.
