Called for emergency tow service at 10:30 pm The guy who answered told me he couldnt do it. The guy was clearly woken when I called and couldnt be bothered. Your a 24 hour towing service. Sometimes ya gotta tow after dark.. thanks for leaving us stranded on the side of the road. We live a block from your location but will be taking our business elsewhere in the future.

Just took my vehicle in for service, including rear brakes, oil change and replace the air filters. Rick gave me a call when the service was completed and even picked me up and drove me to the shop. About 90 dollars an hour and the service was quick and they were very nice and professional.

They had my vehicle there after my accident and I want sure where it was towed to. I couldnt pay so they let me get my stuff for the title. But the guy there was kind of rude to me. When I went in to give him the title.

On July 17, 2020 we had our Travel trailor blow its rubber and there we sat. Rick at Bentz Automotive came to our rescue on the road, changed trailor tire and filled tires with air. Chuck worked with us to find a time of day that we could do without our vehicle and made sure he had it back to us in time for us to get to work.He offered us frank advice and was very knowledgeable about the tires we could choose from. Chuck helped us understand what options we had and helps us make an informed decision about our vehicle. We will definitely be back.

I had to get the car towed about half a mile to the old Pete’s/Bentz shop. It was 6:35 when they got here to tow it(no big deal at all) they called an hour later done with the two new tires I needed on the front. I’m happy to have my car back so quickly but why was the labor 93$? It seems high for an hour, I ended up paying 290$ for everything. I probably won’t go back unless I’m in a real bind again. Maybe it’ll work for some that are willing to pay those prices. The business has changed names and probably owners so maybe this is why this review seems inconsistent.

Absolutely horrible. If youre a female and not careful theyre gonna take you for a ride. Went in with my gf for 2 Oil changes, both mine and her car, and walked out paying almost $150 after I told them an oil change and asked if they could pull my skid plate off. So not only did they go against my will and repair it. They charged us for labor just to fix the damn thing. Never coming back here again. Absolutely disgusted with this place.

Getting to the mechanic is not exactly easy with an infant. So a big THANK YOU to Chuck from Petes Auto Repair & Sales. He has personally come by and picked up my car twice now to take it to the shop, work on it, and bring it back to me. Both times the car was back within the day and the work was great.

Terrible experience with this shop. Pete is extremely rude and made me feel like an idiot for not knowing what was wrong with my car. I’m not a mechanic- otherwise I wouldn’t need help. Once he found out what was wrong with my car, he called and said he didn’t have the “time or manpower” to do the fix so I should just take it somewhere else. I understand if he physically can’t do the repair, but he is just so short and rude when speaking with his customers. I’m new to the area so it would have been nice if he could have given a recommendation or something. I will never return here for anything. Probably the worst customer service I have ever received.

Just not that impressed with the level of productivity. Car took much longer than expected and had to constantly call to check in because I wasnt given a time frame. Lots of confusion between all workers, and no communication to customers unless you call and even then only 1-2 people actually have correct information to give you, others just give guesses

Great place to get your vehicle repaired

My last experience, I took my work truck to them to have a side mirror replaced. He got the info and the vehicle identification number as well as the physical part. Told me he needed to order it, and would call in a day ot 2 ehen it came in. 2 weeks later had still not ordered it or contacted me with any more questions about it. I had to call him to find out what was going on. 3rd HORRIBLE experience with lazy and unmotivated management.

I had a flat tire and was unable to get the spare tire out from under the car. Pete sent someone out with a air compressor, and since I live just a few blocks away I was able to drive to his shop where they repaired the tire in no time. My experiences with Pete and his shop have always been positive!

One person up front, he started to take my order, but he stopped and answered the phone x2, two other people came up to the counter, he took care of them, then he took another phone call. So he finally came back to me, I had to tell him again that I wanted to know how much was it going to cost me for front and back brakes and rotors. He gave me a quote of over 725.00 dollars. Over the top, I got two other quotes, they were well below Bentz quote.

Didnt have a good experience from the start. Unless u want to deal with a grumpy owner, people who dont want to listen to you, over charge and dont fix your car correctly go somewhere else.

Told them I had a diesel vehicle multiple times. They assured me they could work on it. Only to find out a day later that they could not work on it.
