I spent a week calling and going to dealers that had vehicles I was interested in. I contacted Homan via email. They had a fair market price advertised on the Dodge Challenger I liked and offered me fair market value on my trade in. Considering I lived 3 1/2 hours away I still tried finding a vehicle at a dealer closer to me. Although prices were similar, the trade in value offered at other dealers was well below market value of my vehicle. Plus other dealers in Illinois were adding a dealer fee of almost 3k that they claim is a market adjustment when in fact they are stealing 3k from you. I contacted Homan again and Ryan their salesman confirmed there is no secret fee added to their online prices. With that being said I made the trip to Wisconsin from Indiana and I must say I couldnt be happier with that decision. It was a great buying experience especially in a crazy car market right now. Fair value offered for trade and no secret 3k fees (market adjustments) added to their online prices. Going through financing there was no pressure to buy unnecessary packages for the car. I was looking for an extended warranty and got one for a fair price I strongly suggest anyone looking to buy gives homan theyre business.

Loved my experience here! Everyone was super nice with no pressure to buy. They all seemed very genuine, not fake like some other places I had looked. They had the best prices also. Would highly recommend these guys in Waupun!

The dealer is near family - so we took a chance at trying to close a deal during the holidays and were so impressed with the friendly and fast service at Homan. We were offered fair value for our trade-in and the new car is running great! Im not a huge fan of car shopping, but they made it easy and I would definitely look there again!

Just stopped in to ask a few questions for if I move here and what otions I had for my baby, my Jeep Wrangler. I was met at the door and told where service was. This was not high pressure meeting me at the door. You could tell he genuinely wanted to be helpful.The service manager was professional and very knowledgeable. I did call back since I forget to ask something and another gentleman in service was professional, knowledgeable. He helped me set up a plan to do a few things while I am here.I cannot attest to work done yet, but I feel good about trusting them with my baby.

Homan has adapted well to folks used to buying products online. I found one of the last remaining Dart models in the area, they work with me over the phone, and gave me the best price that I could find. The atmosphere at the dealership was incredibly relaxed. Couldnt recommend the entire team highly enough.

Homan Auto recently put 4 new tires on my later model car. Ive not done business with them in the past, why? I always figured being a dealership, they were expensive..But after calling around, they quoted me the best price in town & were able to do the work that same week!! The work was well done and the price was right.The messed up thing is, I blew the motor two weeks later. So the junk yard got those tires.

Friendly staff and they listen to all concerns. Bought a few vehicles from them and everything turned out fine. Well be buying another new one in about eight months thats when my lease is up.

Worst experience ever at a dealer in my car shopping experience. I really like the car I test drove and was really motivated on buying however the way I was treated by the sales consultant ( Wayde Beck) from the start was horrible. He is so unprofessional and rude. I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if that is how he normally is. Not even the most basic customer service skills like greeting someone with a handshake and intro was given as he first approached my friend and I. It just makes a customer feel the whole company is like that. Anyway if you decide to go there and purchase a vehicle go with another sales consultant that is not Wayde.

So three months ago I began the arduous search for the right truck for me. Finding one at Homan, a quick call and a one hour drive brought me to Joe. Best auto buying experience we ever had!!

Busy workdays prevented me from scheduling the first service appointment for our new Honda with our regular service shop in Madison. Suddenly the oil change was way overdue - the car had 10,000 miles on it and I should have taken it in at 8,000 miles.I happened to work in Waupun and stopped by Homan Chevy to check if they could do a quick oil change - unfortunately they were very busy at that location, but the service adviser called the Homan Chrysler shop in town to check for availability there.The Chrysler Shop had indeed an opening, so I drove over there. I waited around a little, but the car went on the lift before the scheduled time and the service was done before the expected time. During my short wait, the service adviser informed me the that the Honda uses a different kind of oil than this shop usually uses. They were still able to service the vehicle, it would just be a little more expensive.I was glad Homan was able to help me out and squeeze me in, considered I am not a regular customer.

Just had to comment on my recent purchase of a used 2012 Dodge Journey from Homan Dodge. What a refreshing difference from dealing with the mega dealers who I always feel like they have their hands in my pocket trying to grab my wallet. My salesguy Brant was a pleasure to work with. He was more focused on trying to find the right car for my needs than what was the best deal for him. He even answered his cell after hours while he was grilling dinner for his family to answer my questions. After we agreed on the sale, I expected to do battle with the dreaded Finance Mgr who, in my experience, tries to talk you into their high margin add-ons like extended warranties, paint sealants, etc., but not at Homan. We signed the necessary papers, traded him a check for the keys and went back to Brant who showed us how to use the features on our new car. All in all, it was a pleasurable experience that will put them first on my list when it comes to buying another car.Well done Homan and thanks!

I test drove two used trucks at their value center. First off I thought the price on the first truck was fair but the air conditioning in the truck didnt work at all. The sales Rep said that it should work and it was checked on sheet that it passed their inspection they it also made a grinding noise like a bearing was bad still the Rep that it shouldnt be making that noise. The second truck I drove was high in price compared to other one and still had its own issues. When driving the front end was off by a lot for a truck that has been inspected by their service department and the truck would sink going into a turn and the tires would rub on the wheel wells. They wouldnt even come down in price on either one of their trucks which both had issues that should have been fixed before being put on lot as this is supposed to be a reputable dealership I am very disappointed in the quality of their service and vehicles. I am almost better off going off of Craigslist for a truck from owner if a dealership is having these issues.

Initially my experience was excellent, but having had to re-sign my lease 3 times because of mistakes really made me mad. Then, when they said they would pay for the first month, because of all of this - the next thing I know I get a bill for 2 months and its already late. I will never use this company again.
