Great and fast service. Had to wait a few weeks to get in due to the time of year with the increase in other peoples needed repairs. But once I got my Challenger in it was super quick. Definitely a good guy in Steve being who I worked with. I know a lot of people look at these reviews to decide where to take their car in a time of need and I can for sure say that I will send anyone I can to this place for their needs.

Everyone at ABRA was friendly, helpful and accommodating, especially Steve. He kept me calm and reassured throughout the whole process. I was very pleased with the quality of the work on my car. They even washed it and cleaned the inside too!! I highly recommend them to anyone needing auto body repair. I rate them 5 stars.

Received truck as promised after taking in to repair windshield leak. They were very thorough and detailed in explaining what happened that caused the windshield to leak in the first place. Believes it was incorrectly replaced at auction and all issues were now taken care of. Outstanding and polite!

We had a large window replaced on our van and service was friendly, speedy, and the replacement window looks great! We will definitely use Abra again.

They did a great job, I came here because of my insurance recommending it to me! They were very nice and did a good job! I recent got into an accident that I needed these repairs. They kind of did the fast work like they painted over my old paint on my hood instead of sanding it so you can notice it in the sun! There was also a crack from it that them seemed to just paint over it instead! Overall did good just disappointed in some parts!

Abra was able to fix a chip in my windshield that another windshield repair shop made worse while attempting to fix, and then claimed that the windshield needed to be replaced. Greg and his team were able to salvage the windshield and worked with my insurnace to make sure the repairs were covered, and billed them directly making a whole less hassle for me.

Windshield replacement. Greg, although I never met him, seemed like a good person. The receptionist was ok, but could tell she didn’t process much customer relations. That will come in time. The windshield looks good.

Had my truck in for repairs after it was the victim in a hit & run. The entire process was easy & the staff was great! My wife and I made a pit-stop at the gas station across the street. In my hurry to use the latrine, I accidentally locked the keys in my car (and I left the car running...). I was already running late on my way back to Madison and was needing help fast. When I asked the gas station clerk if they had any tools to help me re-enter my car, she suggested I ask across the street at Abra. The receptionist there was very kind and laughed with me about my mistake as she asked her associate if he would look for a toolkit. He found one quickly and walked with me across the street to help. Within 5 minutes, he managed to roll down the window and unlock the doors. When I offered to compensate the gentleman, he politely declined. I had such a great experience with the kind associates here - I almost wish I needed auto repair so I could give them my business! Thank you all so much!

Especially in an unideal situation, I was amazed by the care, communication, and service of Abra Auto Body. Although I live hours away, I felt connected throughout the repair process through positive text updates (e.g., Relax & leave your worries to us! Parts have been ordered and we will provide an update on Wednesday.), email communication, and phone calls.Because I live out of state, I arranged to pick up my vehicle after business hours. Abra took extra care to ensure my car was locked & safe, with materials to submit independently upon pick up. I was pleasantly surprised to find not only a beautiful external repair, but a dazzling clean interior as well.Thank you, Abra Auto Body of Wausau. My sister crashed my dads nice mustang in Wausau and didnt have much of a choice to go to Abra and they did terrible. I have never seen a body shop do so bad at fixing a car. Inside the trunk was missing two of the plastic pieces, and the rubber seal so water poured into the trunk, the ABS light is on, and kicks on even though the tires arent slipping, and the spoiler alignment is so off it looks horrendous, the entire rear end isnt symmetrical including the tail lights, bumper and trunk. They did a terrible job and cant believe they are considered mechanics when you completely forget two obvious missing pieces.

Even when there was a delay, they called to keep me updated. Very professional
