The person that helped us was fantastic. He was energetic and was ready to tell us all of what they had done to fix our van. They came out when we brought it just to see about having them fix our van and fixed it at no charge, before we even made the decision to have them fix it, so our driver side door would open. When we picked our van up they washed it and the inside was so clean it looked brand new. I would definitely recommend Stewart Ave Collision to anybody and everybody!!

The repairs were super quick and they provided me with a loaner vehicle while my vehicle was being fixed. They really went above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Hands down reccomend this business to anyone. We had a minor fender bender, and Chris took fantastic care of us. He took all the information he needed from me and ran with it, so I didnt have to worry about a thing! He even switched up their normal procedures to make sure our car would be in the shop for a couple hours instead of a couple of days (let us come in a week early so they could order a paint sample, and get going to paint everything before we took our car in) When we went in the first time, even though we had not met face to face yet, he was able to out two and two together right away and we were in and out in 5 minutes. I would give them 6 stars if I could!

This was my first insurance claim and first body repair I have had done to any vehicle and went in knowing nothing about the process. I based my decision to choose this shop first on outstanding google reviews but even more so after speaking with Chris...the Owner? ... the Manager? The guy that runs the shop and understands outstanding customer service.* Honest: Chris set reasonable expectations for time lines and pricing* Trusting: My claim was originally filed just as COVID-19 was picking upsteam. By the time the insurance was ready to cut the check I had justbeen furloughed by my employer. Although, it is not always theirpolicy, Chris asked me what I could pay and when. He gave me peaceof mind regarding my car repair during the otherwise most uncertaintime in my, and most other peoples, life* Timely: SAC&R came always communicated clearly, promptly, friendlyand came through on all estimated timelines.* Outstanding physical body work: My doors look brand new, workperfectly and the paint on the new doors is 100% indiscernible from thecars original paint. When I came in to pay the remainder ofmy deductible and asked about the smell, Chris immediately offered tocheck it out with me and came out to my car with a bottle of fluid in hishand. He smelled around my car and agreed it was there, then askedme to smell the fluid which was rustproofing. It was in fact the smell Ihad noticed and Chris gave an informative explanation on therustproofing and what to expect. Stewart Ave Collision and Repair is a great shop. We had our vehicle towed there after getting into a wreck, and Chris was terrific to deal with. He gave us a free loaner to use while the insurance company figured things out and was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I cant recommend this shop highly enough and will absolutely take all of my vehicles there for repair from now on.

In January 2016, I had managed to scrape up the passenger side of my Malibu. After shopping around in the area, as I am new to Wausau, I met Chris and his team. Chris walked me through the repair process, what was going to be done, how it was going to be done, and how long it would take. He was the only person I had talked to that walked me through the process and that was just the start of his great customer service. His estimate turned out to be high once his team was finished with the vehicle, so paid less than the original estimate, which was super! The turn around was also spot on, didnt take any more time than anticipated. They also have loaner vehicles to set you up with so you arent vehicle-less while your car is under the knife, so to speak. My car turned out perfect, couldnt have been happier. Perfect blending, removed any dents with precision, and is holding strong. Once it was all said and done, about a week after, I got a phone call, checking in on my satisfaction with the work. Brilliant! Did not expect that at all and was super pleased to have a follow up conversation. Lastly, about a month after i got my car back, I even got a card from Chris and the team thanking me for my support and again checking on my satisfaction of their work. Not once, but twice did they follow up with a customer. I guess I didnt know what to expect coming into their shop as I had never had to have work done on a vehicle in the past, but the team at Stewart Ave Collision and Repair absolutely blew me out of the water with their great customer support, timely work, and flawless paint blending, which can be hard when you have a vehicle with a black metallic fleck paint to work with.In the future, if I were to be in the need for further cosmetic repair, Im certain Chris and his team at Stewart Ave Collision & Repair will be the first stop.
