Just got my very first Subaru from this wonderful dealership. Their response time was fast and immediate. I was able to get my vehicle on time as promised for the price I want. I even got the trade-in value on my old car I wanted. Patrick was always fast to reply and keep me informed while JJ gave me a head to toes once over my car that made me fall in love with the car. Financing was fairly easy. I feel like we flew through the purchase process at lightning speed. Definitely will return in a few years.

I felt the need to post today because I didn’t get a car. When I walked in to Kocourek, I wasn’t planning to buy a car that day. I told the person who first greeted me this and you know what? He didn’t pass me off for the next paying customer. He took the time to listen to me and answer all my questions. I don’t look fancy, I am certainly not rich, but when I save up enough, I do want a Subaru. Why? Because Ryan showed me that I wanted one. Not because he was some scammy car salesman, but because he showed me that this company cares about all its customers, present or future, whether they look fancy or scrubby. He patiently walked me through various models and features, explaining what he personally liked and didn’t like- all the while knowing that he wasn’t going to get that sale from me today. But he will someday. He gave me his card and told me to call with any more questions, and then reached out later to make sure I had all of the info I needed. The experience alone from my visit and the kindness and respect shown to me by Ryan is something that’s rare to find anywhere now days. I can tell you that anyone asking me about car advice I will be sending to Ryan and Kocourek Subaru!

I went there with my sister, looking for a used car, and Ryan Zanow got the door for us. Right away I expected the typical pushy salesman tactics, but he didnt do any of that. Today, we went in to look at one of their vehicle. An older gentleman (we didn’t catch his name) came and asked us if we needed help. We said yes and talked about a certain car. We asked our first question, “we saw another car at their other dealer, about the same year and less mileage and it is 2k less? Why is that. He blew up and started pointing his finger at my husbands face and told him, “if you want to argue with me then you’re on your own” BYE! And he walked away. We were like we just asked one question and you tell us we are arguing with you? It’s a legit question. Yes, we did ask to talk to a manager and he explained it to us the reasoning behind car pricing a and the timing of when it is priced and the market. Thank you manager. But man, we read such good reviews because I believe they’re a good company, but I don’t think I will return to this specific one. Don’t want to get yelled at again. Maybe I should have brought him a coffee to get good service? Lol. I guess they just didn’t want our money.

I originally purchased a 2021 from Kocourek in August 2020 and shortly after it got totaled and had to buy another car, and I went right back to the team at Kocurek. JJ and Lance were also great to work with, would highly recommend and who doesn’t love a free lifetime power train warranty?!

I honestly have never been a big fan of dealership service departments but that’s changed now, at least with the Subaru team. They fit me in today with a very tight schedule, offered shuttle service, had GREAT communication with me throughout the day, washed my car, and performed a inspection on the house. VERY kind and professional and put me at ease over a few minor issues I have. I definitely highly recommend and I’ll be getting my legacy serviced here from now on. Check your car over well before signing and driving away, They could have (and should have) done better.I bought a used Crosstrek recently from Kocourek. When I first looked at it it was very dirty and not sellable yet. I was more than willing to wait for it to be taken care of. The salesman assured me it would be perfect when I picked it up. I was so excited to get it a week later. When I arrived I saw it was dirty and scripted, but not knowing, I assumed it was the best they could do. I took it home. Once I got home I noticed the back seat was pretty stained and the ceiling was still really dirty (dirt I could just scratch off). I got a Walmart stain remover and almost everything came out out of the seats. There is no way they professionally shampooed the car like they made it seem. I also found a week later that a high beam headlight was out and tire pressure was low. My dad was also able to buff out most of the scratches that were left behind on the exterior. These are all things that should have been done by the dealership.As a young person who has never purchased a vehicle on my own before, I was excited and proud. Come to find out I was taken advantage of a bit. I know they could have cleaned and taken care of this car more than they said they did. Disappointed because I feel like with such a big name with lots of money, I expected more. I also learned to never trust dealerships, no matter their name!The finance guy was very helpful and kind. I appreciated his service and assistance.

Got a used car from Austin Benaszeski. Hes a great car salesman and super nice guy. Didnt try to push a car on me but gave me the facts. I test drove the car I was looking at three times and he took me to their separate warehouse to drive another car to compare and explained his opinion between the differences. I came with a car in mind but I didnt feel rushed. He met me half way and gave me a discount on the car and I was satisfied and feel I got a great deal. Totally recommend working with Austin. I just bought a new 2021 Crosstrek Sport from the Kocourek Subaru team and all I can say is wow! From the first contact with Luke Babcock who patiently answered all my questions and really listened to my needs, we collectively concluded that the 2021 Crosstrek Sport with its new 2.5 liter Boxer Engine was going to scratch my itch for speed and its EyeSight Driver Assist Technology was going to take my idea of driving into the future.We ordered it in late July. Well the car came in today, three weeks early, and my new Crosstrek Sport in Magnetite Gray is so much better than I imagined. I am a designer, so when I say that this car is beautifully sculpted, balancing sophistication with aggressive styling, you can take my word.I’ve have ordered new cars in the past but my service experience has never been this good. They don’t just throw around the term “team effort” they actually coordinate to specialize in their aspect of service and go in depth to make sure you feel comfortable with each aspect of delivery and financing.Tyler Poltrock was my delivery specialist and he kindly and patiently went in detail over all the features my new Crosstrek had. It had more awesome features than I knew about and left me feeling like I am getting so much value for my money.My next stop was financing with Mike Curtis and he didn’t disappoint. I was firm on what interest rate I wanted as I have good credit and had shopped around with many credit unions and banks in the area, so I had little hope that they could do better. Well I was wrong! Not only did they meet my lowest interest rate they were well under! They could have just matched but they gave me the lower rate. Mike went over all my options and I opted to add the lifetime bumper to bumper warranty for a small increase that was far less than extended warranties I have purchased for used cars in the past. Who knew you could get a lifetime bumper to bumper?Overall Luke, Tyler and Mike treated me with respect, enthusiasm and patience. As a woman shopping for cars in the past, I have felt talked down to, but not at Kocourek. I enthusiastically recommend Kocourek Subaru for all the reasons above and more.

My GF and I got a 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Premium from Kocourek Subaru. We drove across the state, when there is a Subaru dealer in our hometown, to buy it at Kocourek for two reasons. 1) We heard about the high level of customer service that is received at Kocourek and I can confirm the rumors! We worked with Patrick and he was able to find us the car we wanted, with the color and all the right options for a fair price. He didnt try to push extra things on us but also was able to answer the questions that we had. JJ also sat with us in the car to explain every button and feature the car had. Reason 2) is for their lifetime powertrain warranty. When buying a new car why wouldnt someone want a free lifetime warranty? Additionally to the powertrain they also offer a variety of other warranties if one is interested. We couldnt be happier with the service and deal we got from Kocourek Subaru! We will be back next time we need a new car for sure!

We have been consistently disappointed with the customer service, level of expertise, and truthfulness of the service staff. Our dealings there on both of our Subarus are hands down, in our 30 years of car ownership, the worst experiences we have had with people working on our cars.Their misinformation has cost us money, and left us with zero trust in the shop. In particular, Aaron talks over customers, and is clearly always looking to maximize their bottom line, rather than do what is best for us, as consumers. We will not be back unless we absolutely cannot avoid it. And, they are lucky they are not getting sued for the cost of a new engine that we had to have put in due in part to their poor service & misinformation.When I sent them this feedback from their customer survey, the service manager responded by telling us ‘we were no longer welcome in the service facility for any reason.’ I think that tells you everything you need to know about this operation. Avoid.

The staff was amazing! My car is aftermarket and they allowed me to take all the interior painted dash pieces out. Most places wouldnt let you use their tools to take apart your own car. Thanks Subaru!

If you have any issues that need immediate attention, in my case a headlight that is out, you are better off going elsewhere. I was told it would be 1 1/2 weeks. Routine maintenance that you are aware of and can be scheduled ahead of time is fine to schedule at this location.

Salesman and manager was inexperienced, unorganized, rude and pushy. Didnt care about what my husband or I wanted or needed, just kept pushing brand new cars on us. When we didnt want to sign anything and started to walk away, they wouldnt let us leave. They had the audacity to run our credit through multiple banks when we specifically told them that if our bank says no to the loan then its a no. Wouldnt even lower the price when they said they would, we also pointed out OBVIOUS damages and instead of assuring that the damage will or wont be able to get fixed, the manager just simply said: We cant make a used car look brand new. Yes you can make a used car look brand new. Never had such bad experiences from a big name brand car before and will definitely never go back to this specific one ever again. Please stay away from this dealership and go to Kocourek Chevrolet instead.

Kocourek Subaru is now in their new building not far south of their previous location. I was there for a scheduled oil change. Everything went well and i was on my way home sooner than expected.

Staff was great and made the buying process fast and simple. Everyone was nice and helped me with whatever I needed. Overall review would be 5 stars but I had to make a few corrections when finalizing the financial stuff which shouldve been caught by the financial guy, and I wasnt completely pleased with the condition of the car when I picked it up. The vehicle was OK but Im picky with cars and the outside was dirty, had a tiny dent on a window trim piece and drivers door was slightly dirty on the inside and scuffed as if someone scraped their boot on it while exiting. The vehicle came from another dealership though so I was happy Kocourek was able to get it for me. Im sure it wasnt this dealers fault. Travis Fehrenbach is a top notch salesman and absolute pleasure to work with. I visited a total of 5 dealerships before buying my car and other salesmen did not even compare to him. He listens, has great courtesy, does whatever he can to help and has great communication. He always got back to me in a very timely manner if I was unable to get a hold of him directly, and he constantly kept me updated without me asking. 110% would recommend Travis to anybody and will be bringing him a potential client this summer. I couldve bought my car at a different dealership with identical dealer benefits but I made my choice with Kocourek Subaru solely based on how well Travis worked with me. I would buy here again and recommend to other people.

I don’t typically write reviews but I felt that my experience was worth mentioning! That being said...Please don’t buy a car from Kocourek Subaru! I was given the absolute worst customer service by the car salesman Tom Jones and the manager Luke. First of all, I put money down to hold a Subaru Outback that was set to arrive at the dealership the following day. Over a week later and I still haven’t heard a single world from anyone at Kocourek. Come to find out the same car is listed for sale on the website. I was furious! I had to call and email multiple times to get ahold of someone to speak to about this issue! I left MULTIPLE voicemails for Luke the manager who never got back to me! Finally, I was able to reach Tom who said himself and the manager were both on vacation, absolute lies according to the receptionist whom I spoke with MANY TIMES when I called. I was able to test drive the car. I wasn’t in love with it because the car has OBVIOUS damage covered up on the vehicle, a corroded car battery, and scratches literally everywhere (inside and out) and decided I wanted to keep looking at the other inventory. Tom said the damage seen on the car was a factory defect in the paint, such bs! Anyways, he didn’t take the time to show me other cars and basically tried to push this car on me and said it was already sold to me after I only put a deposit down to hold the car. I wasn’t feeling comfortable at all and I told him I needed time to think about it and he walked away from me! I Had to chase after him and he said that he would only give one day to think about it but I decided to take my money back and walk away from this dealership even though I was fully prepared to buy a Subaru. Not only did I have this experience but he also clearly asked if my mom had a sex change since a male friend was with me to look at cars. I cannot even begin to say how insensitive and derogatory this is to say to another person. At this dealership, I have never felt more talked down to and talked over as a woman. If my experience can deter at least one person from buying a car from this dealership then my job is complete. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE!

Had a wonderful experience working with the amazing people here helping me. They made me feel like family. Felt no pressure when buying my vehicle there. If you want a awesome experience ask for Jeff, as I talked to him he felt like a long time friend.
