Great store, set up nice but could use a bigger selection of self help books. They were working on that section when I was there so it may be a little better now. Also they have Starbucks inside which is always a plus 😁

This has got to be the BEST Barnes and Nobles Ive ever been too. First of all, they have the an entire section dedicated to learning toys for kids along with a whole side of the store that is just music/cds/records. The cafe is conviently placed and the while layout of the store is just great. Also a wide selection of self help and metaphysics books.

5 out of 5 stars. All the ambiance, fun items and of course books of a brick and mortar Barnes & Noble one would expect with bonus Starbucks inside. Downside: a bit more pricey. Upsides: new book/coffee smells and tactile/tangible books to peruse before buying.

Can often find a good deal somewhere among the books. Also part of their members program. Sadly most of their games/toys/game cards are more expensive than average, but as a member that discount helps.The Starbucks here is an interesting one, so far had good and not so good experiences. When things are good ofc they are positive. Though, just recently had an issue with a drink (they added an unexpected ingredient). The second barista remade what I needed, but not without making comments how I was told it had this ingredient along with a very annoyed attitude. Sadly she was mistaken on what the person ringing it up had said, as this is a red flag ingredient for us to avoid. Mistakes happen, just keep calm and be happy.

Comfortable, took time to search for a different book, instead of a electronic book. Enjoyable and satisfying.

The inside was rearranged a while ago and its super nice. Kids section is good too. Workers are helpful.

The staff at the customer service desk were extremely friendly and helpful, as well as the staff in the Cafe. Special thanks to Emily for recreating a seasonal drink that was not currently on the menu. I will definitely go back because of the wonderful customer service!

Barnes and Noble as so many choices of books, its hard to know where to begin. The books are well categorized which makes it easy to browse. I rarely leave without buying something. I miss the independent bookstores but prefer this to online shopping.

One can get lost in this store for hours ...taking many paths with the brain! It was an adventure visiting the store with my family, we purchased many items that will be with us for a long time. The store is very organized...I want to go back already!

Great selection of books and movies at a fair price. I was able to buy 3 book series for my kids and a movie for myself for just over $100 which made me pretty happy

I was trying to find new releases from my 2 favorite authors and the lady (I wish I could remember her name) was so patient with me and so helpful. Even told me when the next releases are coming in June.

I have NEVER Before in my life seen staff treat people the way they did to me. I came into the store to do just simply buy a cup of mint tea. And they legit started threatening to kick me out of the store over me not wearing a facemask despite exemptions. I verbaly made it clear that i was upset, Then the manager started getting close to me following me out of the store, i gave her a hand signal to back up and she started making false claims that i was threatening her There was a ton of staff sourounding me, I shop here all the time and i never have seen staff here treat a costomer like this! I could not buy a cup of tea because i wasnt wearing a face mask. What happened to costomers always right.

Customer service was very kind and helpful, the cafe was clean, and books were all organized. I was able to find everything I wanted quickly.

The blue haired girl in the coffee shop would benefit from some basic customer service training. Although, if customer service skills were rated in sneers, shed be at the head of the class.

This is a big book store that offers a lot of different books, music, videos, and other interests

Starbucks inside barnes and noble is the greatest idea ever. Being a really busy day I ended up thirsty so starbucks was very helpful. Barnes and Noble has pretty much everything you could ask for. And if they dont have it in the store theyll order it. Theyll even ship your order elsewhere. Very convientent.

Best book place never doubt it

We stopped by to pick up my sons free dessert birthday treat (I also enjoyed checking out the clearance section). He chose a triple chocolate cookie and he enjoyed it very much! It was huge and did look really good. I ordered a Hersheys chocolate cheesecake, that was divine! My youngest daughter chose a m&m cookie bar, it was a decent size and she enjoyed that too. Overall I ended up spending too much money on treats for us, but everything was very tasty. I wouldnt go there for baked goods on a regular basis, but its good for a special treat every once in awhile. I love their book selection too - they have a good sale and clearance section.

Barnes & Noble is the greatest book store franchise on Earth. The smell of books, comfortable chairs, and Starbucks coffee. For a brick and mortar store the selection is immense. I stop in the bargain book section first, and then move on to my favorite genres. Its fun even if I dont have much money at the time because I find out about so many great books. I can always look for them at the library.

Lost some luster over the last couple of years

They didnt have what I was told they should have.

Went to store on 11.27.20, receipt says 6:45 pm + our cashier was hayden w. + he was not nice to us at all. we bought two books, hood feminism + truths we hold. i orig wanted to reach out to the store on fb through messenger to report our bad experience however dm is not an option for their store page, so here i am. the cashier was the worst and literally threw my partners change to his hand, after he paid for me. then immediately started talking to his coworkers about previous transactions. the gentlemen at the information desk/order pick up area, was super friendly! if it wasnt for him, i would have only rated our experience O N E star. i may go back just one more time, or i may look up a small business book store instead. the inside starbucks cafe, will most likely be my determining factor.however if hayden is my cashier again, i will most likely request a different cashier. one with actual customer service skills.

Awesome place to find all types of media! I come for the books and the coffee! Great paninis and desserts! Great variety of drinks! The people are always ready to assist in finding what youre looking for. Great asset to our area! I love this place!

Barnes and noble has a great selection of books, magazines, music (cds and vinyl), movies, and toys. There its really something for everyone. I like their huge selection of graphic novels the best! Id give it a five star rating, but the staff is sometimes hit or miss. Some of the people are wonderful, courteous, and helpful. But there are also some that seem a little irritated when you ask for help. They have a snooty attitude, and act like they are better than you.

Whatever you want something fun to do, read, or listen to they have something for you. Want to learn something new how to build a greenhouse a deck or a shed. I went looking for a book on how to build a home from a steel building or pole shed they did not have one in their store but they ordered one from the website for me. I also found puzzle & coloring books that happened to need to go home with me.

I go here every other weekend (or when I can). I love how you can order a coffee and read at the same time, its always so peaceful! Also, they have toys/board games that are AMAZING! I never heard of Evolution or The Red Dragon Inn (their both card/board games). But when we played them it was the most fun we have had in a long time. Even my phone cant compete against the games that you can buy there!

Over all I enjoy this store and the people who work here are friendly and helpful. Its easier to get help if needed when the store has fewer customers. We happened to be here during some heavy snow falls on a Sunday evening and the store was very quiet. Barnes & Noble as a whole has a decent selection of books, but much of it is not very specialized. I would guess if you knew exactly what book you wanted the store could probably order it.

Staff are rude, Do not recomend.

I love going here! With star bucks inside and so many books to chose from whats not to love..!?? Pluss its quite and its just a relaxed place to be. Has a very cute kids section too.

They have a wide variety of fiction and non fiction. They also have a large entertainment section with movies music, and select vinyl albums. They have toys and board games for all ages. Stationary and planners in a wide assortment. The kids section is wide and appealing for kids with you trains. They also have a Starbucks cafe so you can grab a cup of coffee, a hot pretzel, and a birthday present in one stop. Also they have consistently clean restrooms.

Had just what I was looking for (a Mediterranean cookbook) and one I wasnt looking for (Strength Exercises), both on sale, less than $10 each! I love this store! So many books, so little time.

I also have a great time here. Staff are so kind and resourceful. After buying my books Barnes & Noble always gives out a free cookie with a purchase of a drink at Starbucks! I rarely take advantage of this but definitely is a great bonus which deserves 5+ stars.

Beyond livid. Went today and waited at the customer service desk for over TEN MINUTES. An older male employee and a female employee talking by the movies both looked, saw us, then went back to their conversation. No sooner we walked away they decided to walk over. I was fuming at that point. I explained what happened to the cashier and she simply said oh. No sorry how can I help you or anything. Very rude.

Great book store, but I was a little put out as I had called about a book and they said they werent reserving the book .So the day the book came out I was there when they opened and was told the book was sold out and the only ones that were there had been reserved. So I was not very happy since I was told it couldnt be reserved !!!!!!!!!!

This B&N had some sort of a live music concert going on in the back. Bonus points! However, outside of the cafe there was no place to sit and read. Loss of bonus points! Evens out to an average Barnes and Noble experience.

Just what youd expect. Lots of books and fun stuff to browse through. Friendly staff. Seemed very well stocked and clean. This was our first visit and well be back.Easy to find and parking was readily available.

Love being able to a real store to enjoy a book! We are so glad to be able to get good info on how my Nook works and get assistance with issues right there. Its so relaxing to get a cup of coffee and a treat to enjoy while we peruse new reading finds!

Barnes and Noble always seems to have a great childrens book section. My kids enjoy checking out all the different titles in the back of store. If your kids like reading, then theres a fun place for them here.

If you like to have a hard copy of the books you read this is one of the best places to shop at. They always have bargain and discount sales all the time. Its also good to note the large size of subject matter to choose from. Along with hundreds of magazines and digital material.

Its always good having a decent book store in a town. The staff here is really good and if they dont have something, they dont have any problems getting it for you quickly.My only criticism is that it would be nice if they had a little more options in certain topic areas. Despite that though, it is a regular stop for me and my family.

The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Ordering online and online pick up store is a great option, actually my purchase was cheaper online then within 5 minutes, I could pick up. If you are a teacher, bring your ID, you can save 20% on personal and classroom resources! Lastly, they are connected to a Starbucks, so yummy!

Love the variety of books can pretty much find anything here. Also really enjoy all the other products they have there as well such the games and novelty collections.

I dont know if theres much to say about this B&N in comparison to any others. Its a chain, so it will have its generalities. For those unfamiliar with Barnes and Noble, you can expect books of all genres, cover prices (most books will be cheaper on Amazon), some occasional amazing deals, geeky fixes like board games and figurines, and a cozy coffee-shop corner serving Starbucks (but not accepting their gift cards). I frequent this business with my girlfriend when shes aching for a book and I want to browse the collectibles. Definitely one of my favorite franchises to visit!

Im writing on behalf of my 87 year old mother. Mom decided to give some books as Christmas gifts this year and went to Barnes and Noble. My mom is fairly frail, and walks with a cane. When she walked in the store she was invited to sit down while the staff did her shopping for her! Mom gave the categories of books that she was interested in and was brought several selections of each category for her to choose from. She was also brought a cup of coffee and a piece of cake! They checked her out, wrapped her presents, and even helped her to her car. Thank you very much B&N for taking such good care of my mom! Your great customer service did not go unnoticed.

This is the best Barnes and Noble I have ever been too the staff are so nice and helpful and just all have such great attitudes so friendly. I lost my car keys and they were so helpful and patient a customer found them the next day thank you to whoever that was I am so greatful! The staff were so helpful they called me right away and were joyful with me like it was their keys that were found I loved it made me so happy.
