Im not a regular hot topic customer, Im a little too old to shop their regularly but for nostalgic reasons I stopped in a few times a year and always seemed to find something from when I was much younger either from music, movies, or tv. I usually end up buying something.

Store was awesome as always and the workers were fun.. Very correct in Covid safety and even thanked us for wearing our masks.. Plus i found great deals...

Crazy, fun clothing and much more. Always something unique. My teenage kids favorites shop! The staff are always upbeat and helpful, too! Loads of Harry Potter, Star Wars, Disney, Dr. Who, & Superhero merchandise among many others.

My mom and I used to love this store. It has really gone down hill. There is an individual, Charlie, who sits on the counter which is unprofessional and unsanitary. It is quite sad to see the store not as well loved by its employees as it used to be.The manager is an awesome individual and truly cares about his customers.

Nice things at this store

Walked in the store and offered a really awesome bag. We declined. Next employee said anything we can fit in the bag is 30% off. Great we took the bag. Get to the register and they charged us $5 for the bag. One worker went above and beyond to check the back inventory, but hadi who was working the check out was extremely rude and we wont be back because of the trickery and rudeness.

Always loved this store. Contending with online retail Hot Topic is still thriving invthis area. Very much appreciate Adam and the other staff that work in this location.

Absolutely lo e this HT. They have the best employees, always friendly, they get to know the refulars. Never had a bad experience.

Service was super great- staff was engaging and helpful, and helped me with questions as I had them! Store was pretty easy to navigate, but a little cramped.

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced I went two times once I was helped. The second time a guy named KILLIAN accused me of stealing, was rude about my question, kept talking under his breath. Incredibly rude the whole time, then in the end never helped me. Don’t waste your money.
