Not happy with their service, prior to placing my order I asked if they had heavy whipping cream, they said yes we do. I asked for a coffee with heavy whipping cream with a little bit of sugar, I got a black coffee with whipped cream. I called to complain and they asked me what heavy whipping cream was, they didnt even offer to fix their mistake, never going there again.

I go there on occasion on my way to or from work and its pretty good. I will say this location has been more inconsistent with my orders so I recommend the one on bridge. The inconsistency ranges from needing to be very very specific with my order otherwise things will be missing, or my drinks will have too much cream in them. It probably depends on whos working though. I ordered a breakfast sandwich and I said I wanted it with sausage and I got the sandwich with just sausage and no egg or cheese one time lol.

Stopped today and ordered a hot vanilla chai latte. It was so sweet I couldnt drink it and it was only lukewarm. Service was good but the drink was horrible.

I received a very full cup through the drive thru - couldnt remove cover with out spilling.Ask for room-for-cream - even if drinking it straight.

I go here almost every day and they make all their drinks so well. They have dairy alternatives and if you like a certain latte of theirs, a cheaper alternative is to order an iced (or hot) coffee, add your choice of milk, and the flavors that are in the latte. Its half the price and just as good!

Menu board is poorly laid out and lighting is terrible. No list of basic ingredients of the sandwiches. Poorly constructed sandwiches. Nothing in them! 2 slices of turkey, a slice of cheese and cream cheese. Coffee tastes burnt. Employees complaining in front of the customers. I wont be back. Cant wait for Dunkin Donuts to open.

Though Ive only been here once I was blown away with how pleasant it was. I immediately felt comfortable, the service was wick and exactly what I asked for, plus prices are reasonable. Highly recommended over places like Starbucks.

They have the best coffee, teas, and smoothies you could want, their coffee does not have the bitter taste like that other coffee chain. In the mood for a bagel sandwich you must have one of their Bragels, my favorite is the turkey havarti cheese.

Went in, waited 10 minutes. After the one worker did 3 drive thru orders and never even looked at me, when I was standing right next to the counter, I left. It wasnt even that busy, and I was waiting before two of the cars we even in the frive through. Ill just go to starbucks and save myself some time in the future.
