I was there last Thursday and ordered 2 white hot chocolates. I received regular hot chocolate. Second time it’s happened and only 2 car in front of me. I even repeated the order and saw white hot chocolate up on the screen. I know it’s tough finding people and you can’t order ahead (ever it seems at this site) but this isn’t that hard to make.
Changed to drive-through only, randomly starting today. So drive-through is completely backed up. Didn’t know this, so I got there, got my baby & all her stuff out of my car to go inside, only to find all doors locked. Fussy baby isn’t going to wait in a car for 30min through the drive through. Frustrating.
Yes I absolutely love it here! Baristas are the best here and make you feel very welcome here and the drive Thur are amazing and there coffee is the best! Love it here!!

What is the measure of a business when things go smoothly all the time? Certainly it is a higher measure when something slight goes wrong and the situation is rectified with kindness and generosity. The barista missed my mobile order and also then had to spend further time doing a pour-over. What should have been a 1 minute transaction became an 8 minute one.My drink was delivered to me in the parking lot with a gracious apology and a card with my next drink on the house. Bravo Starbucks and employees. Take pride.

I stopped in today and overall, I was very happy with my experience😊. I am a barista with the company, myself, in another city in Wisconsin. I feel that the barista who took my order couldve been warmer but they seemed really busy with drive-thru orders. I understand how hard it is during busier periods. The barista who took my order listened (I asked for some alterations to a recipe.) and my order was perfectly made.
Starbucks needs to staff their locations better, there was a 25 minute wait for a coffee which I find to be pretty ridiculous.
Ive been to this location before several times and the experience was great and the employees overall amazing. However, after my experience today, Im wont be going back.After the wait through the drive thru I ordered a latte and breakfast item. Finally pulled up and it took several minutes for them to take my payment and were more busy with taking orders. I didnt mind till I got a drink that wasnt mine. At first thought wrong order and pointed this out. Then the lady insists this was what I ordered and I said no it isnt a latte. She asks if I was asking to have this and that added to it. And I literally had to explain why this wasnt a latte. So she asked if I meant a drink that was on the seasonal menu and I said its not a seasonal drink its just a normal latte. So they remade it and sure enough looked like a latte, but was not a latte. Im not sure if they were new or what, but waste of money.As I pulled off I realized I should have checked the breakfast item as that was wrong to, but just didnt have the time to go back. I believe they were messing up other orders as well since it took longer than usual with the drive thru, but would you go to a location if they didnt know what a latte was?Just some context Ive ordered from Starbucks for years the same drink, nothing new just this location is a let down.

Waited almost 20 min after our first drink came up for our 2nd drink was even made. Everyone who ordered 10min after us all received there drinks before us. Not even a sorry. Ill be going to the other Starbucks from now on

I dont typically review Starbucks because, well they are Starbucks and tend to be consistent. Except this one. This is the first Starbucks Ive been in that I thought didnt earn my dollars. Theres a freeway sign, but no indication you actually have to make a half mile turn once off the freeway. Thanks to Google maps I found it. The parking lot is cramped with only compact car parking. Its obviously popular, full of students in computers. Thats great, but the bathrooms were not. Evidently the soap was out and rather than refill it, an employee left an uncapped bottle sitting on a dirty sink. Service was unfriendly, employees were talking to each other and not customers. It was like the anti-Starbucks experience. If you are traveling through, pass this one by. Youd be better off at a gas station.
I dont ever give 1 star ratings (in fact this is the very first one) but our experience today earned it as it was by far the worst experience I have ever had at a Starbucks (and I have been to A LOT of them all over the country).It started out that we tried to go inside only to find doors locked (it is usually open) and a small note saying to use the drive thru. Fine, problem is there is fencing in the parking lot preventing cars from entering the drive thru from the parking lot. We had to go all the way around the block to get to where you get in line. There was probably 10-12 cars in front of us when we got there (which is not atypical for a starbucks). It took us 40 MINUTES from the time we entered the drive thru line to the point we got our drinks. I have NEVER waited that long at ANY other Starbucks before even when there were significantly longer lines. When I politely mentioned that we had been waiting for over 35 minutes and asked if there were some big orders or something ahead of us, the barista was quite rude and snobbishly said Were doing the best we can and then walked away. Im all for giving the benefit of the doubt as I didnt know the whole situation but as we sat there, we saw they were moving with no sense of urgency. In fact, one of the team members was just standing there nearly the whole time we sat there. Next, the guy said Itll be ...(whatever the total was). No please, no thank you. The drinks came and one of them was wrong (which they did correct) but then they added another 3-4 minutes to get the bread we had asked for. Total time was over 50 MINUTES from the time we got to the location to the time we left. Thats insane and insane of us to sit thru that. I get that there are bigger things in this world to be worried about and perhaps they were short staffed or whatever but they shouldnt be rude to customers. Between that and the ridiculously long wait is why the 1 star rating. I expect better, Starbucks. That was a VERY, VERY poor experience.

Has many different items to choose from, and although can be very busy, line lives fairly quick.
Yum my favorite Iced Chai Tea latte 😋 nothing better to start the day with a smile from the friendly baristas here! Or ending the night with one either!

Staff here are great, but it was criminally understaffed when we visited. Opening up mobile ordering would help with the wait time.

Stopped in here in my way back from MN heading home to Green Bay. There was a huge line at the drive thru window. I decided to get out of the car and go inside. I never have been here before to this location. I just wanted a good cup of coffee. People were very friendly and professional. Store inside was very clean. I just wanted a ‘Holiday Blend’ coffee woth a cream and sugar. I had my mask on and so did the people working at this location, which is awesome to see! Anyways, the store gave me a free coffee cuz it was Veteran’s Day. I was easy to pay. They saw my hat and honestly I have been so busy house-hunting abs I didn’t even think about it! So that was pretty neat. They wished me well and thanked me for my service. I shared a quick story how when I left Iraq and got into Kuwait they had a Starbucks. It was actually cold at nights and was the rain season. To actually have my first cup of Starbucks for the fordt time in several nonetheless. Well over a year was amazing! 19 years later, in Veterans Day I walk into a store that is a Starbucks and am given a small coffee. I thought that was pretty best. Great place. Location is very bad. I couldnt get in the drive through line as there was no where to go it was so busy. Quite a bit of a wait as well.
I have a bias and may be in the minority. Starbucks business model but only if one thinks their coffees and other products are worth the cost. Its good but not that good.

It’s friendly staff & usually quick service; but several times I’ve gone through, asked for my food to be warmed up (since several times the barista has never asked & then it’s cold) & I still get it cold. just disappointing.
This Starbucks was really good until around 2-3 months ago and the drinks started going downhill. Frappucinos are never fully blended and its almost as if theyve forgotten to add flavor because theyre usually less than tasty. If you would like your drink made properly, try the starbucks on rib mountain.

Love Starbucks and the staff at both locations. I use to go a lot but now I seldom go. Parking at both locations is really tight and they are both often out of some of their most popular drinks for weeks at a time. They like to blame it on Starbucks not sending enough supplies however, it is up to the manager to place to order for supplies they will need for the week. Its disappointing cause I would go way more often if they could keep the pink drink in stock.
Everyone at this location is so accommodating! This is a short walk across the parking lot from work for a tasty treat. Starbucks has provided a nice break from a busy day.

My siblings and I stopped in to get drinks before making our drive back to MN. We ordered at 4:11 pm and didnt receive our first drink until 4:22 pm. We had to remind them of a coffee they forgot, and then we had to wait ever longer for them to brew a new batch, because they didnt have enough for a grande coffee. Over twenty minutes for six drinks. There were no customers ahead of us in line, and five employees working. The drinks were good, but definitely not worth the wait or price. Next time, we will skip Starbucks and get coffee at a gas station.

I wouldve rated this 5 stars, because Ive had a lot of great experiences at Starbucks, but, recently, I was really disappointed when I walked in and waited an excessively long time for my tea, and they did not have any sense of urgency when making customers drinks. When I did get my drink, did not match what I ordered; they ran out of an essential component of the drink, and they did not even mention it to me until they handed it to me. If Im paying $5 for a drink, itd be nice if the staff mentioned it to me as I was ordering or while making the drink so I can decide if I want something else. Moreover, they were talking and laughing with their friend on the other side of the counter, as well as to each other, but they were not friendly with the customers. Im usually not very critical, but, as a former worker in that industry/service, and as a paying customer, this is all never a good look.
Called in an order for 10+ drinks ahead of time around 6:45. The manager took my order, read it back to me, and said it would be ready to go around 7:30. Arrived at 7:30 and it was good to go. All the drinks were labeled and correct, and the person working the register knew about the large order and everyone was super friendly. Did the same thing the next morning, and it worked almost as perfectly. The person who worked the register wasnt quite as friendly and they missed a single black coffee which was part of the order (which they quickly corrected). Overall a great experience both mornings.
I prefer this location to the Rib Mountain Location because the other one has such a terrible parking situation. This location is much easier to enter and exit. Drinks and food are consistent with the brand - staff are friendly and appear to enjoy their jobs, which always makes for a better experience.
Takes forever to get your order and the customer service isnt great. I spoke with Tristan this morning at this location and he was very unhelpful and rude.

Service is very polite, youll get your stuff fairly quickly. Dont be afraid to ask for something to be added or remade theyll it for you with no aggression.

Site say opens at 5 am. Pull out 5:15 am no one responds at ordering kiosk. Pull up to payment window and get told that since it a Sunday they dont open until 5:30 am. Something off. Not happy.
Great coffee good service but ZERO parking! Always a fun atmosphere and clean bathrooms. They do have plenty of seating inside aswell.

Huge shout-out to Brad! I visited this location yesterday afternoon and upon placing my order, realized I forgot my wallet at home. I told Brad nevermind...I forgot my wallet and he immediately said no worries bud, this one is on me. He took a credit card out of his own wallet and paid for my drink (which tasted amazing, by the way).Starbucks management: Please ensure that Brad gets rewarded and recognized for his good deed. This was by far the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. Thanks Brad!

Went to this Starbucks on my way back home from up north, went inside and the cashier had told us that they could not make Frappuccinos and they were out of caramel and mango dragonfruit. Disappointed because that’s literally the two things my boyfriend and I always order from here we ordered another refresher and to top the whole experience our order was made wrong.
