Shout out to Alli the main pharmacist for her knowledge, work ethic, patience, and intelligence. The pharmacy operates quickly and efficiently. Never too long of wait time. The store is well stocked and consistent with the Walgreens app. Employees are personable and experienced with products and services.

When to get my second covid shot. After waiting 15 minutes they turned me away because I didnt have an appointment. Cant make an appointment there apparently you have to go online to make an appointment. What a joke, way to make it easy in people trying to get the shot!

The lady at the Pharmacy gave the wrong medication to my mom. The same name but different address! She claimed that she verified it with my dad but obviously NOT. It was a medication my mom is allergic to and she ended up at the hospital before. Her loud voice was booming throughout the store that she VERIFIED the name and address. She needs to be re-trained or fire, because 936 South is not 717 Clark. Get retrain or end up getting sue!

Allows people without face coverings into the store. The last three times Ive stopped here Ive seen other customers wandering leisurely through the store without a mask. Tonight, I witnessed a man without a mask coughing his lungs out as if he had tuberculosis while waiting in the store for his prescription. Fifteen minutes that man waited, coughing the entire time and doing very little to even cover his cough. Even if management doesnt politically believe Covid-19 is a serious illness, pneumonia and tuberculosis sure as heck are and anyone coughing that much should have been wearing a mask even before 2020. At the very least, they should have been asked to wear a mask. No one said a word. Im not even mad, Im just disappointed and dismayed from ever coming here again in the near future. Service is normally great and the staff are super nice, but as a provider of medications, the employees of Walgreens have a duty to protect customers from each others illnesses.

Terrible pharmacy that bills prescriptions to your insurance but doesn’t fulfill them for you when you go to pick them up for important medical procedures. Do avoid.

Have had no problems. Drive through pharmacy is nice. Wide range of selection with sales on continually. Atm, drivers license renewal station, multiple check-outs. Open later than several stores, and I have found to be good place to pick up items when in need. I would not replace shopping at big box stores with Walgreens, but they are a nice step in between convenience stores and big box stores. I recommend.

Great friendly staff. Always helpful, they all seem to know their long time customers.

I have been going to Walgreens for 35 years. Walgreens never lets me down. Whether Im in Milwaukee, up in northern or, across the country. I can always get my medications filled with no hassle. The pharmacy and their assistants always go the extra mile and help you get your prescriptions right. Answer all your questions. I Cant see myself ever going to a different Pharmacy then Walgreens.

Horrible place for photos or any service, for a Dad (with a 6 and 3yr) to go to your store and sit at the counter for 20 minute listening to your cashier page three time for assistance at the photo area and cashier the I see 3. He even walked the store for help, he said they woild be right up. Ten minutes later I left with my kids. We were nice enough to return to the shelf the other items we were going to get. Its respectful not that you have much knowledge of that. That store really should be better or is this the new standard.

The lady that work in cosmetics was so rude to me when she approached me i asked her I have a question and see if I can return the stuff i bought she was like return what and I aint going there anymore because I just had a question about products that I had purchase because I see that the price had change so I was wondering if I can return it for the new pricing and use my coupon for it and she was like no u cant because they are losing profit. Well if I cant then why didnt u just say it nicely and instead of picking up my product to check the price and setting it down so hard on the counter. Also she told me why didnt I return it to the store I bought it from well what policy say that i have to return it to the same walgreens.

Customer service this morning at the pharmacy was not good. Young woman who waited on me was definitely having a bad day.

Best prices on 1 gallon milk. Its under $4. And under $3 when its on sale with wallgreens savings card.

Its fine if youre not looking for something specific. Very generic.
