Well, had a representative come measure my existing windows. He was friendly and quick. Now for the 1 star. Its been 2 months since he was at my home and no response or estimate. At this point, Im going to install new windows myself, not just replacement windows (glass) Thank you for wasting my time.
We hired them to complete a job for us Windows are fine. The cleanup was horrible. We paid for lead paint cleanup. Lead safe practices were not done. Paint chips everywhere. I dont think plastic was even used inside or out. We had to clean up after them with wet wipes and HEPA vacuum.This company will get some one sick from lead!!!!!We have to pass a lead clearance test on each window. We did pass. Only after hours of cleaning up their mess.If you dont care if you or your kids get sick, go ahead and give them a call.
I had Window World install windows in my home several years ago and wanted them to finish replacing my remaining windows. Couldnt get a hold of them. I left email through their website, left voice messages at both of their phone numbers, even went to their office during the reduced offices hours they listed on their answering machine, Office was closed, no calls back, no return emails. Ive waited almost a week for a response. Im contracting with another company.Update: Window World got back with me and was able to explain the delay in response. They gave me a bid for my job that was substantially better than either Felco or Mad City Windows for a similar product. No hassle, no sales pitch, no bashing the competition, just business. I really appreciated that. I contracted with them and I will update once the job is completed. I have high expectations but I dont think I will be disappointed.
Our patio door broke last month, we called Window World and they were very friendly and came out right away to look at it...only thats where the service stopped. They NEVER got back to us with a quote. We tried calling them twice, was once told they hadnt heard back from their supplier and the second time they didnt return the call at all. It is now 6 weeks later and we are taking our business elsewhere. They must not want business as others have the same experience...
Replaced 2 Windows in my apartment in under 40 minutes today. Great staff as well as good people working for this company. Friendly down to earth guys that really care about the quality of their work. Window World surprised me in their cleanliness as well.There was no sign of them even being here while I sat through the whole process. Awesome Company.
Never had an issue with installers or quality of product. My biggest problem has always been with the office staff; not returning phone calls, unaware of when product would be in, misplaced product, scheduling installs without prior communication, etc. And their office hours were inconvenient to anyone working a normal 40 hour week up until recently. Install staff are incredible, Michael and crew have installed several windows for me over the years and Ive never had problems. Quality of the windows is better than what youre paying for them, but incompetence of the office staff is slowly dragging these guys down in my book.
Good service, Great staff, windows were measured and put in for a reasonable price. The value of the windows are great! Easy to clean! Good product. I would recommend this product and installers to everyone. This is the 2nd house that we had windows put in.

Window world of Wausau did a great job on our complete home. We priced around they beat three companies and gave the best customer service. Their salesman, secretary (sweet and kind) & installers were time managed and superb performance with product that is made strong here in the USA!
