Nail in tire. I hate pulling the nail in my driveway and then have to put a spare on after the wheel deflates if it punctured through.Dropped it off and asked them to patch after the nail is removed, if needed. Pulled nail, no patch needed, no charge. They could have easily said the nail punctured through and they patched it, but they were honest.Trust is key with mechanics.

Small shop with super talented people- they essentially replaced the heart of my motor in my truck. It has never run so well and I was given a great price, a loaner car and treated with respect. I would recommend this shop to anyone for anything to do with their vehicle.

I have an old Acura that has been having problems, and I heard about Dependable which is also nearby my home. Tommy was open to looking at it right away, and let me know within just a few hours, what was wrong and the price. Then, when something else turned out to be wrong too, he explained it to me and took it back right away, to make sure I had transportation, even though he had other appointments. Tommy was just fantastic--so helpful, fast, fair and honest. I am so impressed with this place! My car is running fine now! Just amazing.

Used to be Dependable. For 15 years I have taken my vehicles to Dependable and they treated me perfectly. JB and Tommy are tip top cats. Then Randy started working there. I wouldnt take a tricycle there any more. I took my car there three weeks ago. The repair bill was quoted at $2000 +and I asked for a little help, and further justification having been a 15 year customer there and having spent countless thousands of dollars there without even blinking. Randy became argumentative, condescending, insulting, and downright nasty to me. He now refuses to work on my car which continues to sit in the parking lot there until I can figure out how to get it elsewhere where a real mechanic works. Anyone who takes their car there now is a fool. Dont let this absolute poor excuse for a human being touch your automobile. Ever.

Ive been coming here since 2016 and Tommy has been nothing short of amazing. I was thinking of buying a car and Tommy took his time and went under the hood and found issues with the car. Tommy stopped me from buying a pile of junk. Weather I have a question or a urgent matter with my cars, Tommy is always very helpful and doesnt mess around. The staff there always has a smile on, no matter what. I will continue to bring all my cars here.

Great team, very honest. I had an electrical issue that nobody could figure out. Took my car to Dependable, and they spent many days trying to figure out the issue without charging me for their extra time spent investigating. They made the situation right. Beth was a great communicator throughout the process & JB was the mechanic who went above and beyond. Will return & recommend to friends & family.

Had an appointment set to have a car check out. Called a little before appointment and they completely blew me off. The man hung up before we where even done talk. Would never trust them.

This shop has changed hands. The previous owners were AMAZING. They had great prices, very kind, and very knowledgeable. The current owners I would say just ok. There prices seem slightly higher than the previous and are not friendly at all.

We took our car to Dependable Auto twice. Both times the work that they did was satisfactory even if a little pricey. On the second trip they broke our key. My girlfriend took them at their word that they would take care of it and paid them for their service.When we came back the next day they gave us the broken key glued together. We expressed our discontent and were assured that they would take care of it. After several weeks of calling them and being lied to about their intentions I went ahead and decided to replace the key myself. I expected a little more integrity from the place given the glowing reviews. Theyve lost our business and our respect.

JB did a great job on all 3 of our cars. He put a clutch in my step daughters Mazda, a coil in my son’s Focus, and a new wheel bearing in my wife’s Lincoln MKX. Very reasonably priced too.

True to their name!Went there with a malfunctioning windshield wiper. From ordering the part to working with my after-market warranty, everything was done in a matter of hours. JB was really polite, explained the whole problem and showed me the broken parts that needed to be replaced. Would go again without hesitation.
