If you own a Kia you are better off getting serviced at the dealership. They are actually cheaper than the competition if you really look at it. plus they will add extra touches like top up your fluids, the tire pressure and will even wash your car while you wait in their clean waiting room they has wifi.

Honestly I had sure a great experience with them. I usually go to waukesha, but I took a chance with them and was not disappointed. I took my car in for a blown tire and got it back Monday morning. They called me Saturday to say they couldnt fix my car till Monday, which was great that they communicated.

Always a pleasant to visit at the dealership.

With the exception of one guy in the service dept (dont know his name) the staff here is super friendly & service is always pretty good. As long as the one guy still works there & his behavior is excused as just how he is & left unchecked I will never give 5 stars. Other than that, super friendly great ppl (Ryan, Kevin, Steve, Steve James, Kamasi & many more) & good service!

Usually go here for oil changes and repairs. Its where I bought my car, they have courtesy shuttles to and from my home, and its otherwise convenient. But Shannon at the service desk really knocked herself out to get me back on the road, even though I had come in without an appointment.

Service Dept is poor. Will not go to this Dealership again.

Took advantage of my mother in law. She bought a year old Hyundai Kona. No gas, no floor mats, it didnt have a front license plate bracket so they told her she didnt need a front plate but in Wisconsin its illegal not to, and she only got one broken key!! Way to go you took advantage of a 71 year old Gramma. Just a real horrible experience!!

I purchased a car from Darrow Kia and the whole process took an absurdly long time, including two hours to fill up the tank and wait for the finance guy. At no point during the entire five hours they had me sitting around did I see anyone clean or disinfect anything at all, even with a steady stream of customers passing through.

Ryan is always on point and quick with getting any maintenance done.
