Had to order the shoes I wanted but they arrived 3days later

Worst customer service ever!!!! Ive been calling for a week and nobody answers the phone. Even the 1800 number cant get them to answer. Its ridiculous! All this to get a refund on an item that I NEVER picked up. This company as a whole is trash.

Bought a great pair of red sneakers. Good customer service also.

Waited in line for shoes for an hour after driving a half hour to the store and looking for parking for 20 minutes. Finally got to the front of the line, purchased what I thought were my shoes. Drove all the way home just to find out they gave me the wrong person and wrong size shoe. Phone lines were off/ not working so I had to do the entire process of driving back and finding parking for a second time before my reservation expired because I had no way of communicating with them. After all that I was told by the district manager I’d be sent a gift card for wasting two hours of my work day. This was a week ago and nobody has tried to contact me about a gift card.

Love the service I always experience here. Got some Nike boots and was about to buy some spray to protect them, the employee said I got you. Took the boots out of the box, sprayed them and said saved you a lil change today. I said word, that was dope, thanks,

Tried returning a jersey with a gift receipt only able to receive store credit. Returned jersey 9 days after the date of purchase. Thwy claimed the jersey wasn’t showing up when scanning the gift receipt so they couldn’t give me cash... yet they allowed me to return it for store credit.

We had a horrible experience! The shoes that I wanted were on sale for $79. I needed size 10 1/2 but they didnt have in store. So, the sales associate offered to order it online and have it delivered. After several failed attempts the manager came over and said that the specific size is only available online for $110. Made absolutely no sense, they agreed with me but did absolutely nothing to solve the issue. Thank you Champs, you wont see this family in your stores again!!! So, I ordered the shoes from a competitors website for $75.00.

Decent customer service as good of a selection as any other athletic store in the mall.

Great products, but not good customer service. I had to get someones attention for help and there wasnt that many people in the store. They dont have many of the products in stock, so you have to special order them, which took forever, and they still sent me the wrong shoe. Would not recommend this place to many people.

I received wonderful customer service my last visit Faith was one of the sales associate that helped me with my son shoes I was in and out fast and friendly Ill be coming back when I need more kicks ! Thanks

Horrible experience and service. The workers harassed me about my age and told me I should “be in school” when I didn’t respond well they told me to “take a joke” and continued to ask me my age and laughed which I felt was extremely innapropriate. Never want to step foot in there again.

Apparently if you want a 10 or bigger for women, you have to order online.

Dont bother calling, they never pick up the phone.
