For years me and my girlfriend never went in this store but due to covid we figured we would support local.Well all sales are final I Geuss, she got me a birthday gift and it was in a sealed package (underwear) and she went to return it the other day because its not my usual SAXX she remembered. They wouldnt take them back no store credit or anything.This will be the last time we shop here total BS sealed package.

I have spent over 1000$ a year for the past 4 years at this store and they would not do anything for me when a gift card my parents purchased for me was accidentally discarded with the gift wrap garbage from Christmas.Now, I know what youre thinking, too bad right. But I have the receipt for the 100$ gift card that has the card number on it. I asked that they search to see if the card had been used, and if so, then I would take the blame and the 100$ would be lost. But they could not even do that. And to make sure Im not making it up, I also asked that they reimburse the Credit Card it was purchased on if it wasnt used and then we could reissue another.They did not care at all about how much money Ive spent there as a customer, the fact that my parents are on a low pension budget, or that I had the receipt from the purchased gift card with the number of the card on it. Rather than try and have the card cancelled and reimburse the Credit Card it was purchased on, they would prefer that, as a customer, I never go back there again. Which I will not. Their level of Customer Service has been as good as the government during tax time....its all about the money and they do not care about their customers. They do not believe in honesty, and they feel good about themselves having stolen 100$ from my parents low income without exchanging any merchandise.I urge you to reconsider shopping at the Edge Clothing store, there are other stores like All Rose across from Jackpot Casino, Boathouse which is pretty much next door to The Edge, West49 which is also in that mall and also the Source in Gasoline Alley has a really good selection.They are only looking for your money and will not go the extra mile for any customer.

The staff are a shining beacon in my day. Extremely helpful, and knowledgeable. The products offered seem to be of the best quality and a reasonable price. Thank you Edge Clothing for the fantastic experience. Lacy is an exceptionally over qualified agent in this retail store.

I go in there every once in a while. Ive bought some purses, shoes, water bottles. The store has a good selection but what is even better is the staff! All the girls I have ever interacted with were very, very nice and helpful. Ill definitely be going back. I hope the service continues to be great.

I came in for toddler shoes expecting them to be discontinued but was very happy to hear that there has been another source to bring them from. The service is very quick and friendly.

We went to Edge last week and found a pair of shoes on sale. When they were rung in, it came up as the regular price. They would not honor the price on the tag and the owner was quite rude. He pretty much accused me of changing out the tag for a sale price, despite it very definitely being a store tag. When I told him he was going to lose our business by not honoring the price he told me that he didnt care and that customers are a dime a dozen. Ive never been treated that way by a business have no intention of ever shopping there again. There are other great stores in Red Deer like All Rose (great customer service there) and The Boathouse, to name a couple, that we will be going to from now on.

Cant believe this store is still open. Their products are the most expensive in the city. You can surely find better deals for the same stuff elsewhere. Not to mention their teeny bopper employees follow you around and watch you like your a criminal. They cant just let a person shop. No joke. Literally take an item off the shelf to look at it, and out pops one of them Can I start a change room for you? Can I put that up at the counter for you? Then when you politely decline because you havent even looked the item over, they follow you....Wont be returning.
