If I could give 0 stars, I would. I only put up with this location because of the locality. I’ll have to start driving out to other location at this point. I constantly see the same rude manager. Her name’s lucy— she’s no help, rude, and I constantly hear her talking about customers in her mic to the other employees. Very unprofessional. I told myself I wouldn’t take it to corporate but I am leaning towards doing it. She needs to go!

I was there on Thursday night on May 20th, the girl that checked me and my friend out, didnt know what she was doing. She told me that I couldnt use the free panty coupon and the bogo coupon on the sprays. But when my friend checked out, the lady let her use both, so I complained to her right away and she told me a different story saying that I could use both. And then it took her forever to fix my issue so I could use both coupons. Poor customer service

A nice store however the quality of the items had diminished over the past few years. My wifes bra broke after a few days. The store was quick to replace but that does not solve the craftsmanship issues
