Had a COVID test they did not certify anything but my name and confirmation number. The input birthday wrong with results and want to make it my problem and jump through all these hoops to get my results. Then they say download a fax app on your phone so we can fax them to you. I said no I want a email they said 48 hoursSound like they don’t want to fix there mistake and leaving you high and dry and they say I am so sorry. You can email us a copy of your id and will make the change but that will take a few days I will never return to this location again.

This cvs has amazing service and kind staff members. Ive never had such a great experience dealing with a pharmacy staff. They are nice people and move quickly to ensure every customer is taken care of. The candy selection could improve...but other then that, this cvs is aces in my book!!

If my health insurance didnt require me to fill my prescriptions with CVS, I would never use them. This particular location is one of the worst. Dont ever expect to get your prescription on time. They never have it ready when they say they will, and their excuse is ALWAYS: Weve been abnormally busy today. If youre always too busy, than hire more people. Its common sense 🙄

Literally every single time I try to get a prescription filled here I run into a problem, created by the pharmacy staff. Not over exaggerating, it is always this specific CVS that makes life that much more inconvenient.Recent episode: get a text that my prescriptions are done. Drive up to the window and ask for my prescriptions. Get told that only one of them is filled. Ask them why that is. Told that it’s because the pharmacist has a problem with what I’m taking and that they have to call my doctor or I could speed it up if I call my doctor....now I understand a pharmacist has earned multiple degrees and know way more about medications and body chemistry than myself. I understand it’s their job to make sure a costumer is receiving the right medication and isn’t harmful to them. The problem I have, is that I was never called prior to going to pick up the prescriptions that the pharmacist has an issue. If you have a question, call the patient, call the doctor, be proactive. Don’t just sent a text notification that you’ve filled an order, but in reality you were too lazy to do your job. Like it’s a joke to them.Most recent episode: Got another text saying my prescription was filled. Went to the drive thru window, only to be told that my prescription wasn’t filled and that it would be ready in 15 minutes. I leave, and purposefully come back 2 hours later - to give them extra time in case it got ‘unusually busy’ again. Drive up and the prescriptions are still not ready. I’m embarrassed to say I had a fit..Felt bad for the pharmacy tech, because I’m assuming it’s not their fault....entirely. However it worked, they filled them on the spot. I guess in hindsight, don’t trusts the pharmacy texts they send out....always call ahead prior to going to pick up prescription.Edit: last couple of times I’ve gone I’ve had no issues. I still don’t like this cvs...but I continue to give them business because of my insurance & it’s stupidly convenient to my house.

Sat in the drive thru for 20-25 minutes with no help. I was told they would be there in a minute. I watched at least 15 people in the store at the counter being help. Tried to call the store while in line and finally hung up after 10 minutes.Joke!!

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to in my life. Not only are they understaffed with incompetent fools, but the service is terrible!!!! They are rude, make you wait for an hour picking up a prescription that has already been filled and waiting in the bin because they are so unorganized and trying to do too many things at once. I dropped off a prescription one day after work. They said they couldnt fill it that night because they were just too busy and had too many other things to do I said fine Ill pick it up the next day at 2pm. So I go there the next day and they said not only that it hasnt been filled, but they cant find the script!!!! They actually asked me if I actually brought it in! After searching for it forever they finally found it in a pile of who-knows-what and then proceeded to tell me that it would take them 2-3 hours to fill it. Are you kidding me?!???? I will never EVER go back there again. Dont trust these people with your medication.

Although customer service is sometimes on the slower side, the employees are usually friendly and helpful. There is great selection of greeting cards and that area is always clean and full.

The staff seems nice and have been very polite to me, but they seem very understaffed and, in some cases, under-trained. Ive received the wrong medication, had perfectly legitimate prescriptions turned away, and repeated other frustrations.

I recently visited family in MKE and there was a screw-up with my prescription back in my home store in Vegas. The pharmacist (Joon) went above and beyond to help me. Much appreciated.

The pharmacy staff has been terrible on multiple occasions. They take much, much longer than any pharmacy Ive been to in the past. They told me they would call me back, but never took my number. I had to remind the tech that she didnt a way to contact me. They keep you on hold for 10 minutes at time. Pharmacy staff is very rude. I would chose another location if you have the option.

Went to cash a scratch off ticket and the clerk said you didnt buy the ticket here why are you cashing the ticket here he wanted to know dont you take lottery tickets any more the clerk acted like he didnt even want to cash the ticket if the machine wasnt working he didnt have to have such a bad attitude im tempted to go to another store were they actually care its not this store!

This pharmacy is always busy...but what pharmacy isnt nowadays? I have never had a problem with the staff, most have gone above & beyond to be helpful. Additionally, the pharmacy has regular staff technicians & pharmacists, I like that. CVS is the type of store you can run into looking just out of bed casual, and they have an outstanding Drive Thru Staff! Trust me, working in a pharmacy isnt easy, so my hat goes off to this staff who has always been patient and friendly. Compared to Walgreens where they are always out of my husbands medications, CVS has rarely been out of my MEDs, and I take some uncommon medications. Only complaint is price along with you never know how much your insurance saves you, unlike Walgreens, who always lists the cost of the medication before insurance.

Actually the worst cvs Ive been too. The Tech, Jess needs a SERIOUS attitude adjustment. It always seems like they never have enough staff, plan to spend 30 minutes to pick up your prescriptions.
