Do not buy a membership from this company. In West Dundee Illinois they made a lot of promotions offering great discounts and then a month after the Covid-19 they closed all the locations and nobody answer phone calls to return the money of the memberships. I have been calling for the last8 8 months and they keep saying they will re open in a month another location ( same story every month I called) and now nobody even answer or return phone calls. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Meena completely messed up my brows. After months of trying to get them to grow back after years of over waxing and threading, they were finally on the road to recovery. She also left them uneven. I will never EVER go back there. The photo with the black border was a progress photo. The new photo is what they look like after she butchered my progress.

If i could give them 0 stars I would. I have never had a more horrible experience at an establishment in my life. On my 3rd attempt going there I finally was able to get my lashes done since only one person there does them and they do not pick up the phone. Anyway, The woman who did my lashes name was Meena. I had a groupon and I showed it to her. She then said very rudely sit down She acted like it was a huge problem called the corporate office and spoke in Arabic the entire time she put the lashes on. She did not ask me what lashes I even wanted just started putting them on. Then when I was done your done Not bye thank you...nothing. Do not give this place your money. Im now trying to get a refund because first off, one is totally crooked. Secondly, my groupon was for 3 sets. I received one and now it says my entire groupon was redeemed. And lastly, Id never go back there if my life depended on it. ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC!!!!

Dont go to them. They messed up my eyebrows and they were rude. The pregnant lady is really rude. Also my eyelashes came off same day after they gave me pink eye and burned my eyes.

I just finished getting my eyebrows threaded here and the girl was so pushy trying to sell me packages and memberships that I REFUSE to ever come here again....plus she messed up my eyebrows!!!!!
