DO NOT BUY ONLINE!!!! Bought a ring and necklace on online, BIGGEST mistake ever!! The engraving was so small and lite I couldnt see it and the necklace was hollow in the back, I thought it was solid gold. Ive been tricked and scammed out of this purchase see for yourself 🤦‍♂️

Bought a diamond ring set 15 yrs ago along with the lifetime warranty. In order to keep this warranty active, you need to have it inspected every 6 mos. Now that two of the stores closed...I have to drive much farther. They did not notify us that they were closing these two stores. Otherwise, other than it being a pain, they take great care, inspect and send out the ring for repairs and will re-dip in rhodium if need be.

Do NOT order from Zales!!!!! Go anywhere else besides Zales. Their online customer service sucks. It takes a month to get a online order. Then when you try and come up with a solution the rep will argue with you. They are not worth the price nor the waiting for your order to get here. I am still waiting for my order to get here. It is still preparing and I ordered it on 6 December. That is ridiculous they say it’s going to come on the 24th but I highly doubt it.

I dropped a wedding off to get it resized they told it would take 2 weeks to get it back and i wpuld receive a txt when it came in for me to pick it up. I gave a couple of more days because of covid affecting alot of shipping. Gave them a call today to find out it has came in or why i havent received any txt l,but then i get put on hold for 10min with no more questions or anything. So i hang up and try again and get put on hold again. Of customer service is priority and you want more services from consumers then it needs to be handled more professionally and not leave someone on hold for a long time with no info for you to even know what your looking for. Not amused by it,they dont even know if its for a special occasion and can ruin it for someone. Remember those moments you cant take back!!!Thanks concerned consumer.

If customer experience is what you are looking for, do not go here. The overall character of the associates that both me and my fiancée dealt with was unacceptable.If you want a great deal buy online and do not deal with the hassle they give.If it wasn’t for a special edition ring that was deemed “just a clearance item” from the representative, I would have done my business elsewhere.The most disappointing thing is this should have been a special experience, but instead tainted.

Thankfully my fiancé and I started our ring search over a year in advance.We went in, got his finger sized, and found his ideal ring! We bought it the same day as it was on sale for $74! We also bought the lifetime warranty for $35. The ring was not in stock and they said it would be shipped into the store for us to come back to pick up. This was October 5, 2019.I didn’t hear anything until I went back into the store in November. They said they couldn’t get a hold of me and decided to send the ring back to the warehouse. Which was fine, but I wasn’t issued a refund until I went in there. I reordered the ring and updated information so this wouldn’t happen again.They call me in January to tell me that the ring was finally ready for pickup! I drove to the store to be told that the ring is not there and that someone had already picked it up. I asked to talk to a manager who needed up finding the ring in the drawer. My fiancé tried it on in the store, and the ring was at least 2 sizes too big!! Wasn’t he sized?! We reordered his original size and went on our way.February comes along and I had to call the store to find out that the ring was there. I picked it up on my way home from school and had my fiancé try it on. lol and behold it was there wrong size AGAIN! Now I am really upset. I went the following week after school and tried returning the ring. I was instantly glared at But I was allowed to return the ring. I then asked if I could get my refund for the warranty I bought as we never got to HAVE our ring and we were definitely not going to be using them as our jeweler. I was told it was beyond the 30 day refund period! I raised my voice and the manager came over. Apologized for what happened and had to see if she could give me a refund. Which I did receive by mail a month later!I will never even consider using Zales again.

I recently purchased a Amethyst ring and necklace for my girlfriends birthday. They offered a lifetime warranty and 30% of the set for a great price. The ring and necklace was beautiful and she loved it very much. The person that worker who helped me pick the ring and necklace was incredibly helpful and friendly. Her name was Devann and she was very personable with me. She made me feel very welcome and I know that if I ever need to buy jewelry again, I will be returning to Zales!
