When to a listening event here (Pre-COVID). As an audio professional I can honestly say I heard the most accurate speaker system in my life.Was a decent little party too. Wine, snacks, Q&A with the speaker manufacturer...Theyve got the gear, theyve got the knowledge. For neophytes looking for their 1st pair of bookshelf speakers to lifelong audiophiles.

Josh was spectacular to work with. I asked questions about certain things and he just told me the truth. I was concerned about the decision I made but when I got home josh was 100% correct. So glad I listened to josh and took the chance. Now I’m looking for another amp to piss the neighbors off. Great work guys. I’m a returning customer from here on out.

My husband and I visited the store some time ago. Overwhelmed as caregivers, we never went back to repair our stereo. Time passed and we are now able to take care of business. Just called the shop and they were just as kind as when we first met. Well be heading back to take care of business. I absolutely feel confident they will do a fantastic job. So much I have already given them a 5 star..........

Ive noticed this place about 3 years ago and remembering staring in the widow wishing I could just take a better look. Today I was just driving by and noticed the open sign. Its no wonder this place is still around, the gentleman there had no problem stopping to talk to me even know i am not currently in the market for a new high end sound system. When I come up with the cash, this will be my first stop for a new amplifier. I would and will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for high end audio equipment.

Bob from Ultra Fidelis did an install of 2 tvs - 65 mounted over a fireplace and 32 built into existing kitchen cabinets as well as 8 Sonos speakers including a sub and playbar, 2 apple tvs and a Sonos connect amp for existing garage speakers in a 110 year old east side home. He did this in one day with the help of his electrical contractors JRB Electric. On a scale from 1-10, I would give him a 20. Showed up on time. Was very personable and extremely accommodating. Everything worked great and everything looked great. It ran a couple hours over - not Bobs fault (Uverses fault) and made absolutely sure I understood everything and was satisfied before he left. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Bob and Ultra Fidelis!!!
