Once again discount tires come through with the best deal on tires around. All 3 of my vehicles have their tires from them. Made an appointment this time and the service was fast.

Helpful staff as always! They get you in and out in a timely manner and do their best to make what issues you have with you’r tires right. I had a tire with a nail and they had me out in about 25 minutes!

Perfect experience this morning. Had set up an appointment to have some tires mounted that were ordered yesterday. Not only was it a fast turn around time from order to delivery of the tires, they price matched. Installation was started on time and finished soon after. Been doing tire business here for decades and will continue to do so. Highly recommend this location and its great staff of associates.

I bent a rim, for the second time, and they replaced it. I had made an appointment on and they had everything ready to go when I dropped my car off. The work was quick, car is riding smoothly. The location is clean, service was polite and respectful. They took care of my car!

Arrived at discount tire a few minutes before 6. Just to check pricing on 4 new tires was not expecting them in stock and/or get them installed today just wanted to know the price.As I walked up to the door a sales person Is part of vehicle in between my car and the building is the building. It and walked in through the service Bay to give the keys to the other customer.. Did not say a word to me give me but the front doors were locked so I was not able to go in and even ask questions. I know when its time to go home they want to leave but theres no need to be rude to potential customers.Ill find somewhere else to get my 4 new tires at.

Discount tire is usually is 5*, but this time they they initially refused to service my car because they claimed lug nuts were stripped. At their suggestion when I took it across the street to Christian Brothers, they didnt had any issue.

Wow the Guys helped me find a very unique locknut tool because it was struck in the cars rim... They were very professional young men, they showed me the rims section and even quoted me the part. you will always have me as a customer and my family. The young men deserve pizza please.

Replace all the tires on your trailer. These guys will set you up with some Goodyear tires that wont blow out and break your trailer. They hooked us up with an emergency set and got us back on the road. I recommend this place.

When I showed up to get my tires changed I immediately thought this is going to take forever. There were at least 10 people sitting in the waiting room and I was not smart enough to make an appointment. To my surprise I was out of there in less than 30 minutes with a set of brand new tires. The speed and friendliness of this location has made them my go to for all future tires even though they are not my closest location.

And some change I see all these ads that say buy 3 get one free and 100. Gift cards but I didnt get any of these offers I did get 4 Michelin Tires. I guess I got a good enough deal ? Ill have to wait and see if they pan out of if I would buy tires from discount tires again.

The worst weather that we have had in over 30 years this place was still open serving its customers I pulled in there this morning to get two brand new tires put on my truck it was done very quickly very well done they worked as a team even in the frigid temperatures that these people are enduring out in that bay they had me in and out in less than 30 minutes fantastic crew fantastic management I cant say enough good things about this location

Took a while to get my tires transferred from another store. Unhappy about that. But once they arrived, it took way less than the 45 minutes they estimated to get all 4 installed. They even put my 8 ball valve stem caps back on. Always try to get my tires at Discount Tire.

I was here with my friend. She stated this was her 3rd trip here this past week for a tire light on in her car. This particular trip they Finally checked the tires to find a nail. Why did it take her 3 trips for these people to finally address the issue causing the problem. I told her next time She should go to Sardis Tires- Those people are friendly, hardworking, & efficient.

I had purchased some tires online and was looking for a place to mount and balance them. I called around and most places were asking $60.00 to mount and balance 4 tires. I chose Discount Tire because they have stores around the metroplex so if I had a problem I could go to the closest store. I called ahead and spoke with one of the employees and explained that I had 4 tires that needed be mounted and balanced. He confirmed the price and my wife and I drove to the store. When we arrived they quickly got us into a bay and had us come inside the waiting area to purchase our service. I spoke with an employee behind the counter, told him I had called in earlier and that I needed 4 tires mounted in balanced. I told him the tires were in the back seat. This employee told me the price for mounting and balancing was not $60.00 but $120.00. He said the other employee who gave me the price must have misunderstood. I said the other employee repeated back to me what service I was wanting and confirmed the price. Needless to say, we left and had another shop mount and balance our tires for $60.00. I believe they raised the price thinking that we would not want the hassle of going to another place. They were wrong.

Normally I sing the praises of Discount Tire. But today they have lost my business for good.13 months ago I purchased new tires and paid extra for the warranty. Total bill was $1034.58, which was a buy 3 get 1 free sale purchase. One tire totally fell apart, and another is completely bald. There are approximately 20,000 miles on these tires and they already look 10 years old.Discount Tire would not stand behind their warranty nor do anything for me (no credit towards new tires, nothing). They did explain that the Goodyear tires I purchased for $245 each (before warranty, tax, etc) were garbage. I explained they sold me the garbage which barely lasted a year!! I have the receipt showing the purchase and the additional warranty but still they did nothing.

I thought Id get a better discount I bought 4 new tires the 70.000 mile Michelin tires but the only thing they gave me a discount on is the tire warranty. Its my first time at discount tire. Im not sure if Id go back.

From the moment I walked in the door, your staff was welcoming, friendly, and helpful. I was told it would take 45 mins to fix my tire, which I was fine with because I know you fix flats for free in most cases. However, it really only took 20 mins and the gentleman who checked me out was just as friendly as the one who checked me. Hands down THE best Discount Tire I have ever been to. Despite having several cars in their bays and a few people coming in, everyone in the building was in a chipper mood. The manager (Im assuming he was the manager because his air of badassery was on point) greeted everyone as they came in and took a few seconds to see how each of us was doing. Ace, the gentleman helping me, was extremely professional. He listened to my needs and explained the best course to go. His sales pitch was on point! He showed me my options and advised at what would be best without being pushy or making me feel like I had only one option. Absolutely would recommend this location to everyone. I would give me a million stars if I could but stupid Google only lets me give 5.

My daughtered got stranded on the freeway and went through hell trying to get a tow truck dispatched to pick her up late at night. 14 hours later she finally got her vehicle towed to the Waxahachie Discount Tire location. Great customer service. My wife took our car in to get a single tire replaced, during the chaos of the trip she left without checking the tires. When I got home I noticed that we still had our old tire on the car only it had been moved to the back and one our good tires had been replaced by the new purchase.She called the next morning. Not only were they waiting for her to show up, but they moved her to the front of the line and replaced the old tire at no cost. Great customer service builds loyalty
