The staff are all pretty friendly and helpful! But on this particular visit, she seemed in a hurry, not really wanting to interact. Was at the register the whole time, there were no customers. They usually tell you how many points you have, and your birthday gift. She didnt bother. Unfortunately I didnt get her name.

Love this store. Need to stock up on certain items. Been out of certain products. Still waiting, great place to find certain makeup. 💄

I came in on Sunday afternoon to do a return. I was waiting in line & Ella who was working... was assisting a woman. After the lady picked out her products, she just jumped in front of me and started checking out. This was Ella’s fault, you should have corrected the customer because I had been waiting. You are very unprofessional but I guess you only work there. I used to like this Sephora, and I would drive 20min to come here. I will NOT ever come here again. The best customer service you will ever get from Sephora is ordering online. Inside the store is just a mess.

My wife loves it now I dont know a lot about it cuz I dont use womens makeup but she thinks she gets a deal every time she goes there she comes home with a sack full of something great play.
