Came here on 9/13 vehicles is to the street and I could go forward or backwards because of our vehicles so I sat almost an hour for a prescription pick up. This location is always super slow. I need to change to Walgreens and see if its better. Better management of the drive through needed desperately.
Good place to get meds, helpful and courteous.They are busy, have to wait.Friendly staff, not the smartest.Drive thru pick up, way to long, this is where having bright people would help.All in all, best pharmacy in my opinion.
This location is having some very serious client service issues. On Sunday (8/22) they were taking covid testing people through the prescription pick up line, so no one understood why the line was out into the street. The store manager (Lisa) and the lead pharmacist needs to get someone with some project management skills to get people through the lines both inside and outside the store. Further, proper signage needs to go back out for folks to understand that one line is for covid testing and one line is for prescription pickups. It is a zoo at this location all day, every day. Unacceptable.
Came buy to get prescriptions and a few other things. Matthew in the pharmacy was very helpful, friendly, and professional. This is why I will definitely be back.
I have called and called, held on phone for the longest time. Been doing business with cvs for years but seems now is the time to cut ties. No one answers the phone to check on prescription. Sorry or just dont care. Im finished. If I could give a zero, I would.
Short staffed and takes forever to get my prescriptions but the staff is awesome and I love them lol. Some even know my name and DOB already lol. So i will always stick to this pharmacy no matter how long the lines lol.
Showed up here for a scheduled COVID test. No signage to tell you where to go UNTIL you have sat in the full service pharmacy line, then you’ll see it.Went in to ask what I was supposed to do. Mistakenly asked the sunglasses chick thinking she worked there. She didn’t respond just stared at me stupidly. The clerk overheard me, and was helpful, the only good thing about the trip here today (the only reason for 2 stars instead of 1) So back outside to get in line in the drive through- so poorly planned and ill conceived that you have to let your car hang out into the street and pray you don’t get hit by traffic. When I booked my appointment (for what reason I wonder) all of the appointments in the morning were still available. Even after trying to figure out where to go I was here half an hour early, have been waiting almost 45 min now and I have to finish this test for travel or I’d be gone.Don’t come here if you can avoid it.
I can honestly say I have not had a bad experience with them. I wish I could reward them for their outstanding customer service. Thank you for being patient, kind, & almost always having a smile on your face. 💜✝️✝️✝️💜
Never answers the phone and if they do you’ll be put on hold indefinitely. Customer service here is reminiscent of the DMV.
I just spoke to a very nice and helpful young lady named Ren. She filled a phone order, called when it was ready and brought it out to my handicapped husband. They dont even have curbside pickup. Give that girl a raise and a promotion. Good service is becoming so rare.
Staff can be rude when they are busy. Some staff better than others. My prescriptions are often incorrect and they always cost a lot! Getting new prescription meds is difficult. Pharmacy always messes up new prescription and change in current prescription meds. For as much money as I pay I would love better friendlier customer service and care.
Does NOT take military Tricare insurance. Long lines & poor customer service.
I am done with this place. My doctor sends a prescriptions here And they don’t fill it unless you call first or they don’t have it. I guess they don’t keep up with inventory and order it, instead they run out and we suffer.
I always use this pharmacy all of the sudden today the pharmacist had an attitude and couldn’t help me find my insurance. And then I check with my insurance and should be covered. Hire better personal please!

Dont give these people your phone number. They will text you repeatedly. Replying with no doesnt work, replying with stop will get the texts to stop. Thats when these people start Robo calling you. When you tell them to stop they refer you to their 800 number so you can waste more of your time to not be bothered by them. Personally I think the costs of a smaller independant pharmacy is worth not being harassed by these guys. All care Pharmacy in Midlothian is so much better and nicer. They call to notify you also, but not a robot, a person. Imagine that, while Im wasting an estimated 15 minute wait time to get on a do not call list from ROBO PHARMACY.
Best pharmacy Ive ever used. The pharmacist Wayne is the best and nicest pharmacist you will ever know. There staff and techs are amazing people as well. 10 stars in my book
I like the warm greeting the....... girls at the checkout counter give the customers as they walk in. At the counter they are just as nice. I dont come to CVS in Waxahachie often (Iive out of town).
Horrible, find a real pharmacy. Presented an issue and the staff giggled and argued the issue. Find one that wants to help you instead of standing around for 40 minutes with Zero progress.
Pharmacy never has meds. Never answers the phone about meds. Slow as molasses even if they are stocked.
I should have looked at the reviews for the pharmacy for this location before i had my stuff sent here. Thats my fault, but Ive never had issues at any other cvs so I didnt think about it.After speaking with the pharmacist Tech for several minutes in the drive-through line she asked me to come inside. (They were having issues pulling something up on their computers) So, I parked and came in, once I came in the pharmacist looked me up and down (mostly at my tattoos, I have a full sleeve) with disguist. The tech continued to help me at the window when the pharmacist yelled my full name from the back of the pharmacy and told me they were closed now and she couldnt help me anymore. Then they proceeded to ring up and check out another customer with her prescriptions. I am 100% sure she was treating me badly because of my tattoos.I went to the front and asked to speak with the manager, who told me it was their policy and denied they helped another person after me but I took a picture of it.
Visiting in Waxahachie, Texas... i happened to go into the CVS and I have to say that customer service was awful. The tall blonde that works the front desk practiaclly called me a liar because the toy i purchased rang up 12.99, i went to check the price after cause i swore it was 4.99, came back to tell her its 4.99, and she looked at me and said thats NOT $4.99! I continued to tell her the tag reads $4.99 for this SW toy... she went and checked herself and pulled both tags, sale tag and regular tag had $4.99 price. She continued to tell me well it mustve been cause you didnt use a CVS card, although no where on the tags did it mention (without card price $12.99.) Her and the other shorter cashier were both going against it being 4.99 and saying well, youre going to have to give it to her for that price then.I did end up getting the item for 4.99... but she continued to talk low about how she guessed the tags were from black friday.. black friday was a month ago... So it looks like no one there does their job!
The people at this store made a mistake with a money transfer through money gram. She has been here several times to pick up money and because of your employees mistake and not knowing what to do couldnt get money and had to go elsewhere. Your system sucks and because of it she and I will avoid every CVS store!!!!!
