I have been to this store in the past and had good experiences. However I called today about returning an item bought at another store that was not working correctly. They had it in stock, but the woman on the phone then notified me that they were trying to sell stuff, so no, she would not take it back. I was planning on buying other items, but forget this location now. What kind of customer service is that!? Glad I didnt drive the 30 minutes to get there. Ill take my money and my business elsewhere.

I always shop here for greeting cards. The staff is courteous and helpful. Good location.
