The worst company I have ever delivered for. I realized some people just go to work everyday just to collect money. You will see how you were treated like no one 6/7 hrs waiting in your truck you still haven’t got a door. You can tell they are not organized. For sure people working there are not happy

Arrived on time for my 7:30 AM appointment. Sat in the second spot in line until 9:05. Then I moved to the first spot in line. I sat there until 10:10. Finally hit the dock at 10:13. The guy that was supposed to unload me disappeared for 20 minutes. Came back to make sure my tandems were slid all the way to the back and to see if my landing gear was down. They both were. He went inside and disappeared for over 30 mins. No facilities whatsoever for drivers. No consideration for drivers. This will be my last time coming to this facility. Oh yeah, if you’re bringing paper rolls, be very careful, there a big pot hole in the ground. There are a few mud flaps on the ground bc trucks have to drive over it in order to park at door 11. (Paper roll door). Make sure you have food and drinks before you come.

One of the WORST places to deliver go as a female, no functioning restroomsrestrooms!!! LOOOOOOOONG wait to unload. Employees are RUDE!!

This place is a joke. You can get here 30min before your appointment an you still will wait hours. Got here a 2pm an it’s 12:10am an still here. This place should be close the way they move here. The people inside don’t acknowledge you at all. Go on the loading dock then they come outta nowhere. Take my word for it stay away from this GP...

Lot small but they get you in and out if you ontime

This place is horrible to deliver to. You wait in line backed out on the street. No amenities and they dont honor their appointments.

Even if they dont accept loads early, arrive early. They unload 1 truck at a time and you will definitely be sitting here for hours.

If youre a trucker delivering role stock, dont accept any loads and avoid this plant at all cost! Employees are extremely rude and have complete disregard for your time! Of all the Georgia Pacific plants this is the worse...absolutely no customer service whatsoever! Boycott!!

Terrible roll stock unload time, excess of 4 hours beyond appointment time. Uncaring workers. Traffic hazard due to trucks in line waiting on access road. No parking or staging area.

This MF ain’t got no respect for OTR drivers

It took about 5hr to get me unloaded at this place frome 6:05pm to 11:45pm not good for drivers stay away from this place.

Truck driver, you dont want to deliver to this place. Its not worth the money. It took 2 hours to get into the gate, an hour to take 6 rolls of paper off my truck, it also tool them an hour to sign my BOL. All this occurred because the unloading the paper would work for an hour and walk away from the dock. Management is seriously out of hand. Needs work..

Amazing drop and hook pickups, but the drop lot is extremely small and hard to maneuver a truck in. Deliveries are also a pain. You can be sitting in the dock for hours before anyone even seems to notice you.

Awful, lazy and disorganized facility. You will lose all day here. Do NOT recommend.

Excellent service unloaded early.Good quality easy to maneuver around.Only good on appeal only for the reason that its kind of confusing how to get to the place.Overall good attitude of the workers there make up for the difficulties

Same exact thing everyone else is saying. I got here at 430 am. There was 1 truck ahead of me getting unloaded. He pulled out, I backed in.... That was at 535 am. It is now 7 am and still no sign of anyone. WORTHLESS!

Bad place to unload, they dont keep appts that are required, be prepared to stay most of the day.

Wont unload you except at appointment time even if no other trucks are there. Takes 20 minutes to unload 7 rolls but gotta come back in 6 hrs.

Nothing has changed this place is extremely slow at unloading. It makes no sense. Night employees and managers are horrible here.

I have been sitting here since 0700 and there are 3 trucks in front of me with no movement at all. The corporate office needs to do an overhaul of terminations here. Trucks are on the street. Nobody here has a clue on what a phone is. The rollstock supervisor needs to get his head out of his ass. Complete bullshit here.

Place is garbage! Bad administration! They do not care about driver or give eny info how they will unload you! You gotta ask other driver that been there before! They got a very nasty staff! Specialy the guy in the office were theres a receiving n shipping sign he will not give you eny info or asist you! Very bad place!

Make us wait to unload rolls, with 5 trucks waiting unloader disappears for 30 minutes between trucks while you sweat and wait alone in a cage. No consideration for our HOS situation. Nobody even wants to acknowledge that youre there at all. One more thing...All this waiting, no restrooms nearby and nobody to tell you where they are.

Patrick the roll paper unloader was nice and hard working.

I have tried getting thru to customer service for 30 mins now, utterly ridiculous.

Dont bring them anyloads. Noon till 5pm for them to unload 7 paper rolls that took 10 mins to load at the shipper. Hope they go out of business.
