I purchased a band saw for $1100. I asked for some spare blades and was told that they had none. I asked that they order some for me and was told that they are not allowed to order parts. The corporate office looks at inventory and decides what is sent to each store. I find this unbelievable that an individual store cannot take care of its customers. I was told to return it if I was not happy. Terrible customer service.

Is a good place to buy cheap tools and if they brake you can always bring back

I went here looking for a die pad for die grinders we use at work. I got overwhelmed with all the cool stuff they had and ended up looking around. I will definitely go back to buy.

Good prices .... helpful crew...lots of stuff I didnt know I needed.. But available when I do.Its often cheaper to fix your own stuff. Then to get someone else to do it.

I went in found air tank associates I needed. Store is clear isles, well marked. Staff helpful and nice.

This store has an amazing selection of tools for almost any job or repair you can think of. They have low end tools if youre on a budget and top quality tools with a lifetime warranty. 99% of the time I find what I need and I always end up purchasing more products I find here because I know I can use them in the future. I spend an hour in there today browsing through the entire store just to update my memory on the selection they have after I found what I needed. I totally love this store and Ill always come back :-)

Always coming in with the clutch. May not be top of the line tools but they are great in a pinch or if you are looking for a speciality tool they usually have it. Plus who doesnt enjoy all the free things and 20% off coupons all the time!

Not sure much what I can say about this store. I went in to find an inexpensive power drill and got it and a pair of safety glasses. The person who checked me out was friendly and I had little issues finding what I was looking for. No complaints.

The Waxahachie Harbor Freight is a good store. Just steer clear of the one store manager that likes to yell at people about masks as they enter the store. Not ask, not talk, but yell. Yep.Other than that, a good store for affordable tools and storage items.

This location is always well ran and helpful. Always a pleasant experience when visiting.

Somethings are worth getting, and yet other things you may buy arent. Let me put it like this my opinion is you get what it is you pay for it. Sometimes your better off paying a lil more money for named brand items, then on cheap items

Great place to get tools at an unbeatable price and the added coupons you get in the mail. I really enjoy going to the store and if you do not know much about tools like my self, the staff there can be very helpful. Just one thing to note is that if you are needing to return something they charge you a 20% re-shelving fee or something of the sorts.

Found everything that I was looking for. Found the store to be very clean and organized too. A Thumbs up to the manager. You have become the store of my preference.

Had a list of items to buy. Manager was friendly and recognized I needed help. He was very helpful in helping me locate everything.

It was ok, however the items I was looking for were out of stock.

Employees are nice and respectful outside of management. Wait times tend to be too long because they have multiple registers and only seem to think they need one person up front at a time. I love shopping here, but the managers are all rude and will do whatever it takes to get you out the door as quickly as they can so youre not their problem anymore. Every issue Ive had at this store with management. Has been resolved peacefully and properly at another location without the hassle the Waxahachie management continues to be.

Bought a 13 electric trimmer for a small job around the house last night, and it stopped working about 2 hours in.I took it back this morning and was able to exchange it out quick and easy. The new trimmer did the job and I went ahead and trimmed the whole property. At times I was eating through grass 2 feet tall and the trimmer made easy work if it.So far all of the Portland brand tools I have bought saved me money and have held up against very rough conditions that I doubt they were designed for.Five Stars all the way!

Attempted to return a pair of jack stands that i purchased couple yrs back and immediately was denied return etc. They didnt even give me time to explain that i didnt feel.comfortable under my truck with those Jack stands, nor did they inspect the stands. So i left them there. Im not risking my life ; i have family. It says if u are comfortable with those Jacks to return them...i wasnt looking for big bank return or store credit but wow!Also, i have HF tools like miter saw; oscillating cutting tool; and router... idk if gonna purchase another tool.from HF

Great store! Great prices! Dont buy a 30-304pcs kit. Tools are Chinese. Buy them right off the shelf. Better quality for this shade tree mechanic. I was buying myself a pile of tools with my wife trying to keep it under 100.when she got herself a bunch of stuff. The cashier saw I wasnt happy about it and gave me a discount without me asking! Sweet lady great place! And I finally have my mechanic set. No more borrowing dads tools.

Great place for tools not so great for length of check out time. Every time im in there slow as molasses. Today even worse.......waiting to check out and cashier giving priority to the phone when another employee is there that can answer the calls? ALWAYS give priority to the people in front of you!

Great place to buy tools at a very low price. I purchased 4 small tires to fit my wagon that is pulled with a lawn mower. they were about $5 each.

The service is great. The atmosphere is great, you are greeted as you walk in the door. You are asked if you need any help finding any certain items.
