Great staff. Besides the oil change I needed and got new brakes all done in an hour.

Dave the Service Manager was the most Professional, when it came to Customer service and care. I need a new car to be serviced for oit..etc., and am severely disappointed to know that he is not there anymore.

This time I was treated nicely! They were very caring people I left for a while but I will be coming back since the hateful ones are gone.

Why is it called quick lane when you cant even schedule a basic oil change in two weeks.. this is the second time Ive gone here in the past year and cannot get an oil change in less than 15 days. Their service was adequate and I had been bringing the car here since my father previously took the vehicle to this location, but waiting weeks for an availability for an oil change is excessive.

Alex and Dave are always spectacular!! Highly reccomend them both!!! They will both take great care of you. Had a flat tire over a train track in Downtown Detroit. Got it back within 2 days instead of a week!! Great job guys!!

6:40 am they just opened. I was just told That unless I left my vehicle there all day I could not get an oil change until June 30th. That is completely unacceptable. Very sad excuse for Ford motor company. This has been the only place Ive been getting my oil changed for a while and now I have to go somewhere else. Sad. Very sad

This is the best Ford Dealer. I had the works done on my car and it only took 35 minutes versusBill Browns which takes 2-3 hrs. Wont go back to Bill Browns.

Today I took my 2020 Fusion in at 2:30 a half hour before they closed because my car was leaking oil due to another Ford dealership that did not tighten my oil filter after my oil change earlier in the month, thankfully my Ford pass app said I had 12% oil life so I called Quick Lane and he said bring it up. The tech was getting ready to leave and stayed to fix my car. They were so nice and professional and very helpful. I will definitely be using them from now on for my oil changes. Thank you!!

I got a F150 leased from Jack Demmer and this was my first time attempting to use Quick Lane and to Redeem points for an oil change and tire rotation. The Ford app didnt work to make an appointment so I called and got a 10am appt for today. The Service Guy said to show up at service at 10 and I said I thought I had to go across the street. He said no. When I showed up at 9:50am a lovely lady at service said that I was right and indeed had to go across the street to Quick Lane. I got there, parked, went inside and gave the keys over explaining that I was redeeming points and did lease my truck from Demmer. 9:55am. I walked down to a store and bought a pop and hung outside for 20 minutes. My truck was never moved inside. I walked in and asked for my keys and left. 20 minutes and with 3 guys behind the counter not one said a thing about a delay, apologized for the delay, said that they had gotten busy, or said anything about not being on time for the appointment. Yet, when I arrived Door Dash was delivering a number of large McDonalds bags undoubtedly for the crew to take a much deserved break after being on the job for 2 hours. Im not sure what I will do with the Ford points but obviously its not worth the hours I would have to spend getting an oil change.

I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience at Jack Demmer Quick Lane. After bringing my truck in for a Heater Core Replacement and a Drive Shaft replacement on a Monday I have had over six different calls prolonging the date I would get my vehicle back by over a week past their original estimate. They have constantly prolonged it and I was told “sometime this week” I would get it back and I have yet to get it back. Although they did give me 300 off for the extra time.

Reasonably priced, good customer service and honest. I am an early bird so I really appreciate their hours. I was very impressed by my first visit. We resolved an issue caused by another oil change facility and they probably saved me from experiencing a catastrophic engine failure. This Quick Lane now has my business.

To say they were excellent wouldnt do them Justice they all came out in masks and gloves that gave me comfort that they care about safety. When I called for appointment they gave me an approximate time of 45 min and they hit it right on the nose... Props for all the service crew over at Quick LaneJack Demmer Ford....

Had an oil change and when they did service, did not wear a mask 😷 while in my vehicle. Not sure if I got a tire rotation. Next day tire pressure was low on two tires. Bad part, worker(s) caping in the garage and have family who suffer from lung issues.

Really good place prompt vehicle maintenance did try to sell me a battery I didnt need though and when they did their overall checks told me my brakes were in good shape when they were almost metal on metal besides that they do a good job.

Long story short old oil change tech stripped the plug threads. New oil change they quoted me $800 to replace everything or a $10 for a universal plug. No option for a thread insert etc. After I just told my friend a few months ago he probably had a fluke bad experience.Januaryish: My friend takes his car in for an oil change and tires, then the car is stuck up there with damage for 4 days due to a tech removing ice with a hammer. (he wont complain so I will)Update: first day driving my car the universal plug popped out while driving. Oil drained down plymouth road and my engine had a knock due to no oil. Car is now back up at the shop... (will update review as situation progresses)Got the car back from the shop. Matt assured me there was no damage to the engine and they also provided the labor for free. He also said that if I experience any issues with the engine to bring it straight to him.

This place is alright. They did a good job. They had the best price for a set of tires. The service manager helps out with any discounts and coupons which may be available. Do ask though.I did 4 tire replacement, balancing and alignment. I called ahead and ordered the tires but they were not there on the promised time. And they were slower than average. Alignment took for ever. But hey they did a good job, I had no issues with balancing or alignment.I would go back here but will give enough time and be flexible, so they can take their own time and do a good job.I saw lot of people waiting(sleeping) as this place being, no appointments needed. Its unpredictable.All their work is backed up with some kind of Warranty period, most of them for a year. Thats peace of mind.

The team did an overall inspection on the vehicle and took the time to explain all the details of their findings. Although I just got a tire rotation and oil change it seems like they use a quality oil as my truck isnt burning as much oil and oil pressure is up. Thanks

I wouldve given no stars since I didnt receive any service. I suggest that instead of reflecting that you close at 6:00 on the website you reflect that you stop doing oil changes at 5:00. I wouldve gone to a location that would service my car.

Went to get a oil change today. Their hours say theyre open to 3pm. Got there at 230, not a car in the bay. The guy told me theyre open til 3 but dont take cars after 2pm. Change your hours to 2pm then!

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. David OLeary is very unprofessional and rude. I left a car there for 3 days and he refused to do service on another vehicle for me. He is the type of guy that will drag businesses down and keep them from growing. I will be following up with corporate management in order for this guy to be retrained. He was extremely rude and does not deserve to deal with customers who actually have respect.

Took the trip out there to get my oil changed and tires rotated. Was told there would be a two hour wait before I can get my oil changed and when I asked why they said because of the hot weather. What? Give me a break. I’ll just do it myself in the driveway in this hot weather and be just fine and save myself the time. Seems like they can’t get people who are able or willing to do this job correctly . Many times I have arrived hours before closing and been turned away because they say that they already took their last oil change and whenever I do successfully get the work done it takes much longer than they usually say... so if today they’re telling me two hours which is ridiculous how long will it really take ? Add that to the time that I got my oil changed and they didn’t drain the old oil out before putting the new oil in and on my way home it was like a smokescreen behind me and I had to get my car towed... then take more time waiting for them to clean everything out and change it again or the other time where they said I needed new lug nuts and they charged me for Ford ones and put on aftermarket ones instead and they weren’t even the right ones for the car and didn’t fit right.... it makes me really think twice now about going in and this is where I’ve been getting service since my car was new . I try to bring it here even though it’s not so close to home because of that and also because the tires are rotated for free since that’s where I bought them but if I waste time making special trips out there just to be turned away multiple times or sit and wait longer than what’s reasonable and they do things that mess up the car is it really worth it? Really losing my patience with this place.
