I scratched up the side of my car on the wall of the parking garage at work and needed the scratch repaired and repainted.I previously had work done by them and they come recommended by Progressive. They did a good job and and I had my car back good as new in a week. It was very convenient because Enterprise is located there also so this time the rental car was waiting for me there so no need to go to the main Enterprise location.Every day I received texts from them texting me the progress of the car and when it would be finished.

I have picked 96 Mountain View Auto Collision Center, Wayne NJ because it was listed as TESLA Approved Body shop and I’m glad that I have picked them. Mike & his engineers were very professional, knowledgeable to deal with Tesla repair. They have explained everything to the detailed that was going to be done, to fix my 6 weeks old Tesla Model Y rear ended by distracted driver. Post repair color matched very well with rest of the car. The car looks like nothing ever happened.

Had car worked on there. When I dropped off my car I asked to get a little help with the fee I owe from my insurance spoke the owner mike and he said ok. When I get the call to come pick up I wanted to verify that the deal is still on and I get told no so I ha e to go back and forth for some time till he agreed made my first payment as agreed. But had lost my wallet so I had to report it being gone I let mike know via text his answer was not my problem you have till Wednesday to pay or I am taking you to court keep in mind that was today’s away. I get a text on Wednesday morning from mike saying he’s giving my one last time to pay before he filed. I replied that I told you the other day I lost my wallet and I’m waiting on my bank cards to come in mail he said. Not his problem.Worst customer service ever and there work is not that great there’s runs in the paint workWill never go back

I have a 2016 chevy Silverado and it was in a dmv parking lot got hit and my husband told me to bring it to this auto body shop, now they have been in wayne for a long time. They are currently working on a 2nd shop. Well I brought it there and they were kind and so friendly. Great experience overall. Had a someone smash into my tesla model 3 and took it here. They are a certified Tesla body ship and work directly with progressive so it was super convenient for me. They kept me updated through email and text throughout the process and here’s the best part: major body work only took 6 days from drop off to pickup. I heard horror stories from other shops for Teslas taking months to repair due to Tesla’s poor part distribution system, but this was very fast and fluid. Really hope I don’t have to come back here but I can easily recommend them to anybody in northern New Jersey. Only issue was my tire near the accident was over inflated by 20 psi for some reason, but I just let some air out and no problem!

My dashcam captured some audio of them calling me some very not nice names. Also, they removed my front license plate, threw it in my back seat and when I brought it up to them, they told me that it was there when I dropped it off. After they checked their security footage they were able to prove that I was right and they put it back on for me. Ive been back to them about 4-5 times (same claim) and if it was just the license plate thing it would have been fine, but its been many similar things. I also had to buy a new battery (out of my pocket) after picking up my jeep from their shop because it would not hold a charge after the work they did.

The staff are incredibly helpful and supportive from the moment you walk in the door. They are on point with their estimates and went out of their way to ensure they met our needs on parts, price, and timeline. Then, when we received the car back, ahead of schedule, it was completely washed and cleaned inside and out!

Horrible shop! Quoted time less than expected and shoddy repairs. I was treated with disrespect from an older guy with white hair who lied to me about the repair start to finish. I will never go back here! Take your business elsewhere!! I was told they only need to do the bare minimum...nothing more, nothing less. If it works, be happy. I thought I was a paying customer and entitled to decent service. I guess not.

Took my SUV in for minor repairs. When I picked it up there was 10 miles put on the odometer!! (Yes, I take pictures when I drop my car off) The place is tiny. Only way to put that many miles on it to take the car off site and drive around. On top of that, MY DRIVER SIDE DOOR SPEAKER WAS BLOWN!! Its all scratchy and cracking even at a very low volume. It WAS NOT like that when I dropped my car off. Its very obvious that one of their employees was joy-riding in my car and blasting the music. Avoid this place, unless you want to chance some teenage employee running errands in your car.

I had an accident on the turnpike and the entire front of my car was affected. I took my car to this shop and it was the best decision ever. The staff was very professional and helpful not to say they did an AMAZING job with my car in only 3 days. The car looks brand new and drives smoother than before the accident. Im extremely satisfied with their high quality job and fully recommend this shop to everyone.

I brought my car here after it got rear-ended. I had damage to the front bumper, back bumper, and the trunk lid would not close. I got my car back and it looked as good as new! The only negative is that they originally quoted me two weeks, but it ended up taking about a month or so. Then again, it was the holiday season so you also have to take into account that they probably took off for the holidays and had to wait to get some of the parts in stock. Overall, I am very happy with how it turned out and the customer service was great!

Took them a week to get me my estimate and they had already forgotten basic details of the repair by then. When I called to inquire they had to actually ask me again if my windshield was broken (one of the main reasons I went). Estimate said 9 day repair time and it only ended up being 3, which caused more issues with my rental car and work scheduling. Two brake lights didn’t work when I finally got it back and the windshield wiper line was never reconnected. Just not good service for what you pay.

Disappointed ...need minor work done and he was only interested in painting my entire vehicle for lots of $$$

I spent 25 years in the Auto Insurance Industry, first as a claims adjuster, then as a claims manager. I cant tell you how many times Ive dealt with rude, unprofessional body shops. So much so, that I was prepared to deal with one now that I made my first claim ever. However, to my surprise, Mountain View Auto Body in Wayne, was amazing. Not only did everyone in the shop speak to me in a friendly, professional manner, they did a GREAT JOB! My car looks beautiful inside and out, they only had it for 5 business days. They have an Enterprise desk right inside, along with coffee and spotless rest rooms. I truly am astounded at how easy and pleasant the whole experience was.I would recommend them to anyone, and Im a tough customer.

Had an accident on RT80 and the NJ State police called a tow. These guys showed up and were very nice. While awaiting my insurance company appraisal, I went to pick some stuff up from the car and spoke with Amato. He was so helpful and knowledgeable without being pushy that we decided to have the body and mechanical work done there. Very happy with the work they did and how friendly they were. They took care of everything from the insurance co to the rental car. Perfect. I would highly recommend.

Where do I start with the place, my car was towed to this place because it was suggested by travelers, that was the worst mistake that I made, mountainview did a horrible job on my car tacky paint job, gas cover wasnt sitting flush, rear fender that is supposed to line up and fit flush is still sticking out, the second time taking the car back to get fixed the shop manager told me that the reason the panel is not flush and sticking out is because they used an after market bracket, I called traverlers like 4 times spoke to numerous people and my car is still not fixed correctly, the rude guy Gary who works for travelers had the nerve to call me and tell me that they did use an OEM bracket so I asked him ok than why is my pannel sticking out and is not flush, he told me he didnt no and that I could bring the car back a 3rd time and mountainview will see what they can do, I told him no yous are not gonna waste my time and than tell me oh we cant fix it which is what they told me the 2nd time, this is by far the worst experience I have ever had with an outobody shop, the shop manager is saying they didnt use a OEM bracket and Gary from travelers is saying they did use a OEM bracket, so who is lying ? Travelers should be ashamed of themselves to even affiliate themselves with this terrible shop, now I have to take my car to another autobody shop to find out why my pannel is not sitting flush and how much to fix it. When they had my car the 1st time they rushed me to pick the car up with a bad tire that they never replaced I was driving down route 80 and the dam car was wapping back and forth from the damaged tire that they forgot to replace, this place is terrible I would not recommend you to use this place, pick your own bodyshop, these guys are novices take your vehical to a professional shop..I have all the pics to show and will post, this review was the last thing I wanted to post but they gave me no choice, my car is still not fixed correctly.. ( I TELL ANYONE WHO HAS WORK DONE AT THIS SHOP CHECK OVER YOUR CAR VERY WELL, THEY ARE VERY SHADDY..

After hitting a deer, my insurance company recommended Mountian View for the repair. Since my salesman said all we do here is perfection, my windshield washer fluid has never worked again, my headlights basically point up, my VW logo on the grill was sideways, and has since fell off, and the paint job was spotty at best. I am never the guy complaining about things like this, but anyone looking to repair their car after a fender-bender should find a different auto-body shop approved by your insurance company.

Dropped my vehicle off for repair through progressive. They did a fantastic job, communicated with me to tell me it was done (ahead of time.) When I picked it up, there was a small amount of pollen on it, so they volunteered to bring it to the car wash for me.

Very professional and friendly staff! The job was estimated by Geico for 9 days, but was completed perfectly in 6. They always returned my calls promptly.

Dropped off my 2007 Chevy trailblazer truck here to get fix on 4/20/18 for a front bumper left fender and driver front door went there to pick up my truck when they called me on 4/30/18 said your truck is ready when I got there to pick up my truck my front driver door speaker was in my center console ripped out lucky I noticed it then I realized the door was not aligned right the door was chipped the bumper was not even lined up lucky I noticed it so I left my truck there so they could make it right they called me on 5/3/18 said truck is ready I picked it up today on 5/4/18 the brand new door molding is all chipped the front driver door speaker that was ripped out is blown the driver door is making noise I called my insurance adjuster outside to look at my truck he noticed it to I told him I just want my truck back he even said it was unacceptable so I said I’m taking my truck somewhere else to get fix he said ok just bring him back a receipt and he will reimburse me this is the worst experience I ever witnessed from a body shop then I get a 100.00 back from my deductible for the hassle I went threw what a smack in the face I will never recommend anybody here and I wish nobody else goes threw what I went threw it’s horrible so Monday morning I will be going toAnother body shop to get it fix right and my speaker replaced this will all be posted on my sons YouTube channel Saturday night with over 1 million viewers it sad what I had to deal with really at least I got my truck back not completely fixed but at least where it’s going now it will be in good hands thank god..

I went to their Mountainview Blvd location. The estimate process took more time than expected, but the quality of the job they did for me was well worth the wait!! They not only replaced the glass on the rear of my pick-ups cap, but they also went ahead and fully repaired my tailgate which I had bolted closed (& I didnt even tell them about it), because it wouldnt stay closed on its own. I was crawling through the window to reach items in back of my truck before I dropped it off to Mountainview. Now it functions like a brand new liftgate!! Definitely use them again & I highly recommend them to all.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I was sent here through geico and it was the biggest mistake. They couldn’t even locate my car for a few hours, told me they couldn’t find it. The receptionist gave me an attitude every time we had to communicate and filed the wrong paperwork delaying the service even more. Then they lied to my insurance company stating clearly in the paperwork that they were putting VW parts in my car. They ended up putting in cheapo other parts in my car that led my car to break down twice within one week and now I’ve been carless for almost two weeks. Spare yourself the hassle. Go anywhere else.

Chris Lopez is the service writer and a friend, who makes you feel extremely comfortable with your sometimes unfortunate events... a big branch fell on my car and busted up a lot, but Chris and the team made a bad thing turn into a BIG gift wrapped present!!The work is flawless and the timeframe is spot on. On picking up my car I was greeted by the owner himself... I have Geico insurance and Mountain View is part of their Auto Repair Xpress program. The day after the accident the adjustor met me there (he has an office right in the body shop) and the rental car agent met me there as well. The Geico rep gave me the wrong date - I was supposed to go the following day. But the adjustor and the guy from the body shop did a walk through of my car with me and I got the rental that day anyway so I didnt have to come back. I had over $8000 damage on the car, and they did an absolutely beautiful job on the car. It looks like brand new, and they fixed it in 3-4 week days. My husband (who is hard to impress) is extremely impressed and we wouldnt hesitate to bring a car there again. Everyone was friendly, professional and it was a very positive experience.
